技术领域
本申请涉及一种蜂窝板及其制法、配置该蜂窝板的地板块和墙面板。
背景技术
蜂窝板是由两块较薄的面板,牢固地粘结在一层较厚的蜂窝状芯材两面而制成的板材,亦称蜂窝夹层结构,其被广泛应用于室内及墙面装饰工程。
但是,传统蜂窝板中间蜂窝芯层与上、下面板为线性接触,接触面积和粘接面积非常小,从而导致蜂窝芯层与上、下面板的粘接强度低,当蜂窝板的上面板和下面板受到相互远离的拉力,或者上、下面板受到向外的稍大的剥离力时,上、下面板很容易与中间的蜂窝芯层向脱离。
本申请由此而来。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是:提出一种结构稳固的蜂窝板以及该蜂窝板的制法和配置这种蜂窝板的地板块和墙面板。
本申请的技术方案是:
一种蜂窝板,包括:
上板体,
平行布置于所述上板体下方的下板体,以及
粘接固定于所述上板体和所述下板体之间的蜂窝芯层;
所述蜂窝芯层由金属板以及对所述金属板进行冲压而一体形成于该金属板上的多个向下伸出的冲压凸起构成,所述金属板的上表面与所述上板体贴靠并粘接或焊接固定,所述冲压凸起的下表面与所述下板体贴靠并粘接或焊接固定。
本申请在上述技术方案的基础上,还包括以下优选方案:
所述冲压凸起的下表面为平面,并且每个冲压凸起的下表面布置在同一平面内。
所述金属板的上表面是与所述冲压凸起的下表面平行布置的平面。
所述冲压凸起的下表面的面积之和等于所述金属板的上表面的面积。
所述冲压凸起呈矩阵状分布。
所述冲压凸起的外轮廓为圆柱形、圆环柱形或多棱柱形。
所述冲压凸起为圆环柱形,并且所述冲压凸起中形成有:
底端敞口顶端封闭的圆柱槽,以及
顶端敞口低端封闭、且环绕于所述圆柱槽外围的圆环柱槽;
所述圆柱槽的顶端槽壁的上表面与所述上板体贴靠并粘接或焊接固定,所述冲压凸起的所述下表面形成于所述圆环柱槽的底端槽壁上。

所述蜂窝板的制法,包括:
在金属板上冲制出沿着该金属板厚度方向同向伸出的多个冲压凸起;
将金属板的上表面与上板体贴靠并粘接或焊接固定,将各个冲压凸起的下表面与下板体贴靠并粘接或焊接固定。
本申请可实现如下有益效果:
1、本申请蜂窝板的蜂窝芯层由金属片以及对该金属片进行冲压从而一体形成于该金属片上的多个同向伸出的冲压凸起构成。金属片的上表面与上板体贴靠并粘接或焊接固定,冲压凸起的下表面与下板体贴靠并粘接或焊接固定。从而增大了蜂窝芯层与上、下板体的连接面积和连接强度,减小了蜂窝板的上、下板体从蜂窝芯层上脱离的可能性。
2、冲压凸起的下表面设置为平面结构,而且每个冲压凸起的下表面布置在同一平面内,进一步增大各个冲压凸起与下板体的贴靠和粘接面积。
3、各个冲压凸起的下表面的面积之和=金属片的上表面的面积,从而使得所有冲压凸起与下板体的贴靠连接面积总和=金属片与上板体的贴靠连接面积,均匀分配该蜂窝芯层的总粘接或焊接面积,进而使得蜂窝芯层与上板体的连接力=蜂窝芯层与下板体的连接力,避免一侧板体与蜂窝芯层的连接力明显小于另一侧板体与蜂窝芯层连接力。
4、将冲压凸起设置为圆环柱形状,可提升上、下板体之间垂直支撑臂的数量,进而提升蜂窝铝板的承压强度。
5、在薄金属片上冲压加工出如蜂窝状密布的众多冲压凸起简单易行,容易实施。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请实施例的附图,对本申请实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本申请的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
除非另作定义,此处使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本申请所属领域内具有一般技能的人士所理解的通常意义。本申请专利申请说明书以及权利要求书中使用的“一个”或者“一”等类似词语,不表示数量限制,而是表示存在至少一个。
