本发明属于调节阀技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种电动流量调节阀。
背景技术
调节阀又名控制阀,在工业自动化过程控制领域中,通过接受调节控制单元输出的控制信号,借助动力操作去改变介质流量、压力、温度、液位等工艺参数的最终控制元件。一般由执行机构和阀门组成。如果按行程特点,调节阀可分为直行程和角行程;按其所配执行机构使用的动力,可以分为气动调节阀、电动调节阀、液动调节阀三种;按其功能和特性分为线性特性,等百分比特性及抛物线特性三种。调节阀适用于空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品等介质。现有技术的流量调节阀,在使用介质中如果含有杂质或固体颗粒,当调节阀的开度比较小(阀瓣密封面与阀座密封面之间的距离比较近时),杂质或固体颗粒容易堵塞在密封副处,造成阀门卡死,并破坏密封面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、自动化调节的,可以防止堵塞的电动流量调节阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:

通过上述技术方案,电动流量调节阀在处于截止功能状态时,控制杆处于第一位置,此时阀座块固定不动,电动组件驱动阀杆带动锥阀芯向下运动压紧在阀孔的上端时,调节阀处于关闭状态,电动组件驱动阀杆带动锥阀芯向上运动拉开阀孔的上端时,调节阀处于打开状态;电动流量调节阀在处于流量调节功能状态时,控制杆处于第二位置,通过电动组件控制锥阀芯距离阀孔上端的距离,从而实现通流面积大小的调节,当阀孔的上端与锥阀芯之间堵塞杂质或固体颗粒时,下阀腔的压力上升,作用在阀座块上克服复位弹簧的作用力,推动阀座块向下移动,通流面积增大,使杂质或固体颗粒被冲走,当杂质或固体颗粒被冲走后,下阀腔内的压力下降,在复位弹簧的作用力下,阀座块回到初始位置,继续保持调定的流量。

本发明中设有阀座块及控制杆,控制杆可以控制阀座块在固定及向下滑动两个状态之间切换,当调节阀处于关闭位置时,通过控制杆使阀座块处于固定状态,调节阀可以可靠的处于截止关闭状态;当调节阀处于流量调节时,通过控制杆使阀座块处于可以向下滑动状态,当阀孔与锥阀芯之间堵塞杂质或固体颗粒时,下阀腔的压力上升,作用在阀座块上,推动阀座块向下移动,加大锥阀芯与阀孔上端开口的通流面积,使杂质或固体颗粒被冲走,由此可以防止堵塞,并能防止密封副损坏,增长使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电动流量调节阀,其特征在于,所述阀座块内设有下端开口的弹簧孔,所述复位弹簧的上端抵触在弹簧孔的上端;所述控制杆的上端穿过阀座块伸入阀孔内,所述控制杆的上端固定安装有卡簧,所述控制杆在阀座块的下方设有限位凸肩,在控制杆处于第一位置时,阀座块的上端抵触在挡圈上,限位凸肩抵触在弹簧孔的上端;在控制杆处于第二位置时,阀座块的上端抵触在挡圈上,所述卡簧与阀孔的下端接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动流量调节阀,其特征在于,所述下机壳内固定安装有第一电机,所述螺柱的下端固定安装第一齿轮,所述第一电机的输出轴上固定安装有与第一齿轮啮合的长轴齿轮,在螺柱向下运动时,所述长轴齿轮始终与第一齿轮啮合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动流量调节阀,其特征在于,所述下机壳内固定安装有第二电机,所述控制杆内设有下端开口的传动孔,所述第二电机的输出轴上固定安装有伸入传动孔的内的传动杆,所述传动杆和传动孔的横截面相同均为非圆形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动流量调节阀,其特征在于,所述阀盖在阀杆的外侧设有凸起,所述凸起内在阀杆的外侧设有第一安装槽,所述第一安装槽的上端开口处固定安装有套接在阀杆上的堵头,所述堵头与阀杆配合的轴孔内侧壁上设有止转槽,所述阀杆的外侧固定设有位于止转槽内的止转块;所述电动组件安装在堵头上用于驱动阀杆上下运动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电动流量调节阀,其特征在于,所述电动组件包括上机壳,以及与阀杆螺纹连接螺纹块,所述堵头在阀杆的外侧设有第二安装槽,所述螺纹块的下端位于第二安装槽内,所述螺纹块在靠近下端的圆周外侧沿径向设有转动连接在第二安装槽内的凸边,所述上机壳固定安装在堵头的上端固用于防止凸边脱离第二安装槽,所述螺纹块的上端位于上机壳内且固定安装有第三齿轮,所述上机壳内固定安装有第三电机,所述第三电机的输出轴上固定安装有第三齿轮啮合的第四齿轮。
