The present disclosure relates to the field of smart medicine, deep learning, and more particularly to registration recommendation devices, systems and methods, and electronic devices and storage media.
Background
With the development of information and network technology, various applications capable of providing a user with a convenient life service such as a medical registration service have appeared. Through the application of providing medical registration services, which is loaded on a user terminal such as a desktop or laptop computer, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, a mobile phone, etc., a user can select a hospital, a department, a doctor and/or registration time in advance according to time, conditions, etc., thereby providing convenience for medical treatment.
In the related art, online registration inquiry is generally performed on the basis of simple search terms for offline matching inquiry, which cannot update the state of a registration source in real time, and cannot recommend a high-quality scheme which accords with registration intention of a patient to the patient.
Disclosure of Invention
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a registration recommendation method, the method including: receiving a query request containing registration requirement information, wherein the query request is triggered by user input in an application page; based on the query request, carrying out real-time retrieval in a number source advertisement set comprising a plurality of number source advertisements so as to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration requirement information; and sending the number source advertisement recommendation result as a query response.

Through the registration recommendation scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, a registration source recommendation scheme which is more in line with registration intention can be provided for a user.

The present disclosure is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. In order to solve the technical problems, the present disclosure provides an improved registration recommendation scheme. According to the embodiment of the disclosure, by forming the registering source into the form of advertisement (namely, as the registering source advertisement) and performing real-time search in the registering source advertisement set comprising a plurality of registering source advertisements based on the query request of the user containing registering requirement information to generate the registering source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registering requirement information, the registering source recommendation scheme which is more consistent with the registering intention can be provided for the user.
Registration recommendations according to embodiments of the present disclosure will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a registration recommendation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the registration recommendation method may include: step S101, receiving a query request containing registration requirement information, wherein the query request is triggered by user input in an application page; step S102, based on the query request, carrying out real-time retrieval in a number source advertisement set comprising a plurality of number source advertisements so as to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration requirement information; and step S103, sending the number source advertisement recommendation result as a query response.
More specifically, in step S101, a query request containing registration requirement information is received. Registration requirement information may include, for example, one or more of a hospital, doctor, department, and time of visit for which the user needs to register. The user may enter a query request through the application page. The application page is an entry that facilitates the user to enter a query request associated with a registration, and may be, for example, a page of a browser with search functionality, a page of an applet, and/or any other page capable of entering a query request.
In step S102, real-time retrieval is performed in a number source advertisement set including a plurality of number source advertisements based on the query request to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matching the registration requirement information. As described above, the number source may be formed in the form of an advertisement, i.e., as a number source advertisement, and the number source advertisement set may be composed of a plurality of number source advertisements. Unlike the existing related art, the search performed in step S102 is not an offline matching query based on a simple search term, but a real-time advertisement search performed in a number source advertisement set based on a query request containing registration requirement information. The advertisement retrieval technology is utilized to retrieve the number source advertisement so as to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration requirement information, and a number source recommendation scheme more conforming to registration intention can be provided for users.
In step S103, the number source advertisement recommendation result is transmitted as a query response. The number source advertisement recommendation result generated through the real-time retrieval can be used as a query response to be sent to an application service engine for presenting the application page, so that a corresponding registered query result is presented for a user.
According to some embodiments, the number source advertisement set is obtained by matching number source information with delivered advertisement information related to the number source information. For example, the number source information may be provided by at least one hospital, which accordingly needs to deliver advertising information related to the number source information. The number source may be converted into a form of number source advertisements by associating and matching the number source information with the served advertisement information associated with the number source information to form a number source advertisement set that may include a plurality of number source advertisements. The matching of the number source information and the placed advertisement information may be performed, for example, prior to receiving a query request containing registration requirement information, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
According to some embodiments, the number source information may include: hospital information, doctor information, time information, registration fee information, and number source stock information, wherein the hospital information and doctor information include multi-point performance qualification audit information. And, the delivered advertisement information may include: advertisement pre-stores fee information, keyword information related to number source information, and bid information related to number source information.
