Background
With the continuous progress of society, textile technology and textile equipment are continuously developed, new yarns are continuously appeared, and vortex spun yarns are one of the most attractive yarns. Vortex spinning is a new technology in the existing spinning system, compared with the traditional ring spinning: the method has the characteristics of short spinning flow, high production efficiency, online quality monitoring, high automation intelligent degree and the like, and also has the advantages of greatly reducing labor, reducing yarn hairiness and the like. Therefore, the vortex spun yarn is processed into needle and cotton fabrics, and has the advantages of smooth cloth cover, less hairiness, good wear resistance, good fuzz and pilling resistance, bright color, moisture absorption, quick drying and the like. At present, the vortex spinning technology is researched a lot at home and abroad, but the research on the linear performance of the vortex spinning is less.
The vortex spinning process and the blended fiber structure can be used for spinning various functional yarns. For example, when a human body sweats in summer with high temperature and high humidity, the fabric can cling to the human body after absorbing moisture, and gives a sticky, pasty and not refreshing feeling. The existing improvement modes generally aim at improving the fabric structure, and the improvement on the yarn structure is rarely seen. The vortex spinning process can produce the core-spun yarn with a composite structure, and the structure and the performance of the yarn can be improved so as to realize better yarn performance.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the vortex spinning blending core-spun yarn which adopts a core-spun yarn structure and solves the problems of unsatisfactory comprehensive performance, poor moisture conductivity and poor hand feeling comfort of the existing yarn through fiber blending.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a vortex spun blended core spun yarn includes a yarn body; the yarn body comprises a core yarn, a first wrapped fiber layer and a second wrapped fiber layer; the core yarn is a superfine denier polypropylene filament; the core yarn is of a straight core structure formed by doubling untwisted filaments; the first wrapping fiber layer is tencel fiber, and the tencel fiber is wrapped outside the core yarn in a spiral manner; the second wrapping fiber layer is bamboo charcoal fiber; the bamboo charcoal fiber is spirally wrapped outside the first wrapping fiber layer.
In a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the ultra-fine denier polypropylene filaments are 0.38 dtex.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the core yarn comprises 25 to 150 of the ultra fine denier polypropylene filaments.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the spiral wrapping direction of the first wrapped fiber layer is opposite to that of the second wrapped fiber layer.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the blending ratio of the superfine denier polypropylene filaments to the tencel fibers to the bamboo charcoal fibers is 30/30/40.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tencel fiber is 1.44dtex, and the length of the tencel fiber is 38 mm.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the yarn body is 14.7-29.5 tex.
Through the technical scheme, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts multi-fiber blending, takes superfine denier polypropylene filament as core yarn, takes tencel fiber and bamboo charcoal fiber as wrapping fiber, and carries out secondary wrapping to spin the yarn body; the untwisted superfine denier polypropylene filament yarn is used as the core yarn, the wicking effect is strong, the moisture conductivity is good, and the polypropylene fiber hardly absorbs moisture, so that the core yarn has good antibacterial performance and air permeability on the basis of ensuring the good moisture conductivity, and the hand feeling is smooth; the tencel fiber is used as the first wrapping fiber layer, so that the dry and wet strength is good, the air and moisture permeability is good, and the fluffy and soft effects are achieved; the bamboo charcoal fiber is used as the outer wrapping layer, the performance of the yarn body can be effectively improved, the touch feeling is smooth, soft and warm, the moisture absorption and the ventilation are realized, the yarn body is warm in winter and cool in summer, the antibacterial effect is realized, and the bamboo charcoal fiber has good ultraviolet resistance.

Examples
With reference to fig. 1, the invention discloses a vortex spun blended core spun yarn 1, which comprises a yarn body. The yarn body comprises a core yarn 1, a first wrapped fibre layer 2 and a second wrapped fibre layer 3. The core yarn 1 is a superfine denier polypropylene filament; in order to reduce the breakage of the ultra-fine denier polypropylene filaments and ensure good moisture-conducting performance, the core yarn 1 is of a straight core structure formed by doubling untwisted filaments. Preferably, the ultra-fine denier polypropylene filaments are 0.38 dtex. The core yarn 1 comprises 25 to 150 ultra-fine denier polypropylene filaments. The first wrapping fiber layer 2 is tencel fiber, and the tencel fiber is wrapped outside the core yarn 1 in a spiral mode. The tencel fiber was 1.44dtex, and the length of the tencel fiber was 38 mm. The second wrapping fiber layer 3 is bamboo charcoal fiber. The bamboo charcoal fiber is spirally wrapped outside the first wrapping fiber layer 2.
In order to make the yarn body evenness uniform and improve the stability of the yarn body, the spiral wrapping directions of the first wrapping fiber layer 2 and the second wrapping fiber layer 3 are opposite.
In order to ensure the good performance of the yarn body, the blending ratio of the superfine denier polypropylene filament, the tencel fiber and the bamboo charcoal fiber is 30/30/40. Preferably, the yarn body is 14.7-29.5 tex.
