Background
The rice paste is prepared from various cereals by mechanically pulverizing, decocting in water, and gelatinizing. The cereals used for making the rice paste include rice, black rice and purple rice, and the minor cereals include millet, corn, sorghum, wheat, barley, oat, etc. The rice paste can be digested and absorbed by human body rapidly, the fragrance of grains is fully released, the sensory enjoyment is enhanced, the appetite is promoted, and meanwhile, energy can be provided for the body rapidly.
Patent literature discloses a preparation method of compound health-care rice paste (CN201510164536.1), which comprises the following steps: the rice paste is prepared from germinated Oryza Glutinosa, germinated brown rice, germinated semen glycines, fructus Lycii, and sugar. Although the rice paste product of the invention is wide in audience and has the health care function, the rice paste product does not have the functions of tonifying spleen and nourishing stomach.
Chinese patent library discloses a coarse grain rice paste and a preparation method 0201410526754.0 thereof, wherein the coarse grain rice paste is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of polished round-grained rice, 30-50 parts of oat, 30-50 parts of corn, 20-30 parts of black rice, 20-30 parts of purple rice, 15-20 parts of red bean, 15-20 parts of sweet potato, 5-10 parts of apple, 5-10 parts of Chinese date, 5-10 parts of lotus seed and 5-10 parts of peanut kernel. The coarse grain rice paste and the preparation method thereof are rich in nutrition, contain more dietary fibers, can effectively reduce cholesterol in a human body, and have the effects of reducing blood sugar, reducing blood fat, relieving fatigue and the like; in addition, different soaking processes are adopted according to different coarse grains, so that the hardness of the coarse grains is improved, and the mouthfeel of the coarse grains is improved. The product of the invention is composed of medicinal materials, and prepared into Chinese patent medicine preparation tablets and paste, has poor taste and less audiences, and is difficult to adapt to popular consumer groups.
As can be seen from the above, the rice paste products in the prior art have single nutrient components, mostly contain grains, are unbalanced in nutrition, have poor taste and do not have the functions of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach.