More specifically, the number source information may include hospital, doctor, time of visit, and billing charge information associated with each number source, and number source stock information indicating the number of available number sources; the delivered advertisement information may include advertisement pre-charge information pre-stored for the number source advertisement, keyword information related to the number source information, and bid information related to the number source information by an advertiser (e.g., a hospital having a registration resource) who needs to perform the number source advertisement delivery. For example, for number source a, its number source information may include: hospital B associated with source a, doctor C, time of visit by doctor C, expense of registration of doctor C, and number of sources available for registration by doctor C. In the related art, online registration services are mostly directed to doctor single-point practice mode, i.e., a doctor can only perform practice in a certain hospital. In this mode, a user who has a registration need can only query the number source of a doctor at a particular hospital at a time for a certain disease. If the corresponding number source is not available, the user needs to search for the number source from hospital to hospital, and the operation is complex. Given that current countries have allowed doctors to conduct multi-point practise, there is a need to develop more efficient registration recommendations for doctor multi-point execution modes. According to some embodiments, the hospital information and doctor information included in the number source information may include multi-point performance qualification audit information. That is, before matching the number source information with the delivered advertisement information related to the number source information, a multi-point performance qualification audit may be performed for hospitals and doctors included in the number source information, and corresponding audit information may be included in the number source information. The multi-point medical qualification auditing information is included in the number source information, so that the information that the audited doctor carries out the medical practice in a plurality of hospitals and the corresponding number source can be reflected, the situation that the patient is in tension in medical practice can be relieved, and the utilization rate of medical resources is improved.
According to some embodiments, the number source information may be from a doctor platform interfacing with at least one hospital, the doctor platform for storing and inventory management of the number source information. That is, the number source can be inventory-managed as a commodity while the number source information is stored. This helps to increase the rationality and efficiency of registration resource allocation.
According to some embodiments, the number source advertisement sets may be updated in response to an update of the number source information and/or an update of the delivered advertisement information. By updating the number source advertisement sets accordingly in accordance with the updating of the number source information and/or the updating of the posted advertisement information, the number source status can be updated in real time for retrieval based on the updated number source advertisement sets, which helps to improve the accuracy of the retrieval.
According to some embodiments, the updating of the number source information includes updating of the number source stock information, and the number source stock information is updated in response to a registered order generated based on the number source advertisement recommendation result. After the candidate source advertisement queue is generated, a selection may be made again among the plurality of candidate source advertisements in the candidate source advertisement queue to select a final source advertisement recommendation result.
According to some embodiments, the retrieved information may include a user intent feature, a user information feature, and a request level feature. The present disclosure is not so limited and other features may alternatively or additionally be included in the retrieved information parsed from the query request, depending on the particular application and/or requirements.
According to some embodiments, the user intent feature may include at least one search term entered by the user and historical search information of the user. According to some embodiments, the estimated click rate is obtained from a trained deep neural network model that has been trained with log data including user historical registration behaviors as training samples. The log data containing the historical registration behaviors of the user can be used as training samples, and the characteristics of the training samples can be extracted to train the deep neural network model. Features included in the retrieved information may be input into a trained deep neural network model to obtain a predicted click rate for each candidate source advertisement in the candidate source advertisement queue that has passed the correlation threshold. By training the neural network by taking the log data containing the historical registration behaviors of the user as a training sample and obtaining the estimated click rate from the trained deep neural network model, the deep neural network model for click rate estimation can be adapted to the scene of registration recommendation to obtain a more accurate estimated result. With reference to fig. 4, a computing device 2000 will now be described, which is an example of a hardware device (electronic device) that may be applied to aspects of the present disclosure. The computing device 2000 may be any machine configured to perform processes and/or calculations and may be, but is not limited to, a workstation, a server, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, a robot, a smart phone, an on-board computer, or any combination thereof. The registration recommendation methods described above may be implemented, in whole or at least in part, by the computing device 2000 or a similar device or system.
The computing device 2000 may include elements that are connected to the bus 2002 (possibly via one or more interfaces) or that communicate with the bus 2002. For example, computing device 2000 may include a bus 2002, one or more processors 2004, one or more input devices 2006, and one or more output devices 2008. The one or more processors 2004 may be any type of processor and may include, but are not limited to, one or more general purpose processors and/or one or more special purpose processors (e.g., special processing chips). Input device 2006 may be any type of device capable of inputting information to computing device 2000 and may include, but is not limited to, a mouse, a keyboard, a touch screen, a microphone, and/or a remote control. The output device 2008 may be any type of device capable of presenting information and may include, but is not limited to, a display, speakers, video/audio output terminals, vibrators, and/or printers. Computing device 2000 may also include a non-transitory storage device 2010, or any storage device that is connected to non-transitory storage device 2010, which may be non-transitory and that may enable data storage, and may include, but is not limited to, a magnetic disk drive, an optical storage device, a solid state memory, a floppy disk, a flexible disk, a hard disk, a magnetic tape, or any other magnetic medium, an optical disk or any other optical medium, a ROM (read only memory), a RAM (random access memory), a cache memory, and/or any other memory chip or cartridge, and/or any other medium from which a computer may read data, instructions, and/or code. The non-transitory storage device 2010 may be detached from the interface. The non-transitory storage device 2010 may have data/program (including instructions)/code for implementing the methods and steps described above. Computing device 2000 may also include a communication device 2012. The communication device 2012 may be any type of device or system that enables communication with external devices and/or with a network, and may include, but is not limited to, modems, network cards, infrared communication devices, wireless communication devices, and/or chipsets, such as bluetooth (TM) devices, 1302.11 devices, wiFi devices, wiMax devices, cellular communication devices, and/or the like.