在本申请说明书和权利要求书的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“水平”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或单元必须具有特定的方向、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此,不能理解为对本申请的限制。
本申请专利申请说明书以及权利要求书中使用的“固定连接”,不包括一体连接。
现在,参照附图描述本申请的实施例。
实施例一:
图1示出了本申请蜂窝板的一个具体实施例,与传统蜂窝板相同的是:
该蜂窝板也包括水平布置的上板体1,平行布置于上板体下方的下板体2,粘接固定于上板体和下板体之间的蜂窝芯层3。本申请说明书和权利要求书中所说的“水平布置”,并非指该蜂窝板在使用时其上板体1一定与水平面保持平行,而是以上板体1处于水平态时(或者说将上板体1所在的平面定义为水平面)描述该蜂窝板上其余各构件的相对位置关系,其目的在于方便描述该蜂窝板的结构。、
本实施例的关键改进在于上述蜂窝芯层3采用了一种全新的结构形式,参照图2至图5所示,该蜂窝芯层3由很薄的金属片301以及对该金属片进行冲压从而一体形成于该金属片上的多个向下伸出的冲压凸起302构成。金属片301的上表面301a与上板体1(的下表面)贴靠并粘接(或焊接)固定,冲压凸起302的下表面302a与下板体2(的上表面)贴靠并粘接(或焊接)固定。
考虑到下板体2的上表面为平面结构,为了增大各个冲压凸起302与下板体2的贴靠粘接面积,本实施例将每个冲压凸起302的下表面302a设置为平面结构,而且每个冲压凸起302的下表面302a布置在同一平面内。
考虑到上板体1的下表面也为平面结构,而且上板体1的下表面与下板体2的上表面平行,为了增大金属片301与上板体1的贴靠和粘接面积,本实施例又进一步将金属片301的上表面301a设置为与冲压凸起302的下表面302a平行布置的平面结构。
并且,上述各个冲压凸起302的下表面302a的面积之和=金属片301的上表面301a的面积,从而使得所有冲压凸起302与下板体2的贴靠粘接面积总和=金属片301与上板体1的贴靠粘接面积,均匀分配该蜂窝芯层的总粘接面积,进而使得蜂窝芯层3与上板体1的连接力=蜂窝芯层3与下板体2的连接力,避免一侧板体与蜂窝芯层3的粘接力明显小于另一侧板体与蜂窝芯层3粘接力。
本实施例中,上述各个冲压凸起302呈矩阵状均匀分布。而且每个冲压凸起302都为圆环柱形,圆环柱形的冲压凸起302中形成有:底端敞口顶端封闭的圆柱槽3021,顶端敞口低端封闭、且环绕于前述圆柱槽外围的圆环柱槽3022。圆柱槽3021的顶端槽壁3021a的上表面与上板体1贴靠并粘接(或焊接)固定,冲压凸起302的下表面302a形成于圆环柱槽3022的底端槽壁3022a上。
为了提升圆柱槽的顶端槽壁3021a与上板体1的粘接面积和粘接强度,本实施例将圆柱槽3021的顶端槽壁3021a设置为平面结构,并且圆柱槽3021的顶端槽壁3021a的上表面与金属片301的上表面平齐布置——可将圆柱槽的顶端槽壁3021a的上表面视为金属片301的上表面的一部分。
再参照图2至图5所示,现简要介绍该蜂窝板的制法:先(利用圆环柱形的冲压头)在金属片301上冲制出沿着该金属片厚度方向同向伸出的多个冲压凸起302,然后将金属片301的上表面301a与上板体1贴靠并粘接固定,或者将金属片301的上表面301a与上板体1贴靠并焊接固定——一般为钎焊,将各个冲压凸起302的下表面302a与下板体2贴靠并粘接固定,或者将各个冲压凸起302的下表面302a与下板体2贴靠并焊接固定——一般为钎焊。
本实施例中中,圆环柱槽3022具有自槽口向槽底逐渐减小的径向宽度,以方便冲压模具脱模。
