The top-blown refining method of silicon wafer cutting scraps as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the gas blow pipe is a heat-insulation gas guide pipe, the top blowing device further comprises a gas storage cabinet, the gas blow pipe is communicated with the gas storage cabinet, and a safety valve, a pressure reducing valve and an adjustable switch are further arranged on the gas blow pipe.