Computing device 2000 may also include a working memory 2014, which may be any type of working memory that may store programs (including instructions) and/or data useful for the operation of processor 2004 and may include, but is not limited to, random access memory and/or read-only memory devices.
Software elements (programs) may reside in the working memory 2014 including, but not limited to, an operating system 2016, one or more application programs 2018, drivers, and/or other data and code. Instructions for performing the above-described methods and steps may be included in one or more applications 2018, and the above-described registration recommendation method methods may be implemented by the instructions of the one or more applications 2018 being read and executed by the processor 2004. More specifically, in the registration recommendation method described above, steps S101 to S103 may be implemented by, for example, the processor 2004 executing the application 2018 having the instructions of steps S101 to S103. Executable code or source code of instructions of software elements (programs) may be stored in a non-transitory computer readable storage medium (such as storage device 2010 described above) and, when executed, may be stored (possibly compiled and/or installed) in working memory 2014. Executable code or source code for instructions of software elements (programs) may also be downloaded from a remote location.
It should also be understood that various modifications may be made according to specific requirements. For example, custom hardware may also be used, and/or particular elements may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, middleware, microcode, hardware description languages, or any combination thereof. For example, some or all of the disclosed methods and apparatus may be implemented by programming hardware (e.g., programmable logic circuits including Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and/or Programmable Logic Arrays (PLAs)) in an assembly language or hardware programming language such as VERILOG, VHDL, c++ using logic and algorithms according to the present disclosure.
It should also be appreciated that the foregoing method may be implemented by a server-client mode. For example, a client may receive data entered by a user and send the data to a server. The client may also receive data input by the user, perform a part of the foregoing processes, and send the processed data to the server. The server may receive data from the client and perform the aforementioned method or another part of the aforementioned method and return the execution result to the client. The client may receive the result of the execution of the method from the server and may present it to the user, for example, via an output device.
It should also be appreciated that the components of computing device 2000 may be distributed over a network. For example, some processes may be performed using one processor while other processes may be performed by another processor remote from the one processor. Other components of computing system 2000 may also be similarly distributed. As such, computing device 2000 may be construed as a distributed computing system that performs processing in multiple locations.
Although embodiments or examples of the present disclosure have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is to be understood that the foregoing methods, systems, and apparatus are merely exemplary embodiments or examples, and that the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments or examples but only by the claims following the grant and their equivalents. Various elements of the embodiments or examples may be omitted or replaced with equivalent elements thereof. Furthermore, the steps may be performed in a different order than described in the present disclosure. Further, various elements of the embodiments or examples may be combined in various ways. It is important that as technology evolves, many of the elements described herein may be replaced by equivalent elements that appear after the disclosure.

Claims (16)

1. A registration recommendation method, the method comprising:
receiving a query request containing registration requirement information, wherein the query request is triggered by user input in an application page;
performing real-time search in a number source advertisement set comprising a plurality of number source advertisements based on the query request to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration requirement information, wherein the number source advertisement set is obtained by matching number source information with put advertisement information related to the number source information, wherein a number source is converted into a number source advertisement form by associating and matching the number source information with put advertisement information related to the number source information to form a number source advertisement set comprising the plurality of number source advertisements, and wherein the number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration requirement information is generated by performing real-time search of the number source advertisements by using an advertisement search technology; and
the number source advertisement recommendation result is sent as a query response,
based on the query request, performing real-time search in a number source advertisement set including a plurality of number source advertisements to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration requirement information, including:
carrying out recall of candidate number source advertisements in the number source advertisement set by utilizing the retrieval information analyzed from the query request so as to generate a candidate number source advertisement queue comprising a plurality of candidate number source advertisements; and
selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result from the candidate number source advertisement queue,
selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result from the candidate number source advertisement queue, wherein the number source advertisement recommendation result comprises:
calculating the relevance of each candidate source advertisement in the candidate source advertisement queue and the user intention by using the retrieval information, and deleting candidate source advertisements with relevance lower than a preset relevance threshold value from the candidate source advertisement queue;
obtaining the estimated click rate of each of the rest candidate number source advertisements of the candidate number source advertisement queue; and
and based on the estimated click rate, sorting the rest candidate number source advertisements according to a preset advertisement sorting mode, and selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result according to the sorting result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein,
the number source information includes: hospital information, doctor information, time information, registration fee information, and number source stock information, the hospital information and the doctor information including multi-point performance qualification audit information, and
the delivered advertisement information includes: advertisement pre-stores fee information, keyword information related to the number source information, and bid information related to the number source information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the number source information is from a doctor platform interfacing with at least one hospital, the doctor platform for storing and inventory management of the number source information.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the set of number source advertisements is updated in response to an update of the number source information and/or an update of the placed advertisement information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the updating of the number source information includes updating of the number source stock information, and the number source stock information is updated in response to a registered order generated based on the number source advertisement recommendation result.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the updating of the delivered advertisement information includes updating of the advertisement pre-charge information, and the advertisement pre-charge information is updated in response to a user number source advertisement click generated based on the number source advertisement recommendation result.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the retrieved information includes a user intent feature, a user information feature, and a request level feature.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the user intent feature includes at least one search term entered by a user and historical search information of the user.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the user information characteristics include an age and a gender of the user, an IP of the user, and device information about a device used by the user.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the request level characteristics include zone information where the user is located and time information related to the query request.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the estimated click rate is obtained from a trained deep neural network model that has been trained with log data containing user historical registration behaviors as training samples.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the predetermined advertisement ranking is Bid-CTR ranking based on GSP billing method.