上述金属片301优选延展性好的铝片,其厚度一般选为0.02~1mm。
在上述蜂窝板的上板面(或者下板面)粘接固定木板结构的饰面层4后,并在蜂窝板的侧边固定连接卡扣6(地板扣),便形成了图6和图7所示的侧边带有地板扣且由蜂窝板和饰面层4复合而成的地板块。
在该地板块中,其蜂窝芯层3的面积要小于上板体1和下板体2的面积,并且蜂窝芯层3的每条侧边都处于上板体1和下板体2对应侧边的内侧,从而在上板体1与下板体2间形成有位于蜂窝芯层3周围的卡扣嵌装间隙5。上述卡扣6嵌入前述卡扣嵌装间隙5,而且嵌入前述卡扣嵌装间隙5中的卡扣部分,与上板体1和下板体2粘接固定。
需要说明的是,上述卡扣6也可以仅与上板体1或下板体2之一粘接,同样。如此设计的优点在于:提升了卡扣与蜂窝板的装配效率。但缺陷在于:卡扣与蜂窝板的连接强度稍差。
此外,也可以将卡扣6与上板体1或/和下板体2焊接固定。
本实施例中,地板块侧边的各个卡扣6分别为一体成型件,且由铝型材制作。当然,卡扣6也可以采用其他材质,比如一体成型的塑料件。
当该地板块安装在室内(或室外场地)后,其上层的饰面层4(的上表面)裸露在环境中,供人们踩踏行走,所以该面饰层在具有装饰功能的同时,还应具有良好的耐磨性能。饰面层4也可以由木板替换成大理石板、瓷砖板或塑料板,前述塑料板包括相对柔软的橡胶板、塑胶板。在本实施例中该饰面层4为木板,而且该木板的厚度仅有几毫米。此外,饰面层4也可以是由涂覆于基板上表面的涂料形成的涂料层。
参照图6至图9所示,该地板块以及其下层蜂窝板均为矩形板,矩形地板块的四条侧边分别固定一卡扣6,共四个卡扣6,而且这四个卡扣6中的两个设为公扣6a,另外两个是与公扣6a相适配的母扣6b。具体地,其中一个公扣6a和其中一个母扣6b分别布置于地板块的两条长侧边,另外一个公扣6a和另外一个母扣6b分别布置于地板块的两条短侧边。所谓“相适配”,是指:从蜂窝基板1上拆离下来的前述公扣6a和母扣6b能够相互卡接配合。这样,就能够让任意两个这种结构的地板块都能直接相互拼接固定,构成大面积的地板系统,如图10。
实施例二:
图11和图12示出了本申请蜂窝板的第二个具体实施例,该蜂窝板具有与实施例一基本相同的结构,唯一区别在于:
冲压凸起302的外轮廓为圆柱形。
显然,上述冲压凸起302也可以是其他形状,如多棱柱形状。
不过,将冲压凸起302设置为实施例一的圆环柱形状较优,如此可提升上、下板体之间垂直支撑臂的数量,进而提升蜂窝铝板的承压强度。
实施例三:
图13示出了本申请墙面板的一个具体实施例,该墙面板具有与实施例一中地板块相同的结构,区别仅在于,本实施例将其作为墙面板使用,而实施例一将其作为地板块使用。
该墙面板既可以固定在建筑物的外墙面作为外墙面板,又可以布置在建筑物的内墙面作为内墙面板。
在安装时,侧边带有公、母卡扣的墙面板可相互拼接固定,每一个墙面板都能够以前一个墙面板为基础安装定位,不仅方便了墙面系统的安装,而且形成的墙面系统具有很好的结构整体性和美观性。
该墙面板的饰面层4除了可以选择实施例一中的大理石板、瓷砖板、木板、塑料板或涂料层之外,还可以是装饰纸或装饰布,其中装饰布优选具有保温防潮性能的植绒布。
需要说明的是,在本申请的一些其他实施例中,可以该地板块或墙面板做成其他形状,比如三角形、六边形、扇形甚至各种异形。而且,并非必须在地板块或墙面板的每条侧边都设置上述卡扣,可根据实际需要在至少一条侧边设置卡扣即可,当然最好至少在一条侧边设置公扣,至少另一条侧边设置母扣。并且,当一个地板块上设有多个公扣6a和多个母扣6b时,各个公扣6a可以采用不同的结构,各个母扣也可采用不同的结构,比如授权公告号为CN101910528B的中国发明专利所公开的这种地板块,其两条长侧边分别设置以偏角翻转方式相互配合的公扣和母扣,其两条短侧边分别设置以竖直位移方式相互配合的另一种结构的公扣和母扣。
Claims (13)
1.一种蜂窝板,包括:
