As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the silver nanoparticles are loaded on the core yarn, and after the core yarn is hydrolyzed, the silver nanoparticles are filled in the bamboo charcoal fiber layer.

Preferably, the yarn body is 14.8 tex. The hollow core of the yarn body is formed by hydrolyzing core yarn made of water-soluble vinylon fibers. The bamboo charcoal fiber layer 1 is formed by spirally winding bamboo fiber. The bamboo charcoal fiber layer 1 is filled with silver nanoparticles. The coffee carbon fiber layer 2 is formed by spirally wrapping coffee carbon fibers outside the bamboo charcoal fiber layer 1. The colored cotton fiber layer 3 is formed by spirally wrapping colored cotton fibers outside the coffee carbon fiber layer 2. The method comprises the steps of firstly soaking water-soluble vinylon fibers in silver nanoparticle dispersion liquid, and then drying the water-soluble vinylon fibers to enable silver nanoparticles to be attached to the surfaces of the water-soluble vinylon fibers; then spinning the water-soluble vinylon fiber into core yarn by a vortex spinning process or a ring spinning process; then, the core yarn and the bamboo fiber are made into first core-wrapping yarn through a vortex spinning machine, the first core-wrapping yarn is hydrolyzed to dissolve the water-soluble vinylon fiber, and the nano-silver particles are filled into the bamboo fiber layer 1; and spinning the first core wrapping yarn with coffee carbon fiber and colored cotton fiber in sequence to prepare the coffee-colored cotton blended yarn.
In order to improve the strength of the yarn body and maintain the stability and durability of the silver nanoparticles, the spiral winding direction of the bamboo charcoal fiber layer 1 is opposite to that of the coffee carbon fiber layer 2.
In order to have a better yarn structure, the blending ratio of the bamboo fiber, the coffee fiber and the colored cotton fiber in the yarn body is 1: (1.4-2.2).

2. The vortex spun antimicrobial medical yarn according to claim 1, wherein the core yarn is loaded with the silver nanoparticles, and the silver nanoparticles are filled into the bamboo charcoal fiber layer after the core yarn is hydrolyzed.
3. The vortex spun antimicrobial medical yarn of claim 1, wherein the yarn body is 14.8 tex.
4. The vortex spun antibacterial medical yarn according to claim 3, wherein the spiral winding direction of the bamboo charcoal fiber layer is opposite to the spiral winding direction of the coffee carbon fiber layer.
5. The vortex spun antibacterial medical yarn according to claim 3, wherein the blending ratio of the bamboo fiber, the coffee fiber and the colored cotton fiber in the yarn body is 1: (1.4-2.2).
