本发明涉及POS机领域,公布了一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构,包括注塑成型的塑胶框,所述塑胶框四周内侧设置有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内部埋有漆包线,所述塑胶框侧面设置有孔洞,所述漆包线端部从孔洞中向外延伸;取消了原先工艺中对注塑件人工绕线的工艺,减少人工花费,机械绕线提高线材的生产效率和良品率;使用漆包线取缔电子线,通过自动化设备批量生产漆包线,提高了工作效率,减少了线材的浪费,提高了经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及漆包线领域,具体涉及一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构及其制作工艺;
背景技术
经济的发展改变人们的支付方式,人们常常使用POS机来支付,快捷方便,金融POS机是一种多功能终端,通过为目标商户安装金融POS机,可以为消费者提供更方便的服务;目前POS机主要采用非接天线,在专利CN201820949365.2中,通过使用注塑机先注塑出塑胶板,再使用电子线在塑胶板外侧进行手工绕线,导线走向不能保持一致,生产效率低而且容易造成原料浪费,基于这个思路我们改进这个工艺。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构;
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构,包括注塑成型的塑胶框,所述塑胶框四周内侧设置有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内部埋有漆包线,所述塑胶框侧面设置有孔洞,所述漆包线端部从孔洞中向外延伸。
进一步的是,所述塑胶框为方形透明的注塑件。
进一步的是,所述塑胶框中部设置有用于卡接显示屏的卡槽。
本发明还公开了一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、根据客户端天线协议,模拟出需要的漆包线的圈数与直径。
B、使用绕线机制备环形线圈形状的漆包线。
C、设计塑胶框模具,塑胶框模具包括公模和母模,在塑胶框模具的公模上预留出可埋入漆包线的环形凹槽,在塑胶框模具的母模上设置有多个定位镶针。
D、将制备的漆包线置于公模的环形凹槽中,合模时通过定位镶针对漆包线进行固定并校准位置。
E、对模具进行注塑成型,塑胶框冷却后脱模。
本发明的有益效果是:取消了原先工艺中对注塑件人工绕线的工艺,减少人工花费,机械绕线提高线材的生产效率和良品率;使用漆包线取缔电子线,通过自动化设备批量生产漆包线,提高了工作效率,减少了线材的浪费,提高了经济效益。

如图1所示的一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构,包括注塑成型的塑胶框1,所述塑胶框1 四周内侧设置有环形凹槽2,所述环形凹槽2内部埋有漆包线3,所述塑胶框1侧面设置有孔洞4,所述漆包线3端部从孔洞4中向外延伸。
它的原理是:漆包线3相比于之前使用的电子线,具有组装便利不易受干扰的优点,在设计前根据客户端天线协议模拟计算出设备需要的漆包线3的直径和圈数,将选定的固定规格的漆包线3埋入注塑机的模具中,通过模具中的定位镶针对漆包线3进行固定,模具内注塑成型,这种生产方式提高了漆包线3线材的生产效率和良品率,减少了手工绕线对线材的损耗,提高了生产的经济效益。
在上述基础上,所述塑胶框1为方形透明的注塑件,结构简单美观。
在上述基础上,所述塑胶框1中部设置有用于卡接显示屏的卡槽5,结构稳定。
在上述基础上,包括以下步骤:
A、根据客户端天线协议,模拟出需要的漆包线3的圈数与直径。
B、使用绕线机制备环形线圈形状的漆包线3。
C、设计塑胶框模具,塑胶框模具包括公模和母模,在塑胶框模具的公模上预留出可埋入漆包线3的环形凹槽2,在塑胶框模具的母模上设置有多个定位镶针。
D、将制备的漆包线3置于公模的环形凹槽2中,合模时通过定位镶针对漆包线3进行固定并校准位置。
E、对模具进行注塑成型,塑胶框1冷却后脱模。

1.一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构,其特征在于:包括注塑成型的塑胶框(1),所述塑胶框(1)四周内侧设置有环形凹槽(2),所述环形凹槽(2)内部埋有漆包线(3),所述塑胶框(1)侧面设置有孔洞(4),所述漆包线(3)端部从孔洞(4)中向外延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构,其特征在于:所述塑胶框(1)为方形透明的注塑件。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构,其特征在于:所述塑胶框(1)中部设置有用于卡接显示屏的卡槽(5)。
4.一种漆包线注塑成型一体机构的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
A、根据客户端天线协议,模拟出需要的漆包线(3)的圈数与直径。
B、使用绕线机制备环形线圈形状的漆包线(3)。
C、设计塑胶框模具,塑胶框模具包括公模和母模,在塑胶框模具的公模上预留出可埋入漆包线(3)的环形凹槽(2),在塑胶框模具的母模上设置有多个定位镶针。
D、将制备的漆包线(3)置于公模的环形凹槽(2)中,合模时通过定位镶针对漆包线(3)进行固定并校准位置。
E、对模具进行注塑成型,塑胶框(1)冷却后脱模。
