a display terminal, comprising within the display terminal:
the cloud storage module is used for uploading, storing and calling tax staff information;
the interface management module is used for customer service personnel to click and perform related operations;
the voice end comprises a communication device and is used for voice communication with tax handling personnel;
the video terminal comprises video equipment and is used for carrying out video call with tax staff;
the tax handling terminal is used for handling tax service for tax staff, and comprises:
the mobile equipment terminal is used for handling tax service by a tax staff at any time; or
The integrated machine terminal is used for handling tax staff to a specified place to carry out tax handling business; or
The PC terminal is used for tax handling personnel to carry out tax handling business at the computer end;
the data display end comprises a plurality of display devices and is used for displaying tax related data and information.
2. The 5G tax video customer service platform according to claim 1, wherein the interface management module comprises an agent customer service system, an agent administrator system and a platform administrator system.
3. The 5G tax video customer service platform according to claim 1, wherein the mobile device terminal comprises:
the login and face body checking module is used for checking the identity information of tax staff;
the service selection module is used for providing selection transaction services for tax staff;
and the video service handling module is used for realizing 5G video call between the 5G video service center platform and the tax staff handling personnel.
4. The 5G tax video customer service platform according to claim 1, wherein the all-in-one terminal comprises:
the basic business handling module is used for providing basic tax handling business for tax handling personnel;
the 5G video service module is used for providing 5G video service handling services for tax staff.

The 5G tax video customer service platform according to claim 4, wherein the basic service handling module comprises a value-added tax invoice receiving module, an incremental house tax module, a credit rating query module, a real name acquisition module, a value-added tax special invoice issuing module, a printing tax completion certification module, a tax payment module, a printing payment certification module and a tax inquiry printing module.
6. The 5G tax video service platform according to claim 4, wherein the 5G video service module comprises a 5G remote service handling module, a 5G remote policy consultation module and a 5G expert remote consultation module.
7. An operation method of a 5G tax video customer service platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: tax staff logs in the tax handling terminal, unregistered users register at first, and registered users log in by face recognition and personal identity authentication double verification;
s2: after the login is completed, clicking a relevant interface of the tax handling terminal to handle the service, wherein in the service handling process, the conventional typical service is firstly processed by an AI customer service, and the complex service is fed back by a 5G video customer service center platform and is arranged to be manually serviced to carry out video conversation with tax handling service personnel, so that the tax handling service is completed.
S3: after the tax clerk finishes the service transaction, the video call is hung up at the tax terminal, and the login account is quitted.
