Abstract
The invention discloses a laser radar mounting and fastening support device which comprises a vehicle body connecting support, a first transition support, a second transition support, a first laser radar support and a second laser radar support, wherein the vehicle body connecting support is connected with the first transition support through a connecting rod; the top end of the vehicle body connecting bracket is in threaded connection with the front part of the first transition bracket; the rear part of the first transition support is in threaded connection with the front part of the second transition support; the rear part of the second transition support is in threaded connection with the first laser radar support; the first laser radar support and the second laser radar support are in threaded connection after the laser radar is fastened; the lower part of the vehicle body connecting bracket is connected with the vehicle body through threads. The laser radar mounting and fastening bracket device is convenient to disassemble and assemble and good in universality.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and relates to a bracket device for mounting and fastening a laser radar for an ADAS test.
Background
With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, automobiles are widely used, more and more automobiles are equipped with an ADAS function, and laser radars are required to be installed for testing the ADAS function, so that a fastening bracket device is required to be installed. The following problems exist in the conventional testing process:
1. the radar is inconvenient to install.

Preferably, an oblong hole is formed in the lower portion of the vehicle body connecting bracket 1, and the vehicle body connecting bracket is connected with the vehicle body through the oblong hole by a fastening bolt, so that the mounting position of the vehicle body connecting bracket 1 and the vehicle body can be adjusted.
Preferably, a threaded round hole is formed in the top end of the vehicle body connecting support 1, a long round hole is formed in the front portion of the first transition support 2, the threaded round hole of the vehicle body connecting support 1 is connected with the long round hole of the first transition support 2 through an inner hexagonal cylindrical head screw, and the front and back position adjustment of the first transition support 2 relative to the vehicle body connecting support 1 can be achieved.
Preferably, threaded round holes are distributed in the rear portion of the first transition support 2, long round holes are formed in the front portion of the second transition support 3, the threaded round holes of the first transition support 2 are connected with the long round holes of the second transition support 3 through hexagon socket head cap screws, and therefore the front and rear position adjustment of the first transition support 3 relative to the first transition support 2 can be achieved.
Preferably, the rear part of the second transition support 3 and the bottom of the first laser radar support 4 are provided with corresponding mounting holes for connecting hexagon socket head cap screws.
Preferably, the first laser radar support 4 comprises a base and two sections of arc-shaped supports with ears, which are fixed on the base, and the second laser radar support 5 is a semi-arc-shaped support with ears; the ears of the second laser radar support 5 are in butt joint with the ears of the two arc-shaped supports of the first laser radar support 4, and are connected through the hexagon socket head cap screws, so that the laser radar is fastened in the laser radar.

Preferably, an oblong hole is formed in the lower portion of the vehicle body connecting bracket 1, and the vehicle body connecting bracket is connected with the vehicle body through the oblong hole by a fastening bolt, so that the mounting position of the vehicle body connecting bracket 1 and the vehicle body can be adjusted.

2. The lidar mounting and fastening bracket device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower part of the vehicle body connecting bracket (1) is provided with an oblong hole through which the vehicle body connecting bracket is connected with a vehicle body through a fastening bolt.

The lidar mounting and fastening bracket device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a threaded round hole is formed at the top end of the vehicle body connecting bracket (1), a long round hole is formed at the front part of the first transition bracket (2), and the threaded round hole of the vehicle body connecting bracket (1) is connected with the long round hole of the first transition bracket (2) through a hexagon socket head cap screw.

The laser radar mounting and fastening bracket device as claimed in claim 1, wherein threaded circular holes are distributed at the rear part of the first transition bracket (2), long circular holes are formed at the front part of the second transition bracket (3), and the threaded circular holes of the first transition bracket (2) and the long circular holes of the second transition bracket (3) are connected through hexagon socket head cap screws.
5. The lidar mounting and fastening bracket device as claimed in claim 1, wherein corresponding mounting holes are formed at the rear part of the second transition bracket (3) and the bottom part of the first lidar bracket (4) for connecting hexagon socket head cap screws.

The lidar mounting and fastening bracket device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first lidar bracket (4) comprises a base and two sections of arc brackets with ears fixed on the base, and the second lidar bracket (5) is a semi-arc bracket with ears; the ear of the second laser radar support (5) is connected with the ear of the two arc-shaped supports of the first laser radar support (4) through the hexagon socket head cap screw after being butted, and the laser radar is fastened in the support.
