In this embodiment, taking an invoice as an example, the specific implementation method of the intelligent reimbursement system is as follows:
obtaining invoice electronic information (electronic invoices and photos) required to be reimbursed by a user from a mobile terminal, uploading the invoice electronic information to an intelligent reimbursement processing terminal in a binary system form, carrying out image restoration on the uploaded binary information by the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal by adopting an optical character recognition technology, carrying out feature extraction by using an image recognition technology, analyzing and converting the feature into character information, carrying out structural processing on the information to form structural document information, then carrying out model conversion on the structural document information to obtain an invoice data model and sending the invoice data model to the mobile terminal. And the mobile terminal performs visual interface rendering on the invoice data model after obtaining the invoice data model and provides an editing function, and a reimbursement process can be initiated to the intelligent reimbursement system after the user confirms that the information is correct. In the initiating process, the intelligent reimbursement system automatically generates reimburseable document types through a series of preset scenes and fully automatically fills all items needing reimbursement. Specifically, reference may be made to fig. 8 for a full-braking form filling work flow, where fig. 8 is a flow chart of the full-braking form filling work flow in the first embodiment of the intelligent document reimbursement system provided in the present application, and a specific method is as follows:

Initiating invoice checking to a tax bureau through the four invoice elements to obtain an inspection result, if the document is true, obtaining a base bill corresponding to the document through the national tax bureau, and verifying the structured document information based on the base bill; and if the receipt is not true, sending the checking result and the structured receipt information to the intelligent reimbursement request terminal, receiving the corrected structured receipt information fed back from the intelligent reimbursement request terminal, and checking the authenticity of the receipt again.

Wherein the saving of the images provides unstructured data storage by the ECM (picture management) of the intelligent reimbursement system. The image can be stored in a hard disk, a database, a cloud and other storage modes.

The data submitted by the user comprises invoice information, user information, image information and the like, and the current data is marked to be in an un-reimbursement state.

And searching whether the current invoice is in an occupied state in an invoice identification result table through the four invoice elements, and when the current invoice is in the occupied state, indicating that the invoice has been reimbursed, and using the checking result as a checking certificate for reimbursement.

For example, the travel expense reimbursement bill has a corresponding relation with invoices such as value-added tax invoices, train tickets, taxi tickets, air ticket travel lists and the like, and after the train tickets or the air ticket travel lists are identified through optical characters, the system can automatically recommend and display the travel expense reimbursement bill when the reimbursement category is selected.
S406: and automatically filling the invoice in the invoice data model and the invoice model.
In the embodiment, the matched items are converted into the documents by the invoices through field comparison. In the conversion process, the information (company, department, contact information, job level, region and the like) of the current user in the system is obtained according to the binding of the login user and the reimburser, and the data (such as the contact information, the job level and the like) which do not exist in some original invoice data models are automatically filled into the reimbursement bill.

