[ detailed description of the invention ]
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, which are provided only for the understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The following further description is provided:
the multi-fiber blended fabric is formed by blending 15-29.5% of bamboo fiber, 40-55% of polyester fiber and 10-35.5% of cotton fiber in percentage by weight. The polyester fiber material is subjected to titanium dioxide semi-dull treatment, the warp yarn is selected from domestic high-grade polyester filament DTY75D light gauze, the surface of a chemical fiber has strong luster, and sometimes the appearance is too dazzling, and a solvent with the content of 0.32 +/-0.03 percent of titanium dioxide is added before spinning for 30min, so that the luster of the fiber is eliminated by scattered light, the transparency is reduced, the whiteness is increased, and 30 percent of luster is obtained in the production process. The thickness of the bamboo fiber is 40, and the thickness of the cotton fiber is 40. The warp density of the weaving machine is 170-190 warps per inch, and the weft density is 120-140 wefts per inch.
Example (b):
27.5 percent of bamboo fiber, 50 percent of polyester fiber, 22.5 percent of cotton fiber, 2.40 pieces of bamboo fiber and 40 pieces of cotton fiber are selected, the warp density is 173 warp density per inch, and the weft density is 120 pieces per inch.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1, warping. The batch warping method is adopted, the warp yarns are uniformly arranged and wound, and the tension is consistent as much as possible.
And 2, sizing. Preparing 1000ml of slurry with 6% of modified starch, preserving heat at 90 ℃ for 1 hour, preparing slurry with the concentration of 8% at 90 ℃, measuring the viscosity, improving the inherent strength of the yarn, improving the friction force of the yarn, reducing the hairiness sticking on the surface, simultaneously keeping the elasticity of the original yarn, having no pollution and tidy yarn arrangement.
And 3, arranging the pattern. The method comprises the steps of drawing by means of photoshop and 64-bit open source design software An4.8.1310.Chs electronic drawing, arranging by means of Zhejiang warp and weft weaving software after drawing is completed, wherein the bottom weave is 8 satin flies, the flower weave is 8 satin flies and 8 upper and lower reinforcing twills, and finally generating an artistic designing drawing which is woven by a jacquard machine.
And 4, weaving. After the yarn is ready, a water jet jacquard machine is selected with a faucet parameter of 5040 needles, a warp density of 173 ends per inch and a weft density of 120 ends per inch. And (3) driving weft yarns to pass through a shed at a high speed to complete weft insertion by means of friction force between high-water-pressure water flow and the yarns, wherein the single-jet speed is 85 degrees, the total tension of the warp yarns is 130kg, and the width of the warp yarns is 250 cm. The warp doubling spindle distance is 280mm, the number of the spindles is 120, the number of the platform doubling is 2-3, the coiling speed is 300-: the bamboo cotton weft yarn is cylindrical, has the size of 130 × 200 × L152mm, adopts a single spindle transmission mode and an electronic anti-folding mode, and synthesizes 40 bamboo cotton weft yarns.
And 5, desizing. 1.2 parts by weight of methylcellulose, 1.2 parts by weight of methanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, 2.1 parts by weight of gluconic acid and 21 parts by weight of amylase are sequentially added into 65 parts by weight of deionized water and stirred, and then 1.6 parts by weight of vinyl laurate and 0.6 part by weight of phellodendron extract are poured.
And 6, boiling. The temperature is controlled to be 205 ℃, the cloth speed is 28-32m/min, the concentration of 30% sodium hydroxide is 3g/L, the concentration of 27.5% hydrogen peroxide is 3.6g/L, the pH value of hydrogen peroxide is 1.0/L, the degreasing agent is 1-2g/L, the concentration of the penetrant is 1g/L, the bath ratio is 1: 8, the PH value is 8.5-9.5, and the time is 30-45 min.
And 7, bleaching and dyeing. By adopting a disperse and reactive 2-time dyeing method, warp yarns can be colored by disperse dyes, weft yarns can be colored by reactive dyes, and different effects are formed by dyeing twice
And 8, singeing and decontaminating. The fuzz produced in the weaving process is quickly burnt out by flame, and the singeing temperature is below 900 ℃, and the speed of the weaving machine is controlled to be 80 m/min.
And 9, shaping, color fixing, tentering and drying. And finally, performing a conventional shaping process, a color reinforcement process and a final shaping and drying process on the fabric, and drying the fabric at the temperature of 110-130 ℃ and then rolling the fabric.
