The driving wheel pair 42 is driven to rotate by the driving motor, so as to drive the whole equipment to move along the track. The driving wheel pair 42 comprises two driving wheels, and a hydraulic shock absorbing member 44 is arranged between each driving wheel and the mounting plate 41, so that the vibration between the driving wheel pair 42 and the rail is reduced, and the stability of the cleaning process is ensured.
Further, a linear motor 45 arranged in the up-down direction is further arranged between the hydraulic damping piece 44 and the mounting plate 41, and the linear motor 45 can drive the driving wheel pair 42 and the hydraulic damping piece 44 to move up and down, so that the driving wheel pair 42 is effectively contacted with the surface of the track. In view of the characteristic that the linear motor 45 has a large size in height, a through groove which is vertically through is formed in the vehicle frame 1 corresponding to the linear motor 45, and the linear motor 45 extends upwards into the through groove to avoid position interference with the vehicle frame 1.
The driving wheel of the driving wheel pair 42 is made of rubber materials, so that the friction force between the driving wheel pair and the rail can be increased, and enough driving force is provided for the whole equipment. The auxiliary wheel pair 43 is placed on the top surface of the rail and used for supporting the whole equipment, the auxiliary wheel pair 43 is respectively provided with a pair of front and rear sides of the driving wheel pair 42, and the auxiliary wheel pair 43 moves forwards along with the mounting plate 41 under the driving action of the driving wheel pair 42.
The bottom of the frame 1 is provided with a groove 11 with a downward opening, and the mounting plate 41 is mounted in the groove 11, so that the mounting position of the mounting plate 41 in the frame 1 is stable and reliable.

Claims (10)

1. Track cleaning equipment, its characterized in that includes:
a frame;
the two shunting pieces are respectively arranged on two sides of the frame, extend forwards and downwards and extend towards two sides to shunt sundries in the track;
the two cleaning devices are respectively arranged on two sides of the frame, are positioned behind the flow dividing piece and are used for cleaning sundries between the two rails to the outer sides of the rails; and
and the traveling device is arranged below the frame and is positioned between the flow dividing piece and the cleaning device.
2. The track-cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning device comprises:
the first cleaning wheel is connected below the frame, and bristles for cleaning the sundries to the outer side of the track are arranged on the periphery of the first cleaning wheel; and
the second cleaning wheel is connected below the frame and positioned behind the first cleaning wheel, and bristles used for cleaning sundries from the outside of the track are arranged on the periphery of the second cleaning wheel.

The track sweeping apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the lower ends of said first sweeping wheel and said second sweeping wheel are inclined in directions away from each other, and an acute angle is formed between the lower end surface of said first sweeping wheel and a horizontal plane; an acute included angle is also formed between the lower end face of the second cleaning wheel and the horizontal plane.

The track-sweeping apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said sweeping means is connected to said carriage by a height adjustment lever; the first cleaning wheel is connected to the lower end of the height adjusting rod through a first wheel carrier, and the second cleaning wheel is connected to the lower end of the height adjusting rod through a second wheel carrier.

The track-sweeping apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the second wheel frame is provided with a mounting block for coupling with a lower end of the height-adjusting lever, the mounting block is provided with a receiving groove having an opening facing the first wheel frame, the lower end of the height-adjusting lever is provided with a fixing plate located in the receiving groove, and the fixing plate, the mounting block and the first wheel frame are coupled by a bolt.
6. Track-sweeping device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the diverter comprises:
the upper end of the connecting block is connected with the frame and extends towards the rear lower part; and
the flow guide block is arranged below the connecting block, the top surface extends towards the front lower part, and the middle part of the front end of the flow guide block is provided with a tip end used for extending into a gap of the track.

The track-cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the guide block is further provided at both sides thereof with flow distribution plates extending to the outside of the track, respectively, and the rear ends of the flow distribution plates are connected to the connecting block via reinforcing plates.

The rail cleaning apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a front cleaning wheel set having a main axis perpendicular to a front-rear direction is further provided at a front side of the diverging member, the front cleaning wheel set being connected to the carriage by an adjustable bracket, the adjustable bracket comprising:
the connecting rod is provided with a plurality of first connecting holes which are distributed along the vertical direction and are used for being connected with the frame;
the horizontal connecting part is arranged at the lower end of the connecting rod and is used for being connected with the front cleaning wheel set; and
and the side connecting part is positioned behind the connecting rod and is used for being connected with the flow dividing piece.
9. The track-sweeping apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the traveling device includes:
the mounting plate is connected below the frame;
the driving wheel pair is connected below the mounting plate and is used for being matched with the rail in a rolling manner, and a hydraulic damping motor is arranged between the driving wheel pair and the mounting plate; and
and the two groups of auxiliary wheel pairs are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the driving wheel pair and are used for rolling and matching with the track and supporting the frame.
10. The track-sweeping apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a suction cup is provided on the carriage behind the diverter, and an opening of the suction cup is disposed downward.