For the subsidy standard, the subsidy unit price can be intelligently obtained according to the standard dimension, the subsidy days are calculated according to the business trip period, the subsidy total amount can be automatically calculated based on the subsidy unit price and the subsidy days, the accuracy is improved, and meanwhile manual operation is reduced.
For example, reimbursement criteria within the system are (unit: Yuan/person. day): accommodation fee: section level: 1100: beijing, Shanghai, 900: jiangsu province, Zhejiang province, Fujian province, Xiamen city, Henan province, the factory is 800: tianjin City, Hebei province, Shanxi province, inner Mongolia and Liaoning province; other persons: the weight ratio of 650: beijing, 600: shanghai city, 550: guangdong province, Shenzhen city, 490: dalian city, Jiangsu province, Qingdao city.
By the method, the application provides an intelligent reimbursement system for documents, which comprises: the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a first processor and a first memory, and the first processor implements the intelligent form filling method when executing data stored in the first memory; the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal comprises a second processor and a second memory, and the intelligent form filling method is realized when the second processor executes data stored in the second memory, so that the consistency, accuracy and compliance of the form filling are improved, manual filling information is reduced, and automatic reimbursement filling and form compliance audit is finally realized.
For the above embodiments, the present application provides a computer device, and please refer to fig. 9 specifically, where fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of the computer device provided in the present application. The device 910 comprises a processor 911 and a memory 912, wherein the processor 911 is coupled to the memory 912, the memory 912 stores a computer program, and the processor 911 is used for executing the computer program to implement the intelligent reimbursement method for a document.
In this embodiment, the processor 911 may also be referred to as a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The processor 911 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The processor 911 may also be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. A general-purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor 911 may be any conventional processor or the like.
For the method of the above embodiment, it may exist in the form of a computer program, and therefore the present invention provides a computer storage medium, please refer to fig. 10, where fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of the computer storage medium provided in this application. A computer storage medium 920 of the present embodiment stores therein a computer program 921 that can be executed to implement the method of the above-described embodiments.
A computer storage medium 920 of this embodiment may be a medium that can store program instructions, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or may also be a server that stores the program instructions, and the server may send the stored program instructions to other devices for operation, or may self-operate the stored program instructions.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed method and apparatus can be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a module or a unit is merely a logical division, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. 1. An intelligent reimbursement method for documents, which is characterized in that the intelligent reimbursement method comprises the following steps:
receiving electronic document information, wherein the electronic document information comprises at least one of a document picture and an electronic document;
identifying the document electronic information and forming structured document information;
filing and analyzing the structured document information and performing model conversion to obtain reimbursement document data model information;
and generating the reimbursement bill based on the reimbursement bill data model information.
2. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to claim 1, wherein said generating an reimbursement document based on reimbursement document data model information derived from structured document information comprises:
sending the reimbursement bill data model information to a mobile terminal;
and receiving the confirmation result of the reimbursement bill data model fed back by the mobile terminal, and generating the reimbursement bill according to the confirmation result of the reimbursement bill data model.
3. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to claim 2, wherein said receiving the confirmation result of the reimbursement document data model information fed back by the mobile terminal, and generating the reimbursement document according to the confirmation result of the reimbursement document data model information comprises:
if the reimbursement bill data model fed back by the mobile terminal confirms that the reimbursement bill data model confirms the error, generating the reimbursement bill according to the reimbursement bill data model information;
if the return receipt data model confirmation result fed back by the mobile terminal is that the information is wrong, receiving corrected return receipt data model information sent by the mobile terminal;
and generating the reimbursement bill based on the corrected reimbursement bill data model information.
4. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that after generating the reimbursement document based on the reimbursement document data model information, the method further comprises:
and sending the reimbursement receipt to the mobile terminal.
5. A document intelligent reimbursement method according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that said identifying document electronic information and forming structured document information identifies said document electronic information by optical character recognition technology.
6. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein before generating the reimbursement document based on reimbursement document data model information, the method further comprises:
and checking the authenticity of the bill based on the reimbursement bill data model information.
7. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to claim 6, wherein said verifying the authenticity of said documents based on reimbursement document data model information further comprises:
checking the authenticity of the document through a national tax bureau;
if the bill is true, acquiring a base bill corresponding to the bill through the national tax bureau, and verifying the structured bill information based on the base bill;
and if the bill is not true, sending a checking result and the structured bill information to the mobile terminal, receiving the corrected structured bill information fed back from the mobile terminal, and checking the authenticity of the bill again.
8. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein before generating the reimbursement document based on reimbursement document data model information, the method further comprises:
checking whether the structured document information has generated an reimbursement document;
and if the invoice text information is confirmed to generate the reimbursement bill, stopping generating the reimbursement bill based on the structured bill information again.
9. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein before generating the reimbursement document based on reimbursement document data model information, the method further comprises:
and performing financial reimbursement check on the reimbursement document based on the user information.
10. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to claim 9, wherein said financial reimbursement verification of said reimbursement document based on user information comprises:
verifying reimbursement eligibility for a current user based on the user information;
verifying whether the reimbursement behavior of the current user conforms to a reimbursement system or not based on the user information;
verifying whether the reimbursement form template matches the structured document information based on the user information;
acquiring matched reimbursement standards based on the user information, and verifying whether the cost in reimbursement bills exceeds the standard based on the reimbursement standards;
acquiring borrowing information of a current user based on the user information, and verifying the expense of the reimbursement receipt based on the borrowing information;
and acquiring the same reimbursement item applied by the current user based on the user information, and summarizing the cost based on the same reimbursement item.
11. An intelligent reimbursement method for documents is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring electronic document information, wherein the electronic document information comprises at least one of a document picture and an electronic document;
uploading the electronic document information to an intelligent reimbursement processing terminal, wherein the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal is used for identifying the electronic document information and forming structured document information, and performing filing analysis and model conversion according to the structured document information to obtain reimbursement document data model information;
receiving and confirming the reimbursement bill data model information sent by the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal, and sending a confirmation result to the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal, wherein the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal is further used for generating an reimbursement bill based on the structured bill information;
and receiving the reimbursement receipt sent by the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal.

The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to claim 11, wherein said receiving and confirming said reimbursement document data model information sent by said intelligent reimbursement processing terminal, and sending said confirmation result to said intelligent reimbursement processing terminal comprises:
if the reimbursement bill data model is judged to be correct, feeding back a result of correct confirmation to the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal;
and if the reimbursement bill data model is judged to be wrong, feeding the corrected reimbursement bill data model information back to the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal, and generating an reimbursement bill by the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal based on the corrected reimbursement bill data model information.
13. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to claim 11, wherein after receiving the reimbursement document sent by the intelligent reimbursement processor, the method further comprises:
initiating a charge reimbursement based on the reimbursement document.
14. The intelligent reimbursement method for documents according to claim 13, wherein said initiating a charge reimbursement based on the reimbursement document comprises:
and if the reimbursement bill has errors, initiating expense reimbursement based on the corrected reimbursement bill.
15. An intelligent reimbursement system for documents, comprising:
a mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal;
wherein the mobile terminal comprises a first processor and a first memory, and the first processor implements the method of intelligent form filling according to any one of claims 1-14 when executing the data stored in the first memory; the intelligent reimbursement processing terminal comprises a second processor and a second memory, and the second processor executes the data stored in the second memory to realize the intelligent form filling method according to any one of claims 1-14.
16. A computer device comprising a processor, a memory and stored program data, the processor when executing the program data implementing the steps of the method according to any of claims 1-10 or 11-14.
17. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-10 or 11-14.
