Referring to fig. 3-5, a second pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 29 is disposed between the cotton suction mold 38 and the discharge cylinder 22 along a vertical direction, the second pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 29 is fixedly mounted on the second mounting frame 24 through a bolt, a third pressure cotton thimble 36 is fixedly mounted at a lower end of the second pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 29, the third pressure cotton thimble 36 is vertically aligned with a center of the rubber plug 41, an input end of the second pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 29 is electrically connected to the mcu 11, the cotton suction mold 38 is externally connected to an air suction pump during use, and the second pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 29 can drive the third pressure cotton thimble 36 to move up and down by stretching.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, the lower end of the first cotton clamping manipulator 18 is fixedly connected to the telescopic end of the first cotton pulling cylinder 19 through a bolt, the fixed end of the first cotton pulling cylinder 19 is fixedly connected to the telescopic end of the second cotton pulling cylinder 20 through a bolt, the input ends of the first cotton pulling cylinder 19 and the second cotton pulling cylinder 20 are respectively electrically connected to the single chip microcomputer controller 11, the first cotton pulling cylinder 19 is arranged to enable the first cotton clamping manipulator 18 to move in the up-down direction, so that a cotton sliver is dragged, and the second cotton pulling cylinder 20 is arranged to enable the first cotton clamping manipulator 18 to move in the horizontal direction, so that the cotton sliver is conveyed to the upper portion of the feeding pipe 33.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a connecting plate 5 is fixedly welded on an outer wall of one side of a sliver placing hopper 12, a guiding hole 4 is formed at an upper end of the connecting plate 5, the guiding hole 4 is located at one side above a sliver guide post 14, and the guiding hole 4 is arranged to guide a sliver.
The working principle is as follows:
the automatic replacement of the cotton sliver of the old rubber plug 41 comprises the following steps in sequence:
the old rubber plugs 41 are placed into the material arranging vibrator 7, the old rubber plugs 41 can be automatically sequenced through the vibration of the material arranging vibrator 7, and the old rubber plugs are conveyed into the placing groove 31 through the feeding guide rail 13;
under the action of the rotating disc 26 driven by the case 9, the old rubber plug 41 firstly moves to the position right below the cotton outlet cylinder 25, and cotton strips in the old rubber plug 41 are taken out under the action of the cotton outlet cylinder 25 driving the first cotton pressing thimble 28 to move downwards;
a new sliver is placed in the sliver placing hopper 12, and one end of the new sliver extends from the sliver contraction opening 16 to below the fixed plate 15 through the guide hole 4 and the sliver guide post 14, respectively;
the first cotton pulling cylinder 19 drives the first cotton clamping mechanical arm 18 to extend upwards, one end of the cotton sliver is clamped to move downwards, and after the first cotton clamping mechanical arm moves to a fixed distance, the second cotton clamping mechanical arm 17 clamps the cotton sliver, so that the cotton sliver is cut into a fixed length and falls onto the material conveying plate 34 from the material inlet pipe 33;
under the action that the case 9 drives the rotating disc 26 to rotate again, the rubber plug 41 moves to the position right below the first pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 23;
the cotton sliver is sucked into the cotton suction mold 38 under the action of vacuumizing of the cotton suction mold 38, the cotton suction mold 38 is transferred to the position right above the rubber plug 41 under the driving of the rotation of the motor 35, and the cotton sliver falls on the rubber plug 41 after the vacuumizing action of the cotton suction mold 38 is lost;
the motor 35 rotates again, and after the cotton suction mold 38 is transferred, the first pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 23 stretches and retracts to drive the second cotton pressing thimble 37 to move up and down so as to plug the cotton sliver into the rubber plug 41;
after the completion, the case 9 drives the rotating disc 26 to rotate again, so that the rubber plug 41 moves to a position right below the second pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 29, and at the moment, under the action that the second pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder 29 drives the third cotton pressing thimble 36 to move up and down, the cotton sliver in the rubber plug 41 is pressed again;
the case 9 drives the rotating disc 26 to rotate again to move the rubber plug 41 to the position of the discharging cylinder 22 after the rubber plug 41 is pressed, and at this time, the discharging cylinder 22 pushes out the rubber plug 41 pressed with the cotton sliver and discharges the cotton plug from the discharging hole 10.
Through the structure, the automatic replacement and compression of the cotton sliver for the old rubber plug 41 can be realized.

Claims (7)

1. a rotating disc (26) is arranged at the center of the top of the case (9), the rotating disc (26) is fixedly connected with the output end of a rotating mechanism in the case (9), a first mounting frame (39), a second mounting frame (24), a discharging cylinder (22) and a feeding guide rail (13) are uniformly arranged on the top surface of the case (9) on the outer side of the rotating disc (26) along the circumferential direction, a mounting plate (21) and a third mounting frame (40) are respectively arranged on the outer side of the second mounting frame (24), the lower end of the third mounting frame (40) is fixedly connected to the top surface of the mounting plate (21), the mounting plate (21) is fixedly welded with one side of the upper end of the case (9), and a cotton sliver placing hopper (12) is arranged on one side of the top surface of the mounting;
a plurality of placing grooves (31) are uniformly formed in the outer end of the rotating disc (26) along the circumferential direction, rubber plugs (41) are placed in the placing grooves (31), a plurality of arc-shaped straightening plates (30) are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the rotating disc (26) along the circumferential direction, and the arc-shaped straightening plates (30) are all clamped on the top surface of the case (9) in a sliding manner;
the first mounting frame (39) is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the case (9), the cotton discharging cylinder (25) is fixedly mounted on the first mounting frame (39), the bottom of the cotton discharging cylinder (25) is fixedly mounted with a first cotton pressing thimble (28), and the first cotton pressing thimble (28) is vertically aligned with the circle center of the rubber plug (41);
the second mounting frame (24) is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the case (9), a first pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder (23) is fixedly mounted at the center of the top of the second mounting frame (24), a second pressure-adjustable cotton ejector pin (37) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the first pressure-adjustable cotton cylinder (23), the second pressure-adjustable cotton ejector pin (37) is vertically aligned with the circle center of the rubber plug (41), and a cotton suction mold (38) is vertically aligned with the position between the second pressure-adjustable cotton ejector pin (37) and the rubber plug (41);
a cotton conveying plate (34) is fixedly connected to the outer side of a cotton inlet of the cotton suction mold (38), the bottom surface of the other end of the cotton conveying plate (34) is fixedly connected to the output end of a motor (35) through a rotating shaft, a feeding pipe (33) is arranged right above the motor (35), the upper end of the feeding pipe (33) is communicated and connected to a third mounting frame (40), and the lower end of the feeding pipe (33) is located above one side of the cotton conveying plate (34);
a first cotton clamping mechanical arm (18) is arranged on one side above the feeding pipe (33), the first cotton clamping mechanical arm (18) and the second mounting frame (24) are respectively located on two sides of the third mounting frame (40), a second cotton clamping mechanical arm (17) is arranged above the first cotton clamping mechanical arm (18), the second cotton clamping mechanical arm (17) is fixedly installed on the bottom surface of the fixing plate (15), one end of the fixing plate (15) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the connecting plate (5), a cotton sliver contraction opening (16) is formed in the other end of the fixing plate (15), and the cotton sliver contraction opening (16) and a clamping part of the second cotton clamping mechanical arm (17) are arranged in an up-and-down alignment mode; the upper end of the central position of the fixed plate (15) is provided with a cotton sliver guide post (14), and one end of the cotton sliver guide post (14) is rotatably connected to a side plate on one side of the fixed plate (15);
