Abstract
一种淡水鱼的喂养方法,包括以下步骤:待鱼体长至45mm以上后,对淡水鱼喂草,待鱼体长至180‑300mm时,对淡水鱼喂豆类。本发明通过对待加工的淡水鱼进行前期的喂养,能够使鱼体在加快生长发育的同时,还能保证鱼体肉多刺少、肉质香嫩,口感好,蛋白结构好,且不易产生病变,也即能够平衡鱼体内蛋白质、碳水化合物以及脂肪含量,不会产生缺乏或过剩。

技术领域
本发明涉及淡水鱼喂养技术领域,特别是一种淡水鱼的喂养方法。
背景技术
我国水产资源丰富,特别是淡水鱼养殖业非常发达,品种多样,生产数量较稳定,季节性易掌。淡水鱼具有高蛋白、低脂肪等特点,是日常膳食中不可或缺的重要部分,同时也是动物蛋白质的主要来源之一。近十年来,我国淡水鱼产量不断增长,淡水鱼的生产对保障我国水产品的供给起着越来越重要的作用。
现有的淡水鱼喂养方式主要是喂饲料,如微生物饲料或者一些自制的混合物,如豆饼、麦麸、豆粉的混合等,不管是微生物饲料还是自制的混合饲料,要么组分较多,不好把控,要么不是纯天然饲料,加了较多的添加剂,从而容易造成蛋白质缺乏或过剩,或者碳水化合物含量超标,又或脂肪含量不足或变质,产生病变。这些都会减缓鱼苗的生长发育,对鱼体骨骼结构产生影响,最终导致加工出的鱼质感和口感不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种生长发育快,质感和口感好,蛋白结构好,微量元素吸收好,不易病变的淡水鱼的喂养方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种淡水鱼的喂养方法,包括以下步骤:待鱼体长至45mm以上后,对淡水鱼喂草,待鱼体长至180-300mm时,对淡水鱼喂豆类。
进一步,待鱼体长至50-80mm后,对淡水鱼喂草。
进一步,待鱼体长至81-100mm后,对淡水鱼喂草。
进一步,所述对淡水鱼喂豆类后,待淡水鱼的体重为3~5斤时,结束喂养。
进一步,所述豆类为豌豆或蚕豆。
进一步,所述豆类被碾碎呈粉末或呈颗粒状。
进一步,待鱼体长至200-260mm时,对淡水鱼喂豆类。
进一步,对所述淡水鱼喂草时,每条鱼每天的食草量为100~200g。
本发明的有益效果:通过对待加工的淡水鱼进行前期的喂养,能够使鱼体在加快生长发育的同时,还能保证鱼体肉多刺少、肉质香嫩,口感好,蛋白结构好,且不易产生病变,也即能够平衡鱼体内蛋白质、碳水化合物以及脂肪含量,不会产生缺乏或过剩。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
一种淡水鱼的喂养方法,包括以下步骤:待鱼体长至45mm以上后,对淡水鱼喂草,待鱼体长至180-300mm时,对淡水鱼喂豆类。
具体地,鱼苗之后,鱼体已经长大拉长,现有技术在鱼苗长大后给鱼喂饲料,而本实施例则是给鱼喂草,这种纯天然喂养,能够使得淡水鱼生长快、肉多,且肉质更嫩更香。本实施例的草料为纯天然鲜嫩草料,营养丰富、纤维素少、易被消化,能使鱼体长得快、少生病。
待鱼长至180-300mm,优选为200-250mm时,则将喂草改为豆类。之所以改为豆类,是因为草料不含丰富的蛋白质,也缺少碳水化合物,为了能够使鱼的身体结构和口味发生改变,选用豆类,豆类主要选蚕豆或豌豆,又或二者的混合物,能够大大提高鱼肉的质感和口感,且蛋白结构好。因为蚕豆或豌豆(优选为蚕豆)含有钙、锌、锰、磷脂等,并含有丰富的胆石碱,提高鱼的免疫力,防止脂肪肝的发展,有利于骨骼对钙的吸收与钙化,防止产生病变,从而促进鱼的生长发育,而且蛋白质含量丰富,且不含胆固醇,大大提高营养价值,使得鱼体内部结构发生变化,产生质的飞跃;如果选用其他豆类,不会达到这种效果。
