用纯度为99%的铝粉、高岭土、水玻璃,经计量配制→球磨→磁化过筛→抽浆精炼→造浆配制→失模浸浆→脱模干燥→高温煅烧等工艺方法制配的高温泡沫过滤陶瓷,具有在高温条件下耐热性稳定、耐热震性、耐化学试剂、耐腐蚀性能强等特点。收尘率与为粉尘保持量好,适用于国内所有稀有金属的高温冶炼熔液的过滤。

Description

高温泡沫过滤陶瓷及制作方法
本发明涉及一种泡沫过滤陶瓷的材料及制作方法。本发明之前,在国内所有稀有金属的高温冶炼熔液过滤都是采用金属材料板过滤,如钛板等。由于金属材料在高温条件下,耐热稳定性、耐热震性、耐化学试剂性、耐腐蚀性、收尘率与粉尘保持量等方面,比高温陶瓷材质要差得多,并且钛钨等金属比高温陶瓷价格要高出几倍。
本发明的目的就是提供一种高温泡沫过滤陶瓷材料及其制作方法,用以替代金属材料在稀有金属的高温冶炼熔液过滤的应用。
本发明的要点。
(1)工艺制作方法是:计量配制→球磨→磁化过筛→抽浆精炼→造浆配制→失模浸浆→脱模干燥→高温煅烧。
(2)重量组份比为:纯度为99%的铝粉75—85,高岭土15—25,水玻璃0.1—1。
其最佳重量组份比为:纯度为99%的铝粉—80,高岭土—20,水玻璃—0.5。
本发明的优点:
(1)能克服金属材料过滤时的不足点,即具有在高温条件下,耐热性稳定,耐热震性,耐化学试剂性,耐腐蚀性强,收尘率与粉尘保持量好。
(2)使用单位能降低成本,并能提高产品质量。
本发明目的由下列实施例予以实现。
第一步:选纯度大于99.0%的d—Al2O3,按重量—80加入重量组份比高岭士—20搅拌均匀放入高铝衬球磨机内用高铝球进行球磨,时间为超过8小时,后用过磁吸设备,再用大于325目筛子过筛,过筛的浆的水份小于30%,再加重量组份比0.5水玻璃进行化浆。把准备好的泡沫失模浸渍在浆内,浸渍时间不能超过1分钟,取出放在120度的干燥设备中干燥脱模4小时,干燥的坯体含水份小于3%,再用达标的坯体装入高温炉在1600度进行24小时煅烧,冷却后包装出厂。

1、用纯度为99%的铝粉、高岭土、水玻璃,经计量配制→球磨→磁化过筛→抽浆精炼→造浆配制→失模浸浆→脱模干燥→高温煅烧等工艺方法制配的高温泡沫过滤陶瓷,其特征在于重量组份比为:纯度为99%的铝粉75—85、高岭土15—20、水0.1-1;其最佳重量组份比为:纯度为99%的铝粉—80、高岭土—20、水玻璃0.5。
2、根据权利1所述的高温泡沫过滤陶瓷,其特征在于经球磨后,进行磁化,用大于325目的筛子过筛,加水玻璃进行化浆,再用失模浸浆,取出后放在120度的干燥设备中干燥脱模3—6小时定型,然后置于1500—1700℃的高温炉中煅烧20—30小时,冷却后则可。
