Therefore, according to the germination characteristic index and the activity index, for Xiangyan No. 5, a new material of a germination accelerating scheme 1+ is recommended; for GX-8, the selection of a germination protocol 1+ new material is recommended.
(5) Xiangyan No. 5 low-temperature test
Under the condition of low temperature (16 ℃), part of indexes cannot be normally counted, such as germination potential, due to slow germination process of seeds.
