本发明涉及一种基于气体管理食材信息的系统及方法。本发明提供一种基于气体管理食材信息的系统,包含气体感测模块、处理模块、区块链模块以及显示模块。气体感测模块包括得以与食材所散发的气味分子反应而形成呈色反应而呈现出对应食材的颜色图像的呈色气体感测芯片。处理模块包括将颜色图像转换成对应食材的识别信息的转换单元。区块链模块由多个节点所组成,并且节点储存有对应食材的识别信息。显示模块包括对应识别信息的识别标签。据此,以本发明应用于区块链技术,将解除链上数据可能在上传前就已被造假的疑虑。

本发明涉及食材信息系统,尤其涉及一种应用于区块链技术的管理食材信息的系统。
背景技术
因特网的出现打破了信息传递的时空限制,倏忽间即可使巨量的信息于地球两端往返千万次。甚至,在比特币的问世之后,网络技术更有了重大的革新,其中最具代表性的,非区块链莫属。经过几年来的发展,区块链已经有了许多的变形和延伸应用,目前于金融、医疗、产权、身份证明、物联网等众多领域,都已经有实际运用的案例。区块链之所以为现世乐用,原因在于区块链上所存数据的不可伪造性以及不易修改性。去中心化的区块链技术,让链上所有数据公开且透明,有心人士无法再窜改数据,或将付出极大代价才能更改链上数据。
而除了上述应用领域外,亦有业者将范围触及至最为与人类相关的「食」领域,冀将最大化区块链技术的功能。相关技术可参中国专利公开第CN108681846A号,揭示一种食品安全质量积分追溯方法及追溯系统,该方法包括以下步骤:获取各个传感器上传的农产品在各个生产环节中检测到的各类检测数据,基于质量积分体系,确定各类检测数据分别对应的质量积分;建立并保存农产品与质量积分之间的对应关系。在该案中,基于区块链技术的食品安全质量积分追溯的模式,以安全质量积分为依据,区块链技术为手段,实现种植户,生产商,最后到销售终端之间全过程追踪可查询的运营模式,实现农产品交易可追溯。
然而前述现有技术,仍存有待改进的疑点,如:若所有数据于上链前,早已是经过更改的虚假数据,以虚假数据所形成的区块链,如何能确保食品的质量?
是以,关于验证、或确保食材区块链上数据正确性的技术,仍存有极大改善空间。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于解决食材区块链上数据可能在上链前已被窜改的问题。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种基于气体管理食材信息的系统,包含:一气体感测模块、一处理模块、一区块链模块、以及一显示模块。
该气体感测模块包括至少一得以与一食材所散发的至少一气味分子反应而形成至少一呈色反应的呈色气体感测芯片,该呈色气体感测芯片包括彼此堆栈设置的一化学反应层以及一反应呈色层,该化学反应层和该些气味分子产生一化学反应且该反应呈色层根据该化学反应产生该些呈色反应而呈现出对应该食材的至少一颜色图像。
该处理模块包括一将该些颜色图像转换成对应该食材的一识别信息的转换单元。
该区块链模块由多个节点所组成,并且该些节点储存有对应该食材的该识别信息。
该显示模块包括一对应该识别信息的识别标签。
在一实施例中,该化学反应层包括至少一得以与该些气味分子反应而产生该化学反应的反应区,并使该化学反应层远离该反应呈色层的一侧作为一进气面,该反应呈色层包括对应设置的一呈色面以及一反应面,该反应面接触该化学反应层的该反应区,该反应呈色层还包括有一呈色指示剂以对应该反应面的该化学反应产生该些呈色反应。
在一实施例中,该呈色面还设有一比色区块。
在一实施例中,该进气面上还设有至少一膜层,该膜层选自由一具阻水性的透气膜、一吸附层、一具气体筛选功能的扩散膜及其组合所组成的群组。

在一实施例中,该识别标签还为一一维条形码、一二维条形码、一图案标记、一无线射频识别系统(RFID)电子标签或其组合。
本发明另提供一种基于气体管理食材信息的方法,包含以下步骤:
S1:提供一包括至少一呈色气体感测芯片的气体感测模块,并使该呈色气体感测芯片与一食材所散发的至少一气味分子反应而形成至少一呈色反应,其中,该些呈色气体感测芯片各自堆栈设置有一化学反应层以及一反应呈色层。
S2:使该化学反应层和该些气味分子产生一化学反应且该反应呈色层根据该化学反应产生该些呈色反应而呈现出对应该食材的至少一颜色图像,并通过一处理模块的一转换单元将该些颜色图像转换成对应该食材的一识别信息。
S3:提供一通信模块将该识别信息上传至一由多个节点所组成的区块链模块,并使该些节点储存有对应该食材的该识别信息。
S4:令一显示模块对应该识别信息形成一识别标签。
