The elevating net cage according to claim 2, wherein the air inlet and outlet valves of the circular floating pipe are respectively installed at both sides of the outside of the inner diaphragm of the circular floating pipe in one-to-one upward direction, and the air inlet and outlet valves of the circular floating pipe are respectively installed at both sides of the outside of the inner diaphragm of the circular floating pipe in one-to-one downward direction.

The elevating net cage according to claim 2, wherein the vertical main floating pipe has an air inlet and outlet valve at the upper part and an air inlet and outlet at the bottom, and the air inlet and outlet valve of the vertical main floating pipe is arranged at the top end of the outer part of the vertical main floating pipe.
9. The elevating type net cage as claimed in claim 2, wherein the floating pipe connecting member has a hole in the middle thereof through which the circular floating pipe is inserted, and the upper and lower portions of the floating pipe connecting member have holes for installing the handrail pipes, respectively.
