the system comprises a server, a node microcontroller, a second license plate identification and comparison module and an alarm module, wherein the server establishes data communication with the node microcontroller arranged on each parking space through a wireless communication module, the node microcontroller is connected with a parking space detector used for detecting whether the parking space is in a vacancy state or not, the node microcontroller is connected with a monitoring camera used for acquiring images of vehicles parked on the parking space, the node microcontroller is connected with the second license plate identification and comparison module used for identifying license plate information in the images of the vehicles acquired by the monitoring camera and sending the license plate information to the information matching module for comparison, and the node microcontroller is connected with the alarm module.
The license plate input module is used for inputting the license plate of each community owner, the temporary license plate identified by the first license plate identification and comparison module and the reserved parking license plate sent by the reserved parking access module.
When a vehicle enters a cell gate, the first license plate identification and comparison module identifies the type of the license plate entering the vehicle according to the license plate information entered in the license plate entry module. When the license plate of the entering vehicle is a temporary license plate and a reserved parking license plate, the server indicates a parking space to the entering vehicle through the parking space planning module.
The parking space planning module sends data of the parking space detector through the node microcontroller to judge whether the parking space is in a vacant position state, and the parking space planning module indicates the nearest vacant parking space to the entering vehicle.
The server displays the number of the vacant parking space and the license plate information identified by the first license plate identification and comparison module on the information display module.
The state of each parking space can be judged through the parking space detector, and the parking space planning module can indicate the nearest vacant parking space to the entering vehicle, so that the driving in the community has purposiveness, and the possibility of congestion in the community is reduced.
The second license plate recognition and comparison module judges whether the parking space is parked by an owner vehicle, a temporary vehicle or a reserved parking vehicle according to the comparison result of the license plate information sent by the recognition license plate information and information matching module, and can perform classification management on the vehicles in the community.
If the second license plate recognition and comparison module judges that the license plate information in the vehicle image collected by the monitoring camera is inconsistent with the license plate information sent by the information matching module, the node microcontroller drives the alarm module to alarm, so that the conditions of disordered parking and wrong parking are effectively prevented.
And when the second license plate identification comparison module judges that the vehicle is reserved for parking according to the comparison result of the license plate information sent by the identification license plate information and information matching module, the node microcontroller compares the timing time of the parking timing module with the reserved parking time. The reserved parking information received by the reserved parking access module comprises a reserved parking request, a reserved parking license plate, reserved parking time and reserved parking duration.
When the timing time of the parking timing module is longer than the reserved parking time, the node microcontroller drives the alarm module to give an alarm, so that the reserved parking vehicles are effectively managed, the reserved parking vehicles are prevented from being parked overtime, and the parking space resources in the community are fully utilized.
The node microcontroller is connected with a parking timing module for parking timing according to data of the parking space detector, the server is connected with a charging management module for calculating parking fee according to timing time of the parking timing module, and the parking timing module only performs parking timing on temporary vehicles and reserved parking vehicles.
When the vehicle leaves the gate of the community and the first license plate recognition and comparison module recognizes the owner license plate again, the server displays the license plate information through the information display module. When the first license plate recognition and comparison module recognizes the temporary license plate again and reserves the parking license plate, the server displays the license plate information through the information display module, and simultaneously displays the parking time and the parking cost, so that the temporary vehicle and the reserved vehicle can be effectively charged and managed.
