Claims (10)

1. The wear-resistant blended vortex spun yarn is characterized by comprising a yarn body (100), wherein the yarn body (100) is formed by vortex blending;
the yarn body (100) comprises:
the core yarn (1) is of a straight core structure, and the core yarn (1) is a PVA filament;
the core yarn comprises a core yarn (1), a cladding fiber layer (2), a silver ion-containing layer and a silver ion-containing layer, wherein the cladding fiber layer (2) is spirally wound outside the core yarn (1), the cladding fiber layer (2) is made of cotton-flax fibers, and nano silver ions are uniformly mixed in the cotton-flax fibers;
the bamboo charcoal fiber layer (3) is coated outside the coating fiber layer (2), the bamboo charcoal fiber layer (3) comprises a plurality of bamboo charcoal fibers (4), and the bamboo charcoal fibers (4) are all in a straight core structure and are arranged in a ring shape;
the bamboo charcoal fiber wear-resistant fabric comprises a wear-resistant layer (5), wherein the wear-resistant layer (5) is spirally wound outside the bamboo charcoal fiber layer (3), and the wear-resistant layer (5) is made of fibers formed by mixing cotton fibers and polyester fibers.
2. A wear resistant blended vortex spun yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the diameter of the core yarn (1) is 30-60um, and the linear density of the core yarn (1) is 2-5 dtex.
3. A wear resistant blended vortex spun yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the linear density of the coating fiber layer (2) is 6-10 dtex.
4. A wear resistant blended vortex spun yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the cotton and linen fibers are cotton and linen short fibers, and the length of the cotton and linen fibers is 20-50 mm.
5. A wear resistant blended vortex spun yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the number of the bamboo charcoal fibers (4) is 6-16.
6. A wear resistant blended vortex spun yarn as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the blending ratio of the cotton fiber to the polyester fiber is 2: 1.
7. An abrasion resistant blended vortex spun yarn as claimed in claim 6 wherein: the cotton fiber is cotton short fiber, and the length of the cotton and linen fiber is 20-50 mm.
8. The production process of the wear-resistant blended vortex spun yarn is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1, uniformly adding nano silver ions into the cotton and linen fibers;
s2, taking core yarn of PVA filament as core fiber filament, taking cotton-flax fiber added with nano silver ions as wrapping fiber, and spinning into vortex spun semi-finished yarn by vortex spinning process, wherein the total drafting multiplying power is controlled to be 80-120 times, the main drafting multiplying power is controlled to be 12-18 times, the air pressure of a nozzle is controlled to be 0.35-0.40MPa, and the air pressure led out by the nozzle is controlled to be 0.20-0.35 MPa;
s3, arranging a plurality of bamboo charcoal fibers annularly outside the vortex spun semi-finished yarn to form a bamboo charcoal fiber layer;
s4, uniformly mixing the cotton fiber and the polyester fiber through a cotton mixer to obtain mixed fiber;
s5, taking the vortex spinning semi-finished product yarn coated with the bamboo charcoal fiber layer as a core fiber filament, taking the mixed fiber as a wrapping fiber, and spinning into yarn through a vortex spinning process, wherein the total drafting multiplying power is controlled to be 160 times of 100 and 160 times, the main drafting multiplying power is controlled to be 16-24 times, the air pressure of a nozzle is controlled to be 0.45-0.55MPa, and the air pressure led out from the nozzle is controlled to be 0.25-0.45 MPa;
s6, the yarn is wound on the hot roller through the guide roller, then is output by the output roller, and finally is wound to form the cone yarn.
9. The process of claim 8 for producing a wear resistant blended vortex spun yarn, wherein: and the hot drafting multiple between the guide roller and the output roller in the S6 is 1.00-1.06.
10. The process of claim 8 for producing a wear resistant blended vortex spun yarn, wherein: the heating mode of the hot roller in the S6 is electromagnetic heating, and the heating temperature range is 125-150 ℃.
