The opening angle of the cover 14 may be greater than 90 ° to facilitate access of the clamp by an external clamp access device.
The cover connecting member 18 includes two connecting member side portions 181 and a connecting beam 182 connected between the two connecting member side portions 181; the two connecting piece side portions 181 are connected to the left and right sides of the cover 14, respectively; the connecting beam 182 is connected to the cover surface of the cover 14. When the contact force between the electric iron assembly grabbed by the robot body and the grinding wheel assembly 51/nylon wheel assembly 52 is greater than a preset value, the grinding wheel assembly 51/nylon wheel assembly 52 moves backwards under the action of the force control transmission mechanism 54, so that the electric iron assembly is prevented from being over-ground; when the contact force between the electric iron assembly grabbed by the robot body 2 and the grinding wheel assembly 51/nylon wheel assembly 52 is smaller than a preset value, the grinding wheel assembly 51/nylon wheel assembly 52 is pushed forwards under the action of the force control transmission mechanism 54, so that the grinding force is kept uniform; the tensioning and leveling mechanism 53 is arranged, so that the grinding wheel assembly 51/nylon wheel assembly 52 can be conveniently replaced, and meanwhile, the grinding wheel assembly 51/nylon wheel assembly 52 can be conveniently adjusted to prevent deviation.

In step S2, when the original fixture is placed in the fixture library or the fixture to be installed is taken out from the fixture library, the working method of the fixture library is as follows: according to the clamp placing position where the clamp to be placed in or taken out is located, the dustproof cover translation component moves the dustproof cover assembly to move, so that the placing and taking opening of the dustproof cover assembly moves to the position above the clamp placing position; in the moving process of the dustproof cover assembly, the dustproof cover positioned in the advancing direction of the dustproof cover assembly is contracted, and the dustproof cover positioned at the rear side of the advancing direction of the dustproof cover assembly is stretched, so that the clamp storage cavity is always kept in a closed state; the opening and closing driving component opens the cover body; the tail end of the robot body extends into the clamp storage cavity to place the clamp into the clamp placing position or take the clamp out of the clamp placing position; then the opening and closing driving assembly closes the cover body, so that the clamp storage cavity is closed.
