Abstract

一种电力母排对接方法、对接平台及其平台操作方法,该电力母排对接平台包括对接面设置用于接纳联接柱(1)且与联接柱间隙配合的盲孔(201)的装载单元(2)、撞击装载单元或者电力母排使联接柱进入电力母排预制孔的动作单元(3)、限制电力母排沿其长度方向运动的限位单元(5)、支撑动作单元和限位单元的支撑单元(6)。该平台操作方法包括借助装载单元通过动作单元使联接柱先装配于第一电力母排的预制孔中,再通过动作单元使第一电力母排上装配好的联接柱插入第二电力母排的预制孔中。该电力母排对接方法、对接平台及其平台操作方法通过分阶段装配实现了多个联接柱同时装配到同一条电力母排中,进而实现两条电力母排的正确对接。