据此,由于本发明的呈色气体感测芯片输出的信息具有实时性与不可伪造性,搭配区块链技术后,将解除链上数据可能在上传前就已被造假的疑虑,且通过识别标签的设置,让用户可以随时随地经由网络连接上区块链,确认链上数据是否有异动,或确认食材的真伪。简言之,本发明提供本领域技术人士一个确保食材信息区块链上所有数据正确的方法,将大幅提升区块链上数据的真实性与不可伪造性,甚者,还减少了食安危机。

具体实施方式
有关本发明的详细说明及技术内容,现就配合附图说明如下:
请参阅图1。本发明提供一种基于气体管理食材信息的系统,包含:一气体感测模块10、一处理模块20、一区块链模块30以及一显示模块40。
请续搭配参阅图2。该气体感测模块10包括至少一呈色气体感测芯片11,即该气体感测模块10可建有一个该呈色气体感测芯片11,或一个以上的该呈色气体感测芯片11,本发明并未限制,于一非限制性实例中,该气体感测模块10可以为试纸的态样,但不以此为限。而该呈色气体感测芯片11得以与一食材所散发的至少一气味分子反应而形成至少一呈色反应,其中,该呈色气体感测芯片11包括彼此堆栈设置的一化学反应层111以及一反应呈色层112,如图3以及图4所示。更详细地,该化学反应层111将和该些气味分子产生一化学反应,并且该反应呈色层112再根据该化学反应产生该些呈色反应而呈现出对应该食材的至少一颜色图像。简言之,该气体感测模块10可使该呈色气体感测芯片11与该食材所散发的该些气味分子产生该化学反应并且形成对应该食材的该些颜色图像。
所述的该食材可源自于一生鲜食材或一外卖餐饮,更具体地,例如:蔬果、肉类、便当等,但不以此为限,凡可以散发出气味的食物皆可应用于本发明。
关于该呈色气体感测芯片11包括的彼此堆栈设置的该化学反应层111以及该反应呈色层112,另,该呈色气体感测芯片11还包括一阻隔部113,将于下述做一系列说明。
请续参阅图3以及图4。该化学反应层111被该阻隔部113隔开为包括多个第一区域1111,该第一区域1111包括一远离该反应呈色层112的一侧的进气面1112以及一反应区1113,供该些气味分子由该进气面1112进入该反应区1113,每一该反应区1113可与该些气味分子反应而产生该化学反应。该些反应区1113可各自包括不同种类的化学物质,以与不同目标气体产生反应,譬如某些反应区1113可与烷烃反应、某些反应区1113可与醇类反应、某些反应区1113可与硫化物反应等。该阻隔部113隔开相邻的该第一区域1111,而让相邻的该第一区域1111彼此不产生影响。其中,该化学反应还为一氧化还原反应、一酸碱反应、一酵素催化反应、一金属催化反应、一缩合反应(condensation reaction)、一水解反应(hydrolysis)、一加成反应(addition reaction)、一消去反应(elimination reaction)、一取代反应(substitution reaction)或其组合,但不以此为限。于一非限制性的实施例来说,适用于本发明的氧化还原反应举例可为乙醇氧化为乙醛或乙酸,酵素催化反应举例可为葡萄糖氧化酶(glucose oxidase),金属催化可为白金触媒。另例,假设其中一个反应区1113涂覆有联氨(H2N-NH2),当含有二氧化碳的该些气味分子与上述涂覆有联氨的该反应区1113反应时将产生H2NNHCOOH,利用氧化还原指示剂结晶紫(Crystal violet)呈色。且在本发明一态样中,该呈色气体感测芯片11可进一步包括一设置在该进气面1112上的保护层,以避免气体直接地进入该些反应区1113所造成的干扰或损坏。
该反应呈色层112也被该阻隔部113隔开为包括多个第二区域1121,该第二区域1121和该第一区域1111相互对应推迭,且该第二区域1121包括一呈色面1122以及一与该化学反应层111的该反应区1113接触的反应面1123。且该反应呈色层112包括有一呈色指示剂,因此,当该反应区1113产生该化学反应时,与该反应区1113接触的该反应呈色层112将对应该化学反应而产生该些呈色反应。
其中,该呈色指示剂的组成物是选自由一水合物、一沉淀物、一金属配位化合物及其组合所组成的群组。以该水合物举例来说,可为干燥氯化亚钴遇水气生成粉红色水合物;以该沉淀物举例来说,可为醋酸铅遇硫化氢生成黑色硫化铅沉淀;以该金属配位化合物举例来说,可为氧气与血红素中铁离子配位结合成鲜红色。补充说明地,适用于本发明的「呈色指示剂」并无特别限制,举例来说,该呈色指示剂还为一酸碱指示剂、一溶剂化显色或其组合。于一非限制性的实施例来说,本发明的该酸碱指示剂可为溴瑞香草酚蓝(Bromothymol Blue)、酚酞等呈色试剂。
