The yarn has the advantages of good structural strength, good antibacterial and antistatic properties, good moisture-conducting and air-permeable properties, certain ultraviolet resistance, far infrared and anion effects and good use effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vortex spinning, in particular to vortex spinning functional environment-friendly yarn.

With the continuous progress of society, textile technology and textile equipment are continuously developed, new yarns are continuously appeared, and vortex spun yarns are one of the most attractive yarns. Vortex spinning is a new technology in the existing spinning system, compared with the traditional ring spinning: the method has the characteristics of short spinning flow, high production efficiency, online quality monitoring, high automation intelligent degree and the like, and also has the advantages of greatly reducing labor, reducing yarn hairiness and the like. Therefore, the vortex spun yarn is processed into needle and cotton fabrics, and has the advantages of smooth cloth cover, less hairiness, good wear resistance, good fuzz and pilling resistance, bright color, moisture absorption, quick drying and the like.
Along with the improvement of standard of living, people also improve thereupon to the requirement of yarn, and conventional yarn is made mostly through cotton or chemical fiber, and the clothing that chemical fiber made is not the environmental protection, influences user's travelling comfort simultaneously, reduces user's result of use, and the yarn on the market is simple structure not only simultaneously, and the function singleness does not possess functions such as antistatic, ultraviolet resistance simultaneously, and yarn intensity is unsatisfactory, and antibacterial property is poor.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the vortex spinning functional environment-friendly yarn which is formed by blending various fibers through a vortex spinning process, and solves the problems that the existing yarn is simple in structure, single in function, incapable of having the functions of static resistance, ultraviolet resistance and the like, unsatisfactory in yarn strength and poor in antibacterial performance.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a vortex spinning functional environment-friendly yarn comprises a yarn body; the yarn body comprises a core yarn, an untwisted coating layer, a first coating layer and a second coating layer; the core yarn is a plurality of twisted and plied carbon fiber filaments; the untwisted coating layer is a bamboo fibril filament; the bamboo fiber filaments are arranged around the core yarn in an untwisted doubling mode; the first coating layer is made of flax fibers; the flax fibers are spirally wrapped outside the untwisted coating layer; the second coating layer adopts alginate fibers; the alginate fibers are spirally wrapped outside the first wrapping layer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the spiral wrapping directions of the first and second wrapping layers are opposite.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the carbon fiber filaments have a diameter of 0.02 to 0.15 mm.
As a preferable mode of the invention, a water-repellent and oil-repellent coating is coated outside the yarn body.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the core yarn comprises 18 to 90 carbon fiber filaments.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bamboo fibril filaments are 6 dtex.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the yarn body is 18.5 tex.
Through the technical scheme, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the yarn has the advantages of good structural strength, good antibacterial and antistatic properties, good moisture-conducting and air-permeable properties, certain ultraviolet resistance, far infrared and anion effects and good use effect. Preferably, the core yarn 1 comprises 18 to 90 carbon fiber filaments. The untwisted coating layer 2 is a bamboo fibril filament; the bamboo fibril filament is 6 dtex. The natural bamboo fiber filaments are arranged around the core yarn 1 in an untwisted and doubled manner; the first coating layer 3 adopts flax fiber; the flax fiber is spirally wrapped outside the untwisted coating layer 2; the second coating layer 4 adopts alginate fibers; the alginate fibers are spirally wrapped outside the first wrapping layer 3.
In order to make the yarn even, improve the stability of the yarn and avoid the phenomena of loose or core exposure, the spiral wrapping directions of the first wrapping layer 3 and the second wrapping layer 4 are opposite.
In order to improve the stain resistance of the invention, a water-repellent and oil-repellent coating is coated outside the yarn body.
With the combination of the above embodiments, the present invention has the following technical effects: the yarn has the advantages of good structural strength, good antibacterial and antistatic properties, good moisture-conducting and air-permeable properties, certain ultraviolet resistance, far infrared and anion effects and good use effect. 6. The vortex spun functional eco-friendly yarn according to claim 1, wherein the bamboo fibril filament is 6 dtex.
7. The vortex spun functional eco-friendly yarn of claim 1, wherein the yarn body is 18.5 tex.
