The warehouse management end 5 is an APP used by warehouse management personnel, the APP is provided with windows corresponding to the warehouse management end sending module 51 and the warehouse management end access module 52, the warehouse management personnel inputs the relevant information and data of raw materials into the window corresponding to the warehouse management end sending module 51, the warehouse management end sending module 51 sends the relevant information and data of the raw materials to the master control end 1, such as the storage amount, daily amount and purchase amount of the raw materials, the relevant information of the raw materials in the warehouse can be timely fed back to the master control end 1, the master control end 1 checks, processes and stores and backups the information and data sent by the warehouse management personnel sub-control end, and the consumption, storage amount and the like of the raw materials at present can be obtained; meanwhile, the warehouse management personnel sends the instruction related to the information to be read to the window corresponding to the warehouse management end access module 52, the warehouse management end access module 52 sends the instruction related to the read information to the master control end 1, reads the related information in the master control end 1, and displays the read information and data, so that the warehouse management personnel can send the related information of the warehouse to the master control end 1 in time, the colleagues in other departments can know the inventory information of the warehouse in time, and meanwhile, the warehouse management personnel can obtain the information of other departments in time.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the general control end 1 includes a budget management module 11, a change fee settlement module 12, a project settlement module 13 and a database 14. The budget management module 11 calculates a raw material budget, an artificial budget and a management budget according to the construction drawing sent by the design sub-control terminal 2, integrates the raw material budget, the artificial budget, the management budget and the like, and stores the integrated data in the database 14; the change expense settlement module 12 is used for recording the difference between each expense and budget in the construction in real time, integrating and processing the expense and the budget and storing updated data in the database 14; the project settlement module 13 is used for calculating each consumption in the construction process, comparing and analyzing the expenses of the budget management module 11 and the change expense settlement module 12, and storing each settled expense in the database 14 when in use; the database 14 is used to store personnel information, data information, and budget information for storage and backup of information.
The budgeting management module 11 includes a material budgeting unit 111, a manual planning unit 112, and a budgeting unit 113. When receiving the design drawing provided by the design submodule, the material budget unit 111 calculates the engineering quantity of the drawing, calculates the expected required usage amount of raw materials, such as the usage amount and specification of sand, gravel, cement, steel bars and the like, according to the engineering quantity of the drawing, and sends the calculated usage amount of various raw materials to the database 14 for storage. The manual planning unit 112 calculates the engineering quantity of the drawing when receiving the design drawing provided by the design submodule, plans how many managers and constructors are needed according to the engineering quantity, and sends the planned managers and operators to the database 14 for storage. The budgeting unit 113 calculates the raw material budgeting cost according to the quantity and unit price of each raw material, calculates the constructor budgeting cost according to the labor amount of the constructor multiplied by the average wage of the constructor on the market, calculates the manager budgeting cost by multiplying the labor amount of the manager multiplied by the average wage of the managers on the market, namely calculates the total cost of the labor budget of the construction, and sends the cost of the raw material budgeting cost and the cost of the labor budget to the database 14 for storage and backup; calculating the budget of each raw material by multiplying the consumption and specification of the raw material calculated by the material budget unit 111 by the unit price of the raw material, finally calculating the total budget of the total raw materials, generating a table by the budget of each raw material and the total budget, and sending the table to the database 14 for storage and backup; meanwhile, the estimated construction personnel can calculate the budget cost of the construction personnel by multiplying the estimated construction personnel by the average unit price of the labor amount of the construction personnel, the estimated management personnel can calculate the budget cost of the management personnel by multiplying the estimated labor amount of the management personnel by the unit price of the management personnel, the total cost of the construction personnel and the cost of the management personnel are finally added to obtain the total cost of the labor budget, and the total cost of the construction personnel, the cost of the management personnel and the total cost of the labor budget are generated into a table and sent to the database 14 for storage and backup.
The change fee settlement module 12 includes a material management unit 121 and a person management unit 122. The material management unit 121 is configured to record the usage amount of raw materials, the actual usage amount, and the usage amount of the remaining raw materials each day by a constructor in real time, calculate raw materials used in each period, read the usage amount of raw materials expected to be used stored in the database 14, compare the actual usage amount of raw materials with the expected usage amount, obtain a change condition of the usage amount of raw materials, calculate a raw material change cost of the changed usage amount of raw materials according to the usage amount, and generate a table of the change cost and the change usage amount of raw materials and send the table to the database 14 for storage and backup. The staff management unit 122 records the attendance conditions of the constructors and the managers who work on duty every day in real time, and through being provided with a card punch on the construction site, the card punch records the attendance conditions of the constructors and the managers every day in real time, records the attendance volumes of the constructors and the managers in real time, calculates the total attendance volumes of the constructors according to the attendance volumes, generates an attendance table of the constructors and the managers every day, and sends the attendance table to the database 14 for storage.
The project settlement module 13 includes a project approval unit 131 and an as built settlement unit 132. The project approval unit 131 calculates the total usage amount of each raw material in the project construction according to the usage amounts of each raw material used every day and every construction period recorded by the material management unit 121, calculates the total purchased usage amount of each raw material in the warehouse, and further can calculate the remaining amount of each raw material, and forms and stores the total purchased amount, actual usage amount, and remaining amount of each raw material in the database 14, so that each department can read each item of information from the database 14. As-built settlement unit 132 calculates the total material cost and labor cost. The actual practicality of each raw material calculated by the engineering material checking unit 131 is multiplied by the unit price to calculate the total purchase cost, and the rest raw materials are returned to the merchant or sold out, so that the final material cost can be obtained; the construction personnel cost can be calculated by multiplying the attendance amount of the construction personnel by the average unit price of the construction personnel, the management personnel cost can be calculated by multiplying the attendance amount of the management personnel by the average unit price of the management personnel, and finally the management personnel cost, the construction personnel cost and the material cost are added to obtain the total cost of the project.
The colleagues of the design department send the related information of the design drawing to the master control end 1, the material budgeting unit 111 calculates the engineering quantity of the drawing according to the design drawing, and then calculates the expected required raw material consumption according to the engineering quantity of the drawing, the manual planning unit 112 calculates the engineering quantity of the drawing according to the design drawing, and plans how many managers and constructors are required according to the expected engineering quantity, the budgeting unit 113 calculates the raw material budgeting cost according to the quantity and unit price of each raw material, calculates the constructor budgeting cost according to the average wage of the constructors in the market, the financers read the raw material cost and the personnel cost, calculates the total construction cost, and calls the fund in time, the warehouse managers timely contact suppliers to purchase the raw materials according to the specification and the consumption of the raw materials, and the construction managers can timely know the stock of the warehouse, the information between each department can be communicated in time conveniently.

the budget management module (11) is used for calculating a raw material budget, an artificial budget and a management budget according to the construction drawing transmitted by the design sub-control end (2) and the construction drawing, integrating the raw material budget, the artificial budget, the management budget and the like and storing the integrated budgets in the database (14);
the expense changing and settling module (12) is used for recording the difference between each expense and budget in construction in real time, integrating and processing the expense and the budget and storing updated data in a database (14);
the project settlement module (13), the settlement module of the project (13) is used for calculating each consumption in the course of construction, compare the expenses of the budget management module (11) and changing the expense settlement module (12) and analyze at the same time, store each expense settled in the database (14) while using;
