Abstract
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料及其制备方法,将A组分制备预聚体,将聚醚多元醇DDL‑2000D在100~120℃抽真空脱水1.5~2.0h,降温至45~55℃后加入计量的异氰酸酯,升温至70~80℃反应2~2.5h合成NCO含量为5~15%的预聚体;将预聚体与B组分混合均匀,倒入模具中,模具保持在85±5℃,在5~10MPa压力下反应成型,30min后脱模,然后在80℃下熟化24小时得到成品。用该材料制作的菜板具有具有硬度高,使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,具体涉及一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
菜板作为厨房中必不可少的工具,在人们的一日三餐中都扮演着重要的角色,市面上常见的菜板有木质,竹制,塑料制成的,但是木质菜板硬度不够,在使用过程中长把木渣剁出来,吃入体内会有害健康,而塑料菜板不耐高温,很容易导致变形。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料及其制备方法,用该材料制作的菜板具有具有硬度高,使用寿命长等优点。
本发明所述的一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D 30~60份
异氰酸酯 20~50份
B组分:
更进一步的,所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量2000的聚醚多元醇,用这类多元醇做的制品弹性好、强度好。
更进一步的,所述的异氰酸酯为MDI-50(2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物),反应速度快、机械性能好。
更进一步的,所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量1000的聚醚多元醇,用这类多元醇做的制品强度高、耐磨性能好。
更进一步的,所述的聚醚多元醇DEP-330N为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的3官能度,分子量4800的聚醚多元醇,用这类多元醇做的制品固化快、韧性好。
更进一步的,所述的扩链剂为MOCA(3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷)、TMP(三羟甲基丙烷)或1,4-丁二醇中的一种或几种,其扩链固化的作用。
更进一步的,所述的增塑剂为DOTP(苯二甲酸二辛酯),起到降低粘度,降低成本作用。
更进一步的,所述的催化剂为有机锌催化剂或有机铋催化剂。
本发明还提供了一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)将A组分制备预聚体,将聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在100~120℃抽真空脱水1.5~2.0h,降温至45~55℃后加入计量的异氰酸酯,升温至70~80℃反应2~2.5h合成NCO含量为5~15%的预聚体;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的预聚体与B组分混合均匀,倒入模具中,模具保持在85±5℃,在5~10MPa压力下反应成型,30min后脱模,然后在80℃下熟化24小时得到成品。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明制备得到的聚氨酯菜板材料具有良好的强度、硬度高、使用寿命长等优点。
(2)本发明还提供其制备方法,制备方法简单易实施。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D 70份
异氰酸酯 30份
B组分:
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量2000的聚醚多元醇。
所述的异氰酸酯为MDI-50(2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物)。
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量1000的聚醚多元醇。
所述的聚醚多元醇DEP-330N为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的3官能度,分子量4800的聚醚多元醇。
所述的扩链剂为TMP。
所述的增塑剂为DOTP。
所述的催化剂为有机锌催化剂。
制备时,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)将A组分制备预聚体,将聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在100℃抽真空脱水2.0h,降温至45℃后加入计量的异氰酸酯,升温至70℃反应2.5h合成NCO含量为7%的预聚体;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的预聚体与B组分混合均匀,倒入模具中,模具保持在85±5℃,在7MPa压力下反应成型,30min后脱模,然后在80℃下熟化24小时得到成品。
实施例2:
一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D 50份
异氰酸酯 50份
B组分:
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量2000的聚醚多元醇。
所述的异氰酸酯为MDI-50(2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物)。
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量1000的聚醚多元醇。
所述的聚醚多元醇DEP-330N为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的3官能度,分子量4800的聚醚多元醇。
所述的扩链剂为MOCA。
所述的增塑剂为DOTP。
所述的催化剂为有机锌催化剂。
制备时,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)将A组分制备预聚体,将聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在120℃抽真空脱水1.5h,降温至55℃后加入计量的异氰酸酯,升温至80℃反应2h合成NCO含量为12%的预聚体;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的预聚体与B组分混合均匀,倒入模具中,模具保持在85±5℃,在10MPa压力下反应成型,30min后脱模,然后在80℃下熟化24小时得到成品。
实施例3:
一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,由A组分和B组分按照以下重量份数制成:
A组分:
聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D 40份
异氰酸酯 60份
B组分:
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量2000的聚醚多元醇。
所述的异氰酸酯为MDI-50(2,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的混合物)。
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量1000的聚醚多元醇。
所述的聚醚多元醇DEP-330N为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的3官能度,分子量4800的聚醚多元醇。
所述的扩链剂为MOCA。
所述的增塑剂为DOTP。
所述的催化剂为有机锌催化剂。
制备时,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)将A组分制备预聚体,将聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在110℃抽真空脱水1.5h,降温至50℃后加入计量的异氰酸酯,升温至75℃反应2.5h合成NCO含量为10%的预聚体;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的预聚体与B组分混合均匀,倒入模具中,模具保持在85±5℃,在8MPa压力下反应成型,30min后脱模,然后在80℃下熟化24小时得到成品。
实施例1~3所制得的成品测试指标如下:

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的2官能度,分子量1000的聚醚多元醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇DEP-330N为淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的3官能度,分子量4800的聚醚多元醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,其特征在于:所述的扩链剂为MOCA、TMP或1,4-丁二醇中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为DOTP。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为有机锌催化剂或有机铋催化剂。
9.一种权利要求1~8任一所述的一种新型聚氨酯菜板材料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)将A组分制备预聚体,将聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D在100~120℃抽真空脱水1.5~2.0h,降温至45~55℃后加入计量的异氰酸酯,升温至70~80℃反应2~2.5h合成NCO含量为5~15%的预聚体;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的预聚体与B组分混合均匀,倒入模具中,模具保持在85±5℃,在5~10MPa压力下反应成型,30min后脱模,然后在80℃下熟化24小时得到成品。