本实施例中,该第一区域1111还分为该第一区域1111a、1111b,而该第二区域1121还分为该第二区域1121a、1121b,该进气面1112还分为该进气面1112a、1112b,该反应区1113还分为该反应区1113a、1113b;该第二区域1121还分为该第二区域1121a、1121b,该呈色面1122还分为该呈色面1122a、1122b,该反应面1123还分为该反应面1123a、1123b。该阻隔部113是一隔墙,隔开相邻的该第一区域1111a、1111b以及该第二区域1121a、1121b,让该些气味分子进入该进气面1112a而和该反应区1113a发生的反应的不会影响相邻的该反应区1113b,也让该反应区1113a发生的反应仅影响该反应面1123a和该呈色面1122a,而不会影响该反应面1123b和该呈色面1122b。
在一实施例中,还包括一设置在最外侧的抗反射膜60,该抗反射膜60有助于用户从外部通过仪器或肉眼观察该呈色面1122的颜色变化并避免干扰。
或还设有一层或多层具有气味分子筛选功能的扩散膜70来达到筛选特定气味分子的效果。该扩散膜70设置在该化学反应层111外侧,更详细地,即靠近该进气面1112设置。
而在设置有该些扩散膜70的情况下,每一该扩散膜70所针对的气味分子可彼此不同。除此之外,为了调整气味分子在该些扩散膜70之中的扩散路径,达到改变大小分子的扩散速度以获得筛选大小分子的效果。在一实施例中,每一该扩散膜70中都可添加尺寸不一的石墨烯80。
如欲更有效率地吸附气味分子,本发明中还可在该扩散膜70之中包括一吸附分子来达成上述目标。上述的吸附分子可为任何具有吸附功能的液体、胶体、孔洞或者是纤维薄膜。于一具体的非限制性实例中,可使用甘油作为该吸附分子。然而,也可直接地在一对扩散膜70之间设置一含有吸附分子的吸附层,此设置也可以获得良好的吸附效果。
补充说明的是,在前文中所描述的种种实施例中,为了降低外界环境对于内部化学反应的干扰,可选择性地在靠近该化学反应层111的该进气面1112的适当位置设置具阻水性的透气膜。总体来说,该膜层可选自由该透气膜、该吸附层、该扩散膜70及其组合所组成的群组。
又,本发明还可设置多个比色区块,使该些比色区块与该些反应区1113对应排列设置,以使颜色的辨别更将容易,降低辨识误差。
上述诸多实施例中,在该些气味分子可以进入该化学反应层111并与该些反应区1113反应的前提下,该化学反应层111、该反应呈色层112或其他功能层的顺序可以彼此对调,并未限制。
由上述说明中,已将本发明该气体感测模块10中的该呈色气体感测芯片11做一系列说明,再来是关于该处理模块20的部分。该处理模块20包括一将该些颜色图像转换成对应该食材的一识别信息的转换单元21,亦即,通过该处理模块20可将该些颜色图像转换成对应该食材的该识别信息,其中,该识别信息可以为一数据化信息的态样,但不以此为限,凡可以对应表现该食材的识别性都是可以的。于一非限制性实例中,该处理模块20可以为远程服务器或手持式电子装置的态样,但不以此为限。
补充说明的是,由于本发明并未限定前述的该气体感测模块10仅能具有一个该呈色气体感测芯片11,故可依实际需求,建有一个以上的该呈色气体感测芯片11,亦即,可适用于多种食材,并连带形成多个不同的颜色图像,甚至识别信息,此为本领域技术人士可以理解的。而在后续说明中也将包含此内涵,不另行赘述。
接着是该区块链模块30,该区块链模块30是由多个节点31所组成,并且该些节点31储存有对应该食材的该识别信息,承前概念地,本发明并不限于该些节点31仅能记录有一个该识别信息,可根据实用情况而储存有多个该识别信息,且该些识别信息所对应的食材可彼此不同。关于该些节点31的态样,例如,还可为一供应端、一物流端、一需求端或其组合;更具体地,举例来说,该些节点31可为一食材生产商、一货运物流商、一零售厂商等,但不以上述举例为限。于一实施例中,该区块链模块30还可具有一智能合约触发单元,以强化该区块链模块30的使用功能。
在一实施例中,本发明还可包括一通信模块50,并且该通信模块50将该识别信息上传至每一该节点31。补充说明地,该区块链模块30的该些节点31可预先储存有对应该食材的该识别信息。之后如有需要,即可通过该通信模块50上传较新的或校正过后的该识别信息至每一该节点31。于一非限制性实例中,该通信模块50可以为手持式电子装置的态样,但不以此为限。
关于该显示模块40,则包括一对应该识别信息的识别标签41,具体而言之,该识别标签41还为一一维条形码、一二维条形码、一图案标记、一无线射频识别系统(RFID)电子标签或其组合,但不以此为限。亦即,本发明将一开始获得的该些颜色图像转换形成对应该些颜色图像的该识别标签41。之后,用户即可随时通过该识别标签41连上区块链网络检验该区块链模块30的该些节点31上该识别信息的正确性或是该食材的来源真伪。于一非限制性实例中,该显示模块40可以为手持式电子装置屏幕的态样,但不以此为限。
