A user using the system for the first time can successfully register until the similarity reaches more than 95% through second-generation identification, face identification, real person detection, characteristic value comparison and lawyer information comparison at any self-service terminal, and can successfully register at all self-service terminals after one-time registration.
The second step is that: user login
In any inspection institution with a self-service terminal, each login of a user needs to be completed through human face recognition and characteristic value comparison. After successful login, historical reservation records can be checked, and reservation information before quick copying of the reservation records can be reserved again.
The third step: submit the appointment reading application
The appointment marking application comprises local and remote places, judgment is carried out according to actual conditions, under normal conditions, only the nearest inspection center needs to be found, and after the face recognition login of the self-service terminal of the inspection center, the following steps are completed:
(1) selecting an examination paper marking type, and automatically judging which certificates need to be scanned through a system of the type;
(2) inputting basic information of a dialect (mainly comprising a suspect name, a consignor name and the like);
(3) recording case basic information (case name, case group and the like);
(4) basic information of the law place (name of the law place and contact telephone);
(5) scanning various complete machines;
(6) marking person electronic signature;
and after the information is input or scanned, the appointment information is submitted, and the system automatically reminds corresponding staff of a checking organ to check.
The fourth step: appointment auditing
The staff of the inspection shop judges whether the examination is passed or not according to the submitted appointment marking application information and the handling information of the corresponding case, if the examination is confirmed to be correct, the examination is passed, and the binding of the file is finished; if the condition is not satisfied, filling in the final opinion and rejecting the application.
The fifth step: downloading and browsing files
After the verification is passed, the system automatically downloads the corresponding file and completes the picture conversion, the file is displayed in a thumbnail mode, a user clicks the thumbnail, the file picture is displayed in a maximized mode, the previous file can be switched to the next file in a sliding mode through fingers, and whether the picture needs to be placed in a burning sequence or not can be selected.
And a sixth step: file for burning
The recording can be performed by selecting a part of the volume or selecting the whole recording for complete recording. And automatically printing the paper reading receipt and popping up the optical disk after the recording is finished, thereby finishing the whole process.
The system mainly solves the following problems: a unified intelligent remote identity authentication, user registration and login mechanism is lacked; the system has the functions of second-generation certificate recognition, real person face recognition, face characteristic value comparison, face characteristic value management and the like, and meanwhile, the current mature auxiliary intelligent equipment such as second-generation certificate recognition, face recognition cameras and the like needs to be introduced, so that the functions of identity verification, user allopatric registration, login and the like can be completed without the need of leading a dialect nurse and an litigation agent to arrive at the site.
The problem that the functions of booking, auditing, looking up, recording and marking in different places are lack of unification is solved; the system has the functions of self-service recording of reservation information, self-service scanning of certificates, electronic signature, management of a check house at the file location, management of a check house at the file marking location, application and verification for remote file marking, binding of files, downloading of files, automatic watermark adding of files, display and preview of file information, and self-service whole or partial recording, and the touch input device, the short-focus scanning module, the electronic signature control and the recording device are required to be introduced for realizing the functions, so that the problems that a dialect nurse and an litigation agent can complete the scanning, electronic signature, submission and verification of reservation information, downloading, previewing and recording of files without arriving at the site are solved.
The system also has an effective interactive communication mechanism; the intelligent equipment assists in handling a system interface for making an appointment for burning the file volume business and is in butt joint with the file volume business; the method realizes the inquiry, statistics, study and judgment and analysis of the reserved recording file information.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. A system for reserving burning of files in different places by self-service is characterized in that: the system comprises functional modules of resource library maintenance management, intelligent equipment management, interactive communication management, self-service registration and login management, self-service local/remote reservation management, self-service local/remote audit management, self-service download and browse file management, automatic watermark adding encryption management and self-service file burning management;
the resource library maintenance management module mainly comprises four sub-modules, namely a foreigner, a litigation agent basic information management module, a face characteristic value management module, an electronic file information library management module and an appointment marking information management module;
the intelligent equipment management module is mainly used for managing equipment used by the system, performing single and comprehensive detection on auxiliary equipment through a bottom layer protocol, and acquiring the current running state, data and fault analysis in real time;
the interactive communication management module is used for automatically popping up a reminding window along with voice reminding when the system detects that new appointment marking information exists;
the self-service registration login management module is divided into a self-service registration part and a self-service login part;
the self-service local/remote appointment management module is divided into self-service local appointment management and self-service remote appointment management;
the self-service local/remote auditing management module acquires real-time application information in a mode of the communication management module, and a worker determines whether to pass auditing by checking information of second-generation certificates of the reader, information of site identification head images and the like and case attributes;
the self-service file downloading and browsing management module comprises an electronic file downloading module and an electronic file browsing module;
the automatic watermark adding encryption management module is used for adding watermarks and encrypting the electronic file before recording;
the self-help recording file management mainly realizes the function of recording files.

