技术领域
本申请涉及信号屏蔽的技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有信号屏蔽作用的电连接器与电路板连接的电连接结构。
背景技术
现有的外部输入/输出的电连接器,例如SFP、QSFP、OSFP或OSFP-DD的端子迭层结构中,信号端子对与接地端子呈现交错配置的方式插接于电路板的插接孔中,即两个相邻的信号端子对之间设置一个接地端子,如此接地端子可以起到电磁屏蔽的作用。但是为了避让电路板上其他组件的插接孔,现有电路板上的信号端子插接孔多半采用左右交错配置的方式,让信号端子插接在电路板时会相对于接地端子往左右两侧延伸至插接孔。但是信号端子这种左右延伸至插接孔的结构在传送高频信号时,容易导致信号端子彼此间串扰的问题。
现有的解决方案,请参阅图1、图2和图3,其是现有的电连接结构的立体图、图1的电连接结构的侧视图和沿图2的A-A线的剖视图。如图所示,现有的解决方案是将两个形状对称的金属屏蔽件S分别焊接在两个接地端子G上,这两个金属屏蔽件S连同接地端子G会将信号端子对I1和I2包围,而希望能起到电磁屏蔽作用而解决串扰的问题。但是这种解决方案,金属屏蔽件S会占用电路板相当的空间,而且根据仿真的结果,上述现有的解决方案,其积分串扰噪声(Integrated Crosstalk Noise,ICN)是在4.2至4.8的范围,已超过OIF(Optical Internetworking Forum)规范的3.6,因此现有的解决方案并未符合规范。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种电连接结构,解决目前现有电连接结构在信号端子往端子排列基线的两侧延伸所产生的串扰噪声的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
提供了一种电连接装置,其包括电连接器和电路板。电连接器包括多对信号端子和多个接地端子,两对相邻信号端子间设置一个接地端子,每个信号端子具有弯折部和信号端子插接部,弯折部邻接于信号端子插接部,每个接地端子具有屏蔽部和接地端子插接部,屏蔽部邻接于接地端子插接部,且屏蔽部对应于弯折部。电路板具有多对信号端子插接孔和多个接地端子插接孔,接地端子插接孔沿基线排列,在两对信号端子插接孔之间设有一个接地端子插接孔,每对信号端子插接孔分别设置在基线的两侧,多个信号端子的弯折部交错地往基线的两侧延伸且信号端子插接部分别对应地插置在信号端子插接孔并与电路板电连接,每个接地端子的接地端子插接部分别对应地插置在接地端子插接孔且与电路板电连接;其中屏蔽部在与基线正交的方向上的宽度是大于或等于每个信号端子的弯折部往基线的两侧延伸的长度。
在本申请实施例中,通过在接地端子靠近电路板的部分设置屏蔽部,而且屏蔽部在与基线正交的方向上的宽度大于或等于信号端子弯折部的长度,使得屏蔽部至少可以屏蔽信号端子的弯折部,而解决信号端子对间的串扰噪声的问题,而由于接地端子只在与基线正交的方向上具有宽度较大的屏蔽部即可起到电磁屏蔽的效果,不会占用电路板上额外的空间,不影响电路板上其他电子组件的配置。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参阅图4、图5和图6,其是本申请一实施例的电连接结构的立体图、图4的电连接结构的侧视图和图5的电连接结构沿B-B线的剖视图;如图所示,本实施例提供一种电连接结构,其包括电连接器100和电路板200。电连接器100插置于电路板200上而且与电路板200电连接。在本实施例中,电路板200上设置两个电连接器100,由于这两个电连接器100只是高度不同,而端子配置的状态相同,因此以其中一个电连接器100为例做说明。
如图4和图6所示,电连接器100包括多对信号端子10和多个接地端子20,电连接器100的多对信号端子10和多个接地端子20排成两个端子列。每一个端子列具有多对信号端子10和多个接地端子20,两对相邻信号端子10间设置一个接地端子20。
