Abstract
本发明涉及一种植物复合功能饮料及其制备方法,该饮料是以1000毫升为基数,由原料广藿香,番石榴,榅桲和辅料蔗糖,黄原胶制备一种新型开胃、止渴、促进消化的复合功能性饮料。该饮料相对密度为1.15,pH 3.3‑4.5呈弱酸性,含丰富的人体所需要的矿物质,游离氨基酸,蛋白,脂肪,十六酸,果酸等营养物质。能有效止渴,开胃,促进消化还能提高人体免疫力并有效防止皮肤色斑。该饮料作为一种功能性新饮料不仅价格实惠,还能有效提高人体免疫力,调节内分泌促进消化。

本发明涉及一种植物复合功能饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
番石榴(学名:Psidium guajava Linn.)桃金娘科乔木,高达13米;树皮平滑,灰色,片状剥落;嫩枝有棱,被毛。叶片革质,长圆形至椭圆形,先端急尖或者钝,基部近圆形,上面稍粗糙,下面有毛,侧脉常下陷,网脉明显;叶柄长5毫米。花单生或者2-3朵排成聚伞花序;萼管钟形,有毛,萼帽不规则裂开;花瓣白色;雄蕊长6-9毫米;子房下位,与萼合生,花柱与雄蕊同长。浆果球形、卵圆形或梨形,顶端有宿存萼片,果肉白色及黄色,胎座肥大,肉质,淡红色;种子多数。原产南美洲。中国华南各地栽培,常见有逸为野生种,北达四川西南部的安宁河谷,生于荒地或低丘陵上;果可供食用;叶含挥发油及鞣质等,供药用,有止痢、止血、健胃等功效;叶经煮沸去掉鞣质,晒干作茶叶用,味甘,有清热作用。
广藿香(天山扭藿香Lophanthus schrenkii Levin)属于扭藿香属植物,多年生草本,茎直立分枝,有柔毛覆盖,叶卵圆形或狭卵圆形;聚伞花序3至多花腋生。花期8月。生于山坡石间,分布在中国新疆南北。藿香是高钙、高胡萝卜素食品,每100g嫩叶含水分72g、蛋白质8.6g、脂肪1.7g、碳水化合物10g、胡萝卜素6.38mg、维生素B1 0.1mg、维生素B20.38mg、尼克酸1.2mg、维生素C23mg、钙580mg、磷104mg、铁28.5mg、全草含芳香挥发油0.5%、油中主要为甲基胡椒酚(约占80%)、柠檬烯、α-蒎烯和β-蒎烯、对伞花烃、芳樟醇、I-丁香烯等,对多种致病性真菌,都有一定的抑制作用,芳香挥发油是制造多种中成药的原料。
榅桲属仅榅桲一种,原产于中国新疆天山以南,现我国陕西、江西、福建等地均有栽培。据《中华本草》记载,榅桲的果实可供药用,味酸甘、微温,具有祛湿降暑、舒筋活络的功效;主治伤暑、呕吐、腹泻、消化不良、关节疼痛及腓肠肌痉挛等,可用于治疗支气管哮喘、咳嗽、心血管疾病、胃肠道疾病、痔疮、肝病等。
榲桲一种乔木(Cydonia oblonga)的果实花期4-5月,略似大的黄色苹果,不同的是每一心皮有许多种子,果肉酸果可药用;其种子含胶质,可做胶水。味道像青苹果,但比青苹果更清淡、澄净;还带有一点酸橙的味道。
三种药材都是民间常用,广藿香不仅可以泡茶外还可以做很好的调味剂。番石榴是一种药材,它叶、果实都可以入药,甘、涩,平。收敛止泻,止血。用于泄泻,痢疾,小儿消化不良。鲜叶:外用于跌打损伤,外伤出血,臁疮久不收口。能治津伤燥渴,滑泻,久痢,崩漏,带下。榅桲在中国新疆种植较为广泛,是少数民族非常喜爱的一种水果,除可以食用外,常以果实入药。榅桲果实含有糖类、黄酮类、生物碱类、氨基酸及多肽、鞣质、有机酸、挥发油等成分。根据《维吾尔常用药材学》记载,榅桲具有降血压、调血脂、补血、补肾、止泻、利尿、心脏病等功效。
炎热的夏天人们常常喝各种饮料满足自己的生理需求防止中暑,但是有些饮料喝多了导致人体酸碱平衡失调,各种结石,内分泌失调,肥胖,中毒甚至严重导致生命危险。本发明是一种绿色天然多功能饮料不仅补充人体需要的矿物质还可以促进消化,并有效阻止皮肤色斑。这种可口的饮料可以补充市场现有的有些碳酸饮料的缺点,本饮料合适四季,夏天可以预防中暑,补充维生素,美容并补充矿物质。按个人爱好和常温喝或者冷藏喝。
本发明利用天然药材为原料,不加任何添加剂,利用天然植物的性质来调饮料达到止渴,促进消化的目的。翻新传统碳酸饮料或者加添加剂调味,或者加防腐剂保存的传统方法,该复合功能饮料不仅提高三种药材的经济价值,还有效的利用的它们的有效成分,提高利用价值。不仅口味好,止渴,助消化外还能有效促进体内物质代谢,游离氨基酸与蛋白等有效营养部分可以起抗老化,抗氧化作用。