The system for reserving burning files in different places by self-service according to claim 1, characterized in that: the face characteristic value management module is mainly used for managing face characteristic value data of a defender and a litigation agent acquired through the face identification camera.

The system for reserving burning files in different places by self-service according to claim 1, characterized in that: the electronic file information library management module comprises two parts, wherein one part is the original electronic file management, and the module is mainly used for the electronic file management which is not uploaded to the unified service system, and is directly read and uploaded to the server through an optical disk; the other part is connected with the electronic file platform system, and file information is automatically extracted from the electronic file system through case numbers before browsing and recording the files.
4. The system for reserving burning files in different places by self-service according to claim 1, characterized in that: the reservation marking information management module is mainly used for recording reservation marking records of all the defenders and litigation agents.

The system for reserving burning files in different places by self-service according to claim 1, characterized in that: self-service local reservation management, namely setting the location of the papers and the marking location as local inspection yards when the papers required to be reserved by the dispute and litigant are filled in by self-service; and the self-service remote reservation management realizes the reservation of the file information of any non-local national check-up agency by the aid of the self-service terminal of the nearest check-up agency.
6. The system for reserving burning files in different places by self-service according to claim 1, characterized in that:
self-service registration, wherein the system automatically reads basic information of the second-generation certificate, simultaneously starts a camera to take pictures on site, identify the second-generation certificate, obtain a characteristic value and compare the characteristic value with the characteristic value of the picture read on the second-generation certificate, and if the similarity reaches more than 95%, the verification of the second-generation certificate is confirmed to be successful;
the self-service login module logs in through face recognition, obtains a face characteristic value of a user through a camera and a real person face recognition algorithm, compares the face characteristic value with a user characteristic value database, obtains user information with the highest similarity, displays the user information, and displays the reservation record of the user.
7. The method for reserving burning files in different places by self-service according to claim 1, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: user registration
A user using the system for the first time can successfully register until the similarity reaches more than 95% through second-generation identification, face identification, real person detection, characteristic value comparison and lawyer information comparison at any self-service terminal, and can successfully register at all self-service terminals after one-time registration;
the second step is that: user login

8. After successful login, historical reservation records can be checked, and reservation information before quick copying of the reservation records can be reserved again;
the third step: submit the appointment reading application
The appointment marking application comprises local and remote places, judgment is carried out according to actual conditions, usually, only the nearest inspection center needs to be found, after the face recognition login of the self-service terminal of the inspection center, information is input, the information input or scanning is completed to submit the appointment information, and the system automatically reminds corresponding staff of the inspection center to carry out auditing;
the fourth step: appointment auditing
The staff of the inspection shop judges whether the examination is passed or not according to the submitted appointment marking application information and the handling information of the corresponding case, if the examination is confirmed to be correct, the examination is passed, and the binding of the file is finished; if the condition is not met, filling in the final opinion and rejecting the application;

The recording can be performed by selecting a part of the volume or selecting the whole recording for complete recording.
9. And automatically printing the paper reading receipt and popping up the optical disk after the recording is finished, thereby finishing the whole process.
10. The method for reserving burning files in different places by self-service according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the third step, the information recording comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting an examination paper marking type, and automatically judging which certificates need to be scanned through a system of the type;
(2) inputting basic information of a defender;
(3) recording case basic information;
(4) basic information of law;
(5) scanning various complete machines;
(6) and (5) electronic signature of the reader.
