Abstract
The invention discloses a project management system based on project audit in the technical field of project management, which comprises a project declaration system, a project audit receipt system and a case setting processing system; the project declaration system is used for submitting related project declaration materials, auditing related projects by enterprise project expert groups in the field is achieved, and when the workload of the enterprise project expert groups is large, audit orders can be automatically sent to the project audit order receiving system to process the audit orders.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of project management, in particular to a project management system based on project audit.
Background
Project management is a branch of management science, and the definition of project management is as follows: refers to the process of applying special knowledge, skills, tools and methods in project activities to enable projects to achieve or exceed set requirements and expectations under limited resource constraints. Project management is the overall monitoring and management of some activities (such as tasks) that successfully achieve a series of goals. This includes planning, scheduling, and maintaining progress of the activities making up the project.
In the existing project management process, project declaration contents are sent to field experts in own enterprises for auditing, but due to higher auditing difficulty and more auditing projects, much inconvenience is brought to the auditing of related declaration materials submitted immediately.
Based on the above, the invention designs a project management system based on project audit, so as to solve the above problems.

the project processing system is used for confirming the final auditing result of the related project declaration, issuing the auditing result to the declaration person and storing the declaration project data.
Preferably, the project declaration system comprises a project declaration submission module, a project timing dispatch module, an enterprise domain project expert processing module, a project quantity obtaining and feedback module and an external dispatch switching module;
the project declaration submitting module is used for the project declaration clerk to arrange and submit all the data of the declared project;
the project timing dispatch module is used for sending related project declaration data to an auditing expert in an enterprise or the project auditing receipt system at regular time for auditing;
the enterprise domain project expert processing module is used for auditing project declaration data in an enterprise;
the project quantity acquisition feedback module is used for feeding back all project audit gross amounts of the field project expert processing modules in the enterprise and automatically dispatching project materials to the outside when the task quantity is large;
the external dispatching switching module is used for controlling whether the project data are dispatched and processed externally.

the project processing system is used for confirming the final auditing result of the related project declaration, issuing the auditing result to the declaration person and storing the declaration project data.
It should be noted that, in the process of related project declaration, related project declaration materials are sent to field experts in related enterprises for auditing through a project declaration system by a project declaration staff, and when the number of cases audited by the experts in the related fields is large, cases to be audited are sent to the whole network through a project audit receipt system, external field experts are searched for auditing the project materials, and after auditing, auditing results are sent to a case setting processing system, and after auditing is passed, project schemes are automatically stored, and auditing results are fed back to project declaration staff again.