为使本领域技术人士更了解本发明内涵,以下将说明本发明的实际使用方法,并请续搭配参阅图5:
S1:首先提供该气体感测模块10,并使该呈色气体感测芯片11与该食材所散发的该些气味分子反应而形成该些呈色反应。
S2:使该化学反应层111和该些气味分子产生该化学反应且该反应呈色层112根据该化学反应产生该些呈色反应而呈现出对应该食材的该些颜色图像,并通过该处理模块20的该转换单元21将该些颜色图像转换成对应该食材的该识别信息。
S3:提供该通信模块50将该识别信息上传至该区块链模块30,并使该些节点31储存有对应该食材的该识别信息。以及S4:令该显示模块40对应该识别信息形成该识别标签41。
据此,由于本发明的呈色气体感测芯片输出的信息具有实时性与不可伪造性,搭配区块链技术后,将解除链上数据可能在上传前就已被造假的疑虑,且通过识别标签的设置,让用户可以随时随地经由网络连接上区块链,确认链上数据是否有异动,或确认食材的真伪。简言之,本发明提供本领域技术人士一个确保食材信息区块链上所有数据正确的方法,将大幅提升区块链上数据的真实性与不可伪造性,甚者,还减少了食安危机。
Claims (10)
1.一种基于气体管理食材信息的系统,其特征在于,包含:
一气体感测模块,该气体感测模块包括至少一得以与一食材所散发的至少一气味分子反应而形成至少一呈色反应的呈色气体感测芯片,该呈色气体感测芯片包括彼此堆栈设置的一化学反应层以及一反应呈色层,该化学反应层和该些气味分子产生一化学反应且该反应呈色层根据该化学反应产生该些呈色反应而呈现出对应该食材的至少一颜色图像;
一处理模块,该处理模块包括一将该些颜色图像转换成对应该食材的一识别信息的转换单元;
一区块链模块,该区块链模块由多个节点所组成,并且该些节点储存有对应该食材的该识别信息;以及
一显示模块,该显示模块包括一对应该识别信息的识别标签。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,该化学反应层包括至少一得以与该些气味分子反应而产生该化学反应的反应区,并使该化学反应层远离该反应呈色层的一侧作为一进气面;以及
该反应呈色层包括对应设置的一呈色面以及一反应面,该反应面接触该化学反应层的该反应区,该反应呈色层还包括有一呈色指示剂以对应该反应面的该化学反应产生该些呈色反应。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,该呈色面还设有一比色区块。
4.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其特征在于,该进气面上还设有至少一膜层,该膜层选自由一具阻水性的透气膜、一吸附层、一具气体筛选功能的扩散膜及其组合所组成的群组。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括一通信模块,并且该通信模块将该识别信息上传至每一该节点。
6.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,该区块链模块还具有一智能合约触发单元。
7.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,该些节点还为一供应端、一物流端、一需求端或其组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,该食材还为一生鲜食材。
9.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,该识别标签还为一一维条形码、一二维条形码、一图案标记、一无线射频识别系统电子标签或其组合。
10.一种基于气体管理食材信息的方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
S1:提供一包括至少一呈色气体感测芯片的气体感测模块,并使该呈色气体感测芯片与一食材所散发的至少一气味分子反应而形成至少一呈色反应,其中,该些呈色气体感测芯片各自堆栈设置有一化学反应层以及一反应呈色层;
S2:使该化学反应层和该些气味分子产生一化学反应且该反应呈色层根据该化学反应产生该些呈色反应而呈现出对应该食材的至少一颜色图像,并通过一处理模块的一转换单元将该些颜色图像转换成对应该食材的一识别信息;
S3:提供一通信模块将该识别信息上传至一由多个节点所组成的区块链模块,并使该些节点储存有对应该食材的该识别信息;以及
S4:令一显示模块对应该识别信息形成一识别标签。