13. A registration recommendation device, the device comprising:
a receiving module configured to receive a query request containing registration requirement information, the query request triggered by user input in an application page;
a generation module configured to perform real-time search in a number source advertisement set including a plurality of number source advertisements based on the query request to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matching the registration demand information, wherein the number source advertisement set is obtained by matching number source information with delivered advertisement information related to the number source information, wherein a number source is converted into a number source advertisement form by associating and matching the number source information with delivered advertisement information related to the number source information to form a number source advertisement set including the plurality of number source advertisements, and wherein real-time search of a number source advertisement is performed using an advertisement search technique to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matching the registration demand information; and
a transmitting module configured to transmit the number source advertisement recommendation result as a query response,
based on the query request, performing real-time search in a number source advertisement set including a plurality of number source advertisements to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration requirement information, including:
carrying out recall of candidate number source advertisements in the number source advertisement set by utilizing the retrieval information analyzed from the query request so as to generate a candidate number source advertisement queue comprising a plurality of candidate number source advertisements; and
selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result from the candidate number source advertisement queue,
selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result from the candidate number source advertisement queue, wherein the number source advertisement recommendation result comprises:
calculating the relevance of each candidate source advertisement in the candidate source advertisement queue and the user intention by using the retrieval information, and deleting candidate source advertisements with relevance lower than a preset relevance threshold value from the candidate source advertisement queue;
obtaining the estimated click rate of each of the rest candidate number source advertisements of the candidate number source advertisement queue; and
and based on the estimated click rate, sorting the rest candidate number source advertisements according to a preset advertisement sorting mode, and selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result according to the sorting result.
14. An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory storing a program comprising instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-12.
15. A computer readable storage medium storing a program, the program comprising instructions which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the method of any one of claims 1-12.
16. A registration recommendation system, the system comprising:
the doctor platform is in butt joint with at least one hospital and is used for storing and inventory management of the number source information; and
an advertisement retrieval platform communicatively coupled to the doctor platform for:
receiving a query request containing registration requirement information, wherein the query request is triggered by user input in an application page;
based on the query request, performing real-time search in a number source advertisement set including a plurality of number source advertisements to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration demand information, wherein the number source advertisement set is obtained by matching the number source information from the doctor platform and advertisement information which is put on the advertisement search platform and is related to the number source information, wherein a number source is converted into a number source advertisement form by associating and matching the number source information and the put advertisement information which is related to the number source information to form a number source advertisement set including the plurality of number source advertisements, and wherein real-time search of the number source advertisements is performed by using an advertisement search technology to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration demand information; and
the number source advertisement recommendation result is sent as a query response,
based on the query request, performing real-time search in a number source advertisement set including a plurality of number source advertisements to generate a number source advertisement recommendation result matched with the registration requirement information, including:
carrying out recall of candidate number source advertisements in the number source advertisement set by utilizing the retrieval information analyzed from the query request so as to generate a candidate number source advertisement queue comprising a plurality of candidate number source advertisements; and
selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result from the candidate number source advertisement queue,
selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result from the candidate number source advertisement queue, wherein the number source advertisement recommendation result comprises:
calculating the relevance of each candidate source advertisement in the candidate source advertisement queue and the user intention by using the retrieval information, and deleting candidate source advertisements with relevance lower than a preset relevance threshold value from the candidate source advertisement queue;
obtaining the estimated click rate of each of the rest candidate number source advertisements of the candidate number source advertisement queue; and
and based on the estimated click rate, sorting the rest candidate number source advertisements according to a preset advertisement sorting mode, and selecting the number source advertisement recommendation result according to the sorting result.