如图4和图6所示,每个信号端子10具有弯折部11和信号端子插接部12,弯折部11邻接于信号端子插接部12。每个接地端子20具有屏蔽部21和接地端子插接部22,屏蔽部21邻接于接地端子插接部22,且屏蔽部21对应于弯折部11。另外,每个信号端子10还具有信号端子本体13,弯折部11邻接于信号端子本体13和信号端子插接部12之间,每个接地端子20还具有接地端子本体23,屏蔽部21邻接于接地端子本体23和接地端子插接部22之间。信号端子本体13与接地端子本体23是垂直于电路板200延伸。多个信号端子10的信号端子本体13和多个接地端子20的接地端子本体23是垂直于电路板200沿电路板200上的基线L排成一列。两个端子列的信号端子10的信号端子本体13与接地端子20的接地端子本体23在电连接器100的绝缘壳体(图4中未表示)内弯折后平行于电路板200延伸,而且在绝缘壳体的插接槽处形成上下两列的端子列。两个端子列的信号端子10的信号端子本体13与接地端子20的接地端子本体23在插接槽中形成弧状的弹性结构,可以夹持插置于电连接器100的插接槽的电路板P。
每个信号端子对具有两个信号端子10,而每个信号端子对的两个信号端子10的弯折部11是从信号端子本体13弯折后分别朝基线L的两侧而且平行于电路板200延伸。而且在接地端子20两侧的相邻的两对信号端子10中,在沿基线L的方向上接地端子20两侧的信号端子10的弯折部11的延伸方向不同。
如图4和图6所示,电路板200具有多对信号端子插接孔30和多个接地端子插接孔40。多对信号端子插接孔30和多个接地端子插接孔40在电路板200上沿两条平行的基线L排成两列,而且其中接地端子插接孔40沿基线L排列,在两对信号端子插接孔30之间设有一个接地端子插接孔40,每对信号端子插接孔30分别设置在基L线的两侧。
因此,如前所述,多个信号端子10的弯折部11交错地往基线L的两侧延伸且信号端子插接部12分别对应地插置在信号端子插接孔30并与电路板200电连接。每个接地端子20的接地端子插接部22分别对应地插置在接地端子插接孔40且与电路板200电连接。信号端子10的信号端子插接部12和接地端子20的接地端子插接部22具有弹性压接结构,所述弹性压接结构可以是鱼眼压接结构,其包括两侧呈弧形突起且和设置在两个所述弧形突起间的孔洞,弧形突起抵接于信号端子插接孔30和接地端子插接孔40的孔壁,通过弧形突起被信号端子插接孔30和接地端子插接孔40的孔壁推压变形而产生的回复力形成信号端子10与接地端子20分别定位在信号端子插接孔30和接地端子插接孔40中的保持力。在前述结构中,基线L通过屏蔽部21的中点,每个信号端子10的弯折部11比信号端子本体13靠近电路板200。而且弯折部11是设置成尽量靠近电路板200。每个接地端子20的屏蔽部21比接地端子本体23靠近电路板200。接地端子20的屏蔽部21也是设制成尽量靠近电路板200。
屏蔽部21在与基线L正交的方向上的宽度是大于或等于每个信号端子10的弯折部11往基线L的两侧延伸的长度。从而起到电磁屏蔽的作用,而解决信号端子对之间的串扰噪声的问题。本申请的电连接结构经过仿真的结果,如图7和图8所示,其积分串扰噪声(ICN)降到1.5至1.9的范围,远小于OIF规范的3.6,因此本申请的电连接结构是符合规范的。
如图4所示,在本实施例中,接地端子本体23在基线L的延伸方向上的宽度大于信号端子本体13在基线L的延伸方向上的宽度。而且接地端子20的屏蔽部21在与基线L正交的方向上的宽度等于接地端子20的接地端子本体23在基线L的延伸方向上的宽度。即屏蔽部21用于屏蔽信号端子10的宽度等于接地端子本体23的宽度。接地端子20还包括连接部24,连接部24连接接地端子本体23和屏蔽部21,连接部24的两端分别连接于接地端子本体23的一端的中点和屏蔽部21的一端的中点,且连接部24呈扭旋状。即接地端子20在制造的过程中,屏蔽部21与接地端子本体23可以由相同的金属料带形成,然后将连接屏蔽部21与接地端子本体23的连接部24扭转90度而形成屏蔽部21与接地端子本体23的宽度方向彼此正交的结构。
请参阅图9,其是本申请另一实施例的电连接结构的部分立体图。如图所示,接地端子本体23的宽度与信号端子本体13的宽度相同,而接地端子的屏蔽部21的宽度比接地端子本体23的宽度大,同样地将连接屏蔽部21与接地端子本体23的连接部24扭转90度而形成屏蔽部21的宽度可以对信号端子10的弯折部11起到电磁屏蔽的效果。