本发明目的在于,提供一种植物复合功能饮料及其制备方法,该饮料是以1000毫升为基数,由原料广藿香,番石榴,榅桲和辅料蔗糖,黄原胶制备一种新型开胃、止渴、促进消化的复合功能性饮料。该饮料相对密度为1.15,pH 3.3-4.5呈弱酸性,含丰富的人体所需要的矿物质,游离氨基酸,蛋白,脂肪,十六酸,果酸等营养物质。能有效止渴,开胃,促进消化还能提高人体免疫力并有效防止皮肤色斑。该饮料作为一种功能性新饮料不仅价格实惠,还能有效提高人体免疫力,调节内分泌促进消化。

b、取1000克番石榴选果,清洗,去皮,榨汁,得到番石榴汁;
c、取1000克榅桲,选果,去外皮毛、清洗,榨汁,得到榅桲汁;
d、将得到的广藿香提取液、番石榴汁和榅桲汁合并,加蔗糖20克,煮沸使溶解,加黄原胶2克,搅匀,过滤,灭菌后装瓶,密封,制成1000毫升植物复合功能饮料。
一种植物复合功能饮料的制备方法,按下列步骤进行:
a、取200-2000克广藿香,加水回流提取1.5小时,过滤、得到广藿香提取液;
b、取1000克番石榴选果,清洗,去皮,榨汁,得到番石榴汁
c、取1000克榅桲选果,去外皮毛、清洗,榨汁,得到榅桲汁;
d、将广藿香提取液、番石榴汁和榅桲汁合并,加蔗糖20克,煮沸使溶解,加黄原胶2克,搅匀,过滤,灭菌后装瓶,密封,制成1000毫升植物复合功能饮料。
本发明所述的一种植物复合功能饮料,该饮料检查相对密度不得低于1.15(《中国药典》 2010年版一部附录VII A);检查pH应为3.3-4.5(《中国药典》2010年版一部附录VIIG)。

本发明所述的一种植物复合功能饮料及其制备方法,该饮料的特点是具有开胃,助消化,含有丰富的果酸,十六酸,游离氨基酸,这些酸性物质被人体吸收以后,能促进唾液和胃液分泌,而且能对肠胃形成温和刺激作用,能提高它们的消化能力,当人们出现食欲不振和消化不良时可以使用。本饮料不仅补充人体所需要的水外还补充人体需要的矿物质,可以有效预防夏天中暑并保持体内电解质与酸碱平衡。饮料中的游离氨基酸蛋白质,脂肪,碳水化合物、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、尼克酸、维生素C、钙、磷、铁、芳香挥发油等物质能有效的补充人体需要的维生素,矿物质并能增强人体免疫力,还能增强人体的抗病毒能力,而且人体内维生素C充足以后,还能阻止色素在皮肤表层,能有效阻止色斑生成。本方法制备出来的饮料经济实惠不仅止渴,开胃还能有效补充营养促进身体健康有效阻止色斑生成。

实施例1
a、取200克广藿香,加水回流提取1.5小时,过滤、得到广藿香提取液;
b、取1000克番石榴,选果,清洗,去皮,榨汁,得到番石榴汁;
c、取1000克榅桲,选果,去外皮毛,清洗,榨汁,得到榅桲汁;
d、将广藿香提取液、番石榴汁和榅桲汁合并,加20克蔗糖,煮沸使溶解,加2克黄原胶,搅匀,过滤,灭菌后装瓶,密封,制成1000毫升植物复合功能饮料;
检查相对密度不得低于1.15(《中国药典》2010年版一部附录VII A);
检查pH应为3.3-4.5(《中国药典》2010年版一部附录VII G)。
实施例2
a、取1000克广藿香,加水回流提取1.5小时,过滤、得到广藿香提取液;
b、取1000克番石榴选果,清洗,去皮,榨汁,得到番石榴汁
c、取1000克榅桲选果,去外皮毛,清洗,榨汁,得到榅桲汁;
d、将广藿香提取液、番石榴汁和榅桲汁合并,加20克蔗糖,煮沸使溶解,加2克黄原胶,搅匀,过滤,灭菌后装瓶,密封,制成1000毫升植物复合功能饮料;
检查相对密度不得低于1.15(《中国药典》2010年版一部附录VII A);
检查pH应为3.3-4.5(《中国药典》2010年版一部附录VII G)。
实施例3
a、取500克广藿香,加水回流提取1.5小时,过滤、得到广藿香提取液;
b、取1000克番石榴选果,清洗,去皮,榨汁,得到番石榴汁
c、取1000克榅桲选果,去外皮毛,清洗,榨汁,得到榅桲汁;
d、将广藿香提取液、番石榴汁和榅桲汁合并,加20克蔗糖,煮沸使溶解,加2克黄原胶,搅匀,过滤,灭菌后装瓶,密封,制成1000毫升植物复合功能饮料。

