Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fishing nets, and particularly relates to a fishing net applied to aquaculture of fish raft and a using method thereof.
Background
The conventional fish raft is mostly arranged on the offshore sea surface, and marine products such as various fishes, shrimps, abalones, sea cucumbers and the like are cultured by utilizing a net cage formed by wood or rubber, so that the income of fishermen can be increased, and the investment cost is lower than that of pond building and culture on the land, however, the traditional wooden fish raft causes environmental protection problems and part of farmers build the fish raft base on the navigation channel in order to expand the culture area, and further the passing ship is seriously influenced.
In addition, the government has to implement the planning and layout of the sea water culture forbidden region, the culture restricted region and the culture region, for this reason, the use of the fish raft for culture must not only consider the cost, but also follow the government policy, and therefore, how to achieve better economic benefit in the restricted region becomes an important issue for the culture owners.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a fishing net applied to aquaculture fish raft and a using method thereof, and mainly aims to enable the fishing net to be more conveniently and effectively applied and achieve better economic benefits.

an upper edge weight connected to the upper edge net rope or the movable upper edge section;
a lower edge net rope connected to the movable lower edge section;
a lower edge weight connected to the lower edge net rope or the movable lower edge section;
thus, the lower edge net rope forms an A direction by the lower edge weight, the movable upper edge section is close to the movable lower edge section along the A direction by the upper edge weight to form an opening to form a fish luring state, and the upper edge net rope drives the movable upper edge section to be far away from the movable lower edge section opposite to the A direction to seal the opening to form a net collecting state.
Another embodiment of the invention comprises:
a net wall having a movable portion and a closed portion, the movable portion having a movable upper edge section and a movable lower edge section, the maximum distance between the movable upper edge section and the movable lower edge section being 2 m, the closed portion having a closed upper edge section and a closed lower edge section; a net bottom connected to the movable lower edge section and the closed lower edge section; an upper edge net rope connected to the movable upper edge section; an upper edge weight connected to the upper edge net rope or the movable upper edge section; thus, the movable upper edge section is close to the movable lower edge section by the upper edge weight to form an opening to form a fish attracting state, and the upper edge net rope is used for enabling the movable upper edge section to be far away from the movable lower edge section to close the opening to form a net retracting state.
The invention also provides a use method of the fishing net applied to the aquaculture fish raft, which comprises the following steps:
a fish attracting step of releasing an upper edge net string to cause a movable upper edge section to approach a movable lower edge section along an A direction by an upper edge weight to create an opening to form a fish attracting state;
a net retracting step, applying a force to the upper net rope opposite to the A direction to make the movable upper edge section far away from the movable lower edge section along the direction opposite to the A direction so as to close the opening to form a net retracting state.
Therefore, a user can enable the movable upper edge section to be close to the movable lower edge section through the upper edge weight to form the fish luring state, and drive the movable upper edge section to be far away from the movable lower edge section through the upper edge net rope to seal the opening to form a net folding state, so that the user can conveniently unfold and fold the fishing net, the fishing net can be suitable for different environments of a fish pond, offshore or ocean, the fishing net is prevented from being deformed due to the influence of sea waves to the greatest extent, and the effects of effective application and better economic benefit are achieved.

In the preferred embodiment, there is a fishing step S3, referring to fig. 5, applying a force to the lower edge rope 40 in the direction opposite to the direction a to provide a kinetic energy to the movable lower edge section 112 in the direction opposite to the direction a, so that the movable lower edge section 112 approaches the fish raft P to form the fishing state.
The above is a configuration description of main components of the embodiments of the present invention, and the functions of the present invention are described as follows.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention mainly provides that the fishing net N has the net wall 10 and the net bottom 20, the movable lower edge section 112 of the net wall 10 is connected to the net bottom 20, the movable upper edge section 111 of the net wall 10 is connected to the upper edge net rope 30 and the upper edge weight 31, the upper edge weight 31 normally provides a force along the direction a to the movable upper edge section 111, the movable upper edge section 111 normally approaches the movable lower edge section 112, and the opening O is formed between the movable upper edge section 111 and the fish raft P, so that fish schools can enter the fishing net N through the opening O, and after enough fish schools swim into the fishing net N, referring to fig. 4, a user can drive the upper edge net rope 30 to move, so that the movable upper edge section 111 moves away from the movable lower edge section 112 and approaches the fish raft P to close and stay at the opening O, and fish schools between the net wall 10 and the net bottom 20.
In addition, referring to fig. 5, the movable lower edge section 112 of the net wall 10 is connected to the lower edge net rope 40 and the lower edge weight 41, when a fish school stays between the net wall 10 and the net bottom 20, a user drives the lower edge net rope 40 to move, so that the movable lower edge section 112 is also close to the fish raft P to drive the net bottom 20 to be close to the fish raft P, and further, the captured fish is pushed upwards and upwards towards the fish raft P, so that a fisherman can capture the fish more conveniently, and the chance of fish escaping when the net is retracted can be reduced.
Therefore, the user can conveniently unfold, fold and store the fishing net N, and the fishing net N can be suitable for different environments of a fish pond, offshore or ocean, and can prevent the fishing net N from being deformed by sea waves to the maximum extent, thereby achieving the effects of effective application and obtaining better economic benefits.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to particular embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
