Abstract
The invention relates to the field of supporting molds, in particular to a post-cast strip supporting mold which comprises a fixed steel plate, a supporting mechanism, a supporting steel plate, an installation mechanism and a supporting steel bar, the supporting mechanism is arranged on the fixed steel plate and comprises a supporting plate, a fixed hook and a first steel bar, the supporting plate is fixedly welded on the fixed steel plate, the two side walls of the supporting plate are both fixedly provided with fixed hooks, and a first steel bar is fixedly arranged between the two fixed hooks, the mounting mechanism is fixedly welded on one side wall of the supporting steel plate, the mounting mechanism comprises a convex welding strip and a second steel bar, the convex welding strip is fixedly welded on the side wall of the supporting steel plate, and fixed mounting has the second reinforcing bar between two protruding welding strips, the one end and the fixed welding of first reinforcing bar of support billet, the other end and the fixed welding of second reinforcing bar of support billet. The invention relates to the field of supporting molds, in particular to a post-cast strip supporting mold.
Background
The post-cast strip is a temporary deformation joint reserved in the process of pouring large-area reinforced concrete and is used for overcoming the problem that harmful cracks are possibly generated due to factors such as temperature, shrinkage and settlement when the concrete is integrally poured. After the two parts separated by the post-cast strip are poured and other necessary projects are carried out, the post-cast strip is closed by concrete to connect the buildings into a whole.
For example, in modern building construction, particularly in high-rise building construction, a high-rise main building is often connected with a low-rise skirt building due to functional and styling requirements, wherein the skirt building surrounds most of the main building. In order to avoid the occurrence of cracks in the ground concrete structure caused by the shrinkage deformation of concrete and the settlement difference between the main building and the skirt building, a post-cast strip is correspondingly reserved in the construction of the ground concrete structure, and an existing post-cast strip supporting formwork is usually required to be dismantled, so that the working force is large, and the supporting effect on a casting strip which is cast with concrete firstly is poor. The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a post-cast strip supporting mould comprises a fixed steel plate, a supporting mechanism, a supporting steel plate, an installing mechanism and a supporting steel bar, wherein the supporting mechanism is installed on the fixed steel plate and comprises a supporting plate, a fixed hook and a first steel bar; the installation mechanisms are uniformly distributed and fixedly welded on one side wall of the supporting steel plate, each installation mechanism comprises a convex welding strip and a second steel bar, the convex welding strips are uniformly distributed and fixedly welded on the side wall of the supporting steel plate, and the second steel bar is fixedly arranged between the two convex welding strips in the horizontal direction; the one end of support billet and the fixed welding of first reinforcing bar in the supporting mechanism, the other end of support billet and the fixed welding of the second reinforcing bar in the installation mechanism.
Preferably, a steel plate net is fixedly installed on one side wall, far away from the supporting steel bars, of the supporting steel plate in a binding mode.
Preferably, the support steel plate is fixedly provided with a water stop steel plate, the water stop steel plate is horizontally arranged, and two side walls of the water stop steel plate are curled downwards.
Preferably, the support steel bars are arranged obliquely, and the angle of inclination of the support steel bars is 28-36 °.
Preferably, the fixed steel plate is fixedly installed on the bottom plate rib in the post-cast strip through a fixing screw, and the post-cast strip is arranged between the two concrete strips.
Compared with the related art, the post-cast strip supporting mold provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, the support steel plate is welded with the convex welding strips, the convex welding strips are formed by bending thin steel bars, and the area of welding points with the support steel plate is large, so that the phenomenon of welding strings of the support steel plate when the convex welding strips are welded with the support steel plate is reduced, and the condition that mortar enters a post-cast strip when a concrete strip is poured subsequently is avoided.
(2) According to the invention, the supporting plate and the supporting steel plate are connected by adopting a plurality of supporting steel bars which are obliquely arranged, so that the supporting strength of the supporting steel plate is enhanced; the post-cast strip supporting mould is directly buried in the subsequently cast concrete without being detached, the subsequently cast concrete forms a frame structure and is not easy to crack, and meanwhile, the post-cast strip supporting mould cannot deform or crack in the casting process, and large solid or slurry in the concrete cannot leak out, so that the casting quality is ensured.