实施例4
a、取2000克广藿香,加水回流提取1.5小时,过滤、得到广藿香提取液;
b、取1000克番石榴选果,清洗,去皮,榨汁,得到番石榴汁
c、取1000克榅桲选果,去外皮毛,清洗,榨汁,得到榅桲汁;
d、将广藿香提取液、番石榴汁和榅桲汁合并,加20克蔗糖,煮沸使溶解,加2克黄原胶,搅匀,过滤,灭菌后装瓶,密封,制成1000毫升植物复合功能饮料。
检查相对密度不得低于1.15(《中国药典》2010年版一部附录VII A)。
检查pH应为3.3-4.5(《中国药典》2010年版一部附录VII G)。
实施例5
实验原理:采用密度瓶和密度计法可测定液体试样的相对密度,液态食品指各类饮料、酱油以及各类糊体,酱体等液态食品(具有流动性、均匀性特质);相对密度是指某-温度下物质的质量与同体积相同温度下水的质量之比,以符号d表示,即两者的密度之比;各种液态食品都有其一定相对密度,当其组成成分及其浓度改变时,其相对密度也随着改变,故测定液态食品的相对密度可以检验食品的纯度或浓度及判断食品的质量;食品工业中常用的密度计按其标度方法的不同,可分为普通密度计、锤度计、乳稠计、波美计;仪器:密度瓶、水浴锅、天平;
实验步骤:密度瓶法:将洁净、干燥、准确称量的密度瓶装满样品,温度20℃水浴浸0.5h,使内容物的温度达到20℃后盖上瓶盖,吸去标线上的样品,盖上侧管帽后取出,瓶外擦干,置天平室内称量倾出样品,洗净密度瓶,装满水,同以下公式计算:
ρ—试样在20℃时的相对密度;
m1—20℃时充满密度瓶的液体试样的质量g;
m2—20℃时充满密度瓶的水的质量g;
0.9982—20℃时水的密度,g/cm3;
检查pH应为3.3-4.5(《中国药典》2010年版一部附录VII G):
pH值是水溶液中氢离子活度的表示方法。严格地说,pH值定义为氢离子活度的负对数,即pH=pH=-logaH +,但氢离子活度却难以由实验准确测定;在实际工作中,pH值按下式测定:
pH=pHs+(E-Es)/k
式中:E为含有待测溶液(pH)的原电池电动势(伏);
Es为含有标准缓冲液(pHs)的原电池电动势(伏);
k为与温度(t)有关的常数[k=0.059 16+0.000198(t-25C)]。
本发明所述的一种植物复合功能饮料及其制备方法,其效果具有生津、止渴、祛湿降暑、提高免疫力作用。
Claims (2)
1.一种植物复合功能饮料,其特征在于该饮料是以1000毫升为基数,由原料广藿香200-2000克,番石榴1000克,榅桲1000克和辅料蔗糖20克,黄原胶2克制成,具体操作按下列步骤进行:
a、取200-2000克广藿香,加水回流提取1.5小时,过滤、得到广藿香提取液;
b、取1000克番石榴选果,清洗,去皮,榨汁,得到番石榴汁;
c、取1000克榅桲,选果,去外皮毛、清洗,榨汁,得到榅桲汁;
d、将得到的广藿香提取液、番石榴汁和榅桲汁合并,加蔗糖20克,煮沸使溶解,加黄原胶2克,搅匀,过滤,灭菌后装瓶,密封,制成1000毫升植物复合功能饮料。
2.一种植物复合功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于按下列步骤进行:
a、取200-2000克广藿香,加水回流提取1.5小时,过滤、得到广藿香提取液;
b、取1000克番石榴选果,清洗,去皮,榨汁,得到番石榴汁
c、取1000克榅桲选果,去外皮毛、清洗,榨汁,得到榅桲汁;
d、将广藿香提取液、番石榴汁和榅桲汁合并,加蔗糖20克,煮沸使溶解,加黄原胶2克,搅匀,过滤,灭菌后装瓶,密封,制成1000毫升植物复合功能饮料。