可以说,本实施例先喂草料,再喂豆类,一方面能够加快鱼体的生长发育,另一方面,豆类能够弥补草料不含蛋白质、碳水化合物以及脂肪含量的缺陷,而草料又能弥补豆类不易消化的不足,二者相辅相成,使得鱼体在加快生长发育的同时,还能保证鱼体肉多刺少、肉质香嫩,口感好,蛋白结构好,且不易产生病变,也即能够平衡鱼体内蛋白质、碳水化合物以及脂肪含量,不会产生缺乏或过剩。
本实施例之所以在鱼体较小的时候先喂草,等其长至180-300mm时再喂豆类,这样能够先促进鱼体的快速发育,等其长大食量较大且体内结构更健全时,补入豆类,能够大大提高各种微量元素和蛋白质的摄取量,有助于吸收和促进消化。
本实施例的淡水鱼可以是草鱼、青鱼等,以下以草鱼为例进行说明。优选地,待鱼体长至50-80mm后,对淡水鱼喂草,每条鱼每天的食草量为120g,且草料优选为陆地上的鲜嫩草料,并将其剁碎,投放至鱼塘或者田间;待鱼体长至200-260mm时,对淡水鱼喂蚕豆,且蚕豆碾碎成粉末。进一步优选地,待鱼体长至81-100mm后,对淡水鱼喂草,每条鱼每天的食草量为150g,待鱼体长至200-260mm时,对淡水鱼喂豌豆,且豌豆碾碎成粉末。
本实施例中,通过喂草和喂豆类,本发明可无需喂养其他饲料,不仅使鱼吃纯天然饲料,保证其健康,而且还能够在加快生长的同时保证其质感和口感,基本无需担心鱼的病变。
本实施例中,当对淡水鱼喂豆类后,待淡水鱼的体重为3~5斤时,结束喂养。若淡水鱼的体重太小,则肉不紧实,若体重太大,则鱼体会鼓鼓的,外观较差。淡水鱼的体重优先为4斤,则停止喂养,之后便开始对淡水鱼进行加工,以最终形成包装罐头鱼或者其他鱼食品。
另外再淡水鱼结束豆类喂养之后,以及在淡水鱼加工之前,先不立即剖体,而是先对淡水鱼进行清肠处理,即保持淡水鱼在一段时间内不吃任何食物,之后喂养符合一定微量元素的营养餐,然后再进行剖杀加工,这样能够保证鱼肉的营养。
综上所述,本发明通过对待加工的淡水鱼进行前期的喂养,能够使鱼体在加快生长发育的同时,还能保证鱼体肉多刺少、肉质香嫩,口感好,蛋白结构好,且不易产生病变,也即能够平衡鱼体内蛋白质、碳水化合物以及脂肪含量,不会产生缺乏或过剩。

1.一种淡水鱼的喂养方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:待鱼体长至45mm以上后,对淡水鱼喂草,待鱼体长至180-300mm时,对淡水鱼喂豆类。
2.根据权利要求1所述淡水鱼的喂养方法,其特征在于,待鱼体长至50-80mm后,对淡水鱼喂草。
3.根据权利要求1所述淡水鱼的喂养方法,其特征在于,待鱼体长至81-100mm后,对淡水鱼喂草。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述淡水鱼的喂养方法,其特征在于,所述对淡水鱼喂豆类后,待淡水鱼的体重为3~5斤时,结束喂养。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述淡水鱼的喂养方法,其特征在于,所述豆类为豌豆或蚕豆。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述淡水鱼的喂养方法,其特征在于,所述豆类被碾碎呈粉末或呈颗粒状。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述淡水鱼的喂养方法,其特征在于,待鱼体长至200-260mm时,对淡水鱼喂豆类。