上板体(1),
平行布置于所述上板体下方的下板体(2),以及
粘接固定于所述上板体和所述下板体之间的蜂窝芯层(3);
其特征在于,所述蜂窝芯层(3)由金属片(301)以及对所述金属片进行冲压而一体形成于该金属片上的多个向下伸出的冲压凸起(302)构成,所述金属片(301)的上表面(301a)与所述上板体(1)贴靠并粘接或焊接固定,所述冲压凸起(302)的下表面(302a)与所述下板体(2)贴靠并粘接或焊接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述冲压凸起(302)的下表面(302a)为平面,并且每个冲压凸起(302)的下表面(302a)布置在同一平面内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述金属片(301)的上表面(301a)是与所述冲压凸起(302)的下表面(302a)平行布置的平面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,各个所述冲压凸起(302)的下表面(302a)的面积之和等于所述金属片(301)的上表面(301a)的面积。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,各个所述冲压凸起(302)呈矩阵状分布。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述冲压凸起(302)的外轮廓为圆柱形、圆环柱形或多棱柱形。
7.根据权利要求6所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述冲压凸起(302)为圆环柱形,并且所述冲压凸起(302)中形成有:
底端敞口顶端封闭的圆柱槽(3021),以及
顶端敞口低端封闭、且环绕于所述圆柱槽外围的圆环柱槽(3022);
所述圆柱槽(3021)的顶端槽壁(3021a)的上表面与所述上板体(1)贴靠并粘接或焊接固定,所述冲压凸起(302)的所述下表面(302a)形成于所述圆环柱槽(3022)的底端槽壁(3022a)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述圆柱槽(3021)的顶端槽壁(3021a)为平面结构,并且所述圆柱槽(3021)的顶端槽壁(3021a)的上表面与所述金属片(301)的上表面平齐布置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述圆环柱槽(3022)具有自槽口向槽底逐渐减小的径向宽度。
10.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝板,其特征在于,所述的金属片(301)为0.02~1mm厚度的铝片。
11.一种地板块或墙面板,其特征在于,包括:
如权利要求1至10任一所述的蜂窝板,以及
固定于所述蜂窝板一侧板面的饰面层(4);
所述上板体(1)和所述下板体(2)之间形成有位于所述蜂窝芯层(3)周围的卡扣嵌装间隙(5),所述卡扣嵌装间隙(5)中嵌装与所述上板体(1)或/和所述下板体(2)粘接或焊接固定的卡扣(6)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的地板块或墙面板,其特征在于,所述的饰面层(4)为木板、大理石板、瓷砖板、塑料板、装饰布、装饰纸或涂料层。
13.一种如权利要求1至10任一所述蜂窝板的制法,其特征在于,包括:
在金属片(301)上冲制出沿着该金属片厚度方向同向伸出的多个冲压凸起(302);
将金属片(301)的上表面(301a)与上板体(1)贴靠并粘接或焊接固定,将各个冲压凸起(302)的下表面(302a)与下板体(2)贴靠并粘接或焊接固定。