在另一实施例中,也可以直接从信号端子本体的弯折形成弯折部,并将弯折部扭转90度而插置于电路板的信号端子插孔。这种结构经过仿真的结果,其积分串扰噪声(ICN)也降到1.9,也同样符合规范。
综上所述,本申请提供一种电连接结构,通过在接地端子靠近电路板的部分设置屏蔽部,而且屏蔽部在与基线正交的方向上的宽度大于或等于信号端子弯折部的长度,使得屏蔽部至少可以屏蔽信号端子的弯折部,而解决信号端子对间的串扰噪声的问题,而由于接地端子只在与基线正交的方向上具有宽度较大的屏蔽部即可起到电磁屏蔽的效果,不会占用电路板上额外的空间,不影响电路板上其他电子组件的配置。

电连接器,包括多对信号端子和多个接地端子,两对相邻所述信号端子间设置一个所述接地端子,每个所述信号端子具有弯折部和信号端子插接部,所述弯折部邻接于所述信号端子插接部,每个所述接地端子具有屏蔽部和接地端子插接部,所述屏蔽部邻接于所述接地端子插接部,且所述屏蔽部对应于所述弯折部;
电路板,具有多对信号端子插接孔和多个接地端子插接孔,多个所述接地端子插接孔沿基线排列,在两对所述信号端子插接孔之间设有一个所述接地端子插接孔,每对所述信号端子插接孔分别设置在所述基线的两侧,多个所述信号端子的所述弯折部交错地往所述基线的两侧延伸且所述信号端子插接部分别对应地插置在所述信号端子插接孔并与所述电路板电连接,每个所述接地端子的所述接地端子插接部分别对应地插置在所述接地端子插接孔且与所述电路板电连接;
其中所述屏蔽部在与所述基线正交的方向上的宽度是大于或等于每个所述信号端子的所述弯折部往所述基线的两侧延伸的长度。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,每个所述信号端子还具有信号端子本体,所述弯折部邻接于所述信号端子本体和所述信号端子插接部之间,每个所述接地端子还具有接地端子本体,所述屏蔽部邻接于所述接地端子本体和所述接地端子插接部之间,多个所述信号端子的所述信号端子本体和多个所述接地端子的所述接地端子本体沿所述基线排列。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,所述接地端子本体在所述基线的延伸方向上的宽度大于所述信号端子本体在所述基线的所述延伸方向上的宽度。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,所述接地端子的所述屏蔽部在与所述基线正交的方向上的宽度等于所述接地端子的所述接地端子本体在所述基线的所述延伸方向上的宽度。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,所述接地端子还包括连接部,所述连接部连接所述接地端子本体和所述屏蔽部,所述连接部的两端分别连接于所述接地端子本体的一端的中点和所述屏蔽部的一端的中点,且所述连接部呈扭旋状。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,所述接地端子的所述屏蔽部在垂直于所述电路板的方向上的宽度是大于所述信号端子所述弯折部在垂直于所述电路板的方向上的宽度。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,所述基线通过所述屏蔽部的中点。
8.如权利要求2所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,每个所述信号端子的所述弯折部比所述信号端子本体靠近所述电路板。
9.如权利要求2所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,每个所述接地端子的所述屏蔽部比所述接地端子本体靠近所述电路板。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接结构,其特征在于,所述信号端子的所述信号端子插接部和所述接地端子的所述接地端子插接部具有弹性压接结构,所述弹性压接结构包括两侧呈弧形突起且和设置在两个所述弧形突起间的孔洞,所述弧形突起抵接于所述信号端子插接孔和所述接地端子插接孔的孔壁。
