Description

用于换向阀的没有内部电缆连接的预控制设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据本发明的预控制设备。
背景技术
由EP 2 280 179 B1公知一种具有预控制设备的换向阀。预控制设备包括位移传感器,利用该位移传感器可测量控制阀芯的位置。此外,设置有电的预控制阀,利用该电的预控制阀可以液压地调节控制阀芯的位置。位移传感器和预控制阀通过电缆连接到电路板上,该电路板实现了用于控制阀芯位置的位置调节回路,其中,位移传感器提供位置调节的实际值,其中,预控制阀被加载以位置调节的调节参量,其中,相应的额定值通过插塞接头输入,该插塞接头同样连接到电路板上。
从Bosch Rexroth AG(订单号:1 987 761 804;版本03.99)的信息页“移动式换向阀SB 23LS-EHS”中已知一种类似的预控制设备,其特征在于,所述预控制阀完全布置在预控制设备内部,而EP 2 280 179 B1却不是这种情况。因此,预控制设备可以在损坏情况下特别简单地被更换。
这种换向阀通常使用在移动的工作机械或农用拖拉机中。在那里,它们经受巨大的震动。已知的预控制设备的电插塞连接在负荷下形成薄弱部位,该薄弱部位应通过本发明来避免。此外,根据本发明的预控制设备应特别紧凑地构造,从而其可以在阀组中使用在直接相邻的换向阀上。此外,该预控制设备应当能够特别简单且成本低廉地制造并且能够装配在换向阀上。
发明内容
根据本发明提出,阀轴线和传感器轴线基本上彼此平行地布置,从而它们位于参考平面中,其中,操纵装置和线圈构件组彼此相邻地布置,其中,电路板平行于参考平面布置,其中,线圈构件组、操纵装置和电插塞接头为了建立电接触而分别或者直接与电路板钎焊或者与分别配设的刚性的接触构件组处于可松开的电接触中,其中,接触构件组直接与电路板钎焊。线圈构件组优选布置在操纵装置和电插塞接头之间。安装面优选地构造成平坦的,其中,该安装面垂直于阀轴线或传感器轴线定向。软铁芯优选地构造成在阀轴线的方向上伸长。软铁芯优选地与阀芯(Ventilschieber)固定地相连接、特别是旋拧和/或压紧。
在从属权利要求中给出了本发明的有利的改进方案和改良方案。
可以规定,为操纵装置配设接触构件组,其中,电插塞接头和线圈构件组直接与电路板钎焊。通过该措施尤其简化了预控制阀的装配,其中,预控制设备仍然非常简单地构造。
可以规定,接触构件组包括至少两个金属件,通过它们可以分别建立能够松开的电接触,其中,金属件直接与电路板钎焊,其中,金属件由塑料外罩整形(umformen),从而它们由塑料外罩固定保持。金属件优选由金属板借助于冲压和/或弯曲制成。塑料外罩优选以注塑工艺制成,其中,金属件在注入液化的塑料之前被置入到注塑模具中。金属件在注塑期间通过连接接片一体式地保持在一起。连接接片优选地布置在塑料外罩的外部,其中,连接接片可通过折断被容易地去除。接触构件组的金属件本身来看优选彼此电绝缘。
可以规定,操纵装置与所配设的接触构件组之间的电接触可以通过沿阀轴线方向的相对运动建立或松开。因此,相应的接触可以以特别简单的方式建立,特别是在下文解释的、包括盖的构件组的装配的范围内。所涉及的金属件优选分别具有平坦的接触片(Kontaktfahne),其中,所有接触片彼此平行地并且平行于阀轴线地布置。

可以规定,在盖上一体式地成型有如下悬臂(Ausleger),该悬臂沿传感器轴线的方向延伸,其中,电路板固定在悬臂上。因此电路板被稳定地支撑,使得它在振动负荷下不会进入机械振动。此外,悬臂几乎不妨碍电路板对于钎焊加工的可接近性。悬臂优选在电路板的整个长度上延伸。在悬臂和电路板之间优选布置导热膏,从而在电路板上产生的热可以低阻力地通过悬臂并且进一步通过盖的外表面向周围环境导出。盖优选由金属制成,最优选由铝或锌制成。所述盖优选以压铸工艺制成。
可以规定,线圈构件组包括单独的压力管,软铁芯布置在该压力管中,其中,压力管通过由塑料制成的线圈支架包围,该线圈支架承载至少两个线圈,其中,线圈构件组在接触区段的区域中与电路板钎焊。线圈支架优选固定在盖上,尤其在那里旋拧。压力管优选由非磁性金属制成,其中最优选的是通过深冲压工艺制造。优选地,压力管区段式地限定如下空间,该空间被流体密封地封闭。压力管为此优选流体密封地安装到基体上。
可以规定,一体式地构造线圈支架,其中,该线圈支架具有板状的固定区段,该固定区段横向于传感器轴线延伸,其中,固定区段固定在盖上。固定区段优选与盖旋拧。固定区段优选地布置在两个线圈之间。
可以规定,塑料外罩直接贴靠在固定区段上,其中塑料外罩和固定区段被至少一个共同的固定螺栓贯穿,该固定螺栓被拧入到盖中。
可以规定,接触区段一体式地构造在线圈支架上,其中它在传感器轴线的方向上与固定区段间隔开地布置。因此,可容易地接近在电路板上的相应的钎焊部位。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的预控制设备20的纵剖视图,其中部分地示出所配设的换向阀10。预控制设备20包括壳体21,该壳体由基体30和盖80组成。壳体30和/或盖80优选由铝或锌以注塑工艺制造。基体30具有一个平坦的安装面40,该安装面垂直于纵轴线12定向。安装面40贴靠在换向阀10上,其中,预控制设备20优选与换向阀10旋拧在一起。换向阀10具有控制阀芯11,该控制阀芯可以相对于纵轴线12线性运动。控制阀芯11配备有复位弹簧13,该复位弹簧将控制阀芯11预紧到中间位置,其中,该复位弹簧伸入到预控制设备20的基体30中。控制阀芯11的位置借助预控制设备20液压地调节,其中,控制设备为此具有第一控制接头41和第二控制接头(图2中的附图标记42)。相应的压力在端侧从对置的侧面对控制阀芯11进行加载。
在基体30中容纳有预控制阀50,该预控制阀以插装阀(Cartridge-Ventil)的形式构造。预控制阀50包括电操纵装置52,该电操纵装置由基体30和盖80包围。操纵装置52包括优选至少一个操纵线圈,通过所述操纵线圈的磁力能够调节预控制阀50。预控制阀50的液压区段容纳在配设的容纳孔32中,该容纳孔仅由基体30形成。所述预控制阀50优选以4/3换向阀的形式构造,因此也称为容积式操控,其中仅调整用于调节控制阀芯的体积流并且不调节如在气压式操控中的压力。操控阀总共具有四个流体接头,这些流体接头在安装面40处可接近,其中,其它细节参考图2来阐述。预控制阀50具有如下阀轴线51,该阀轴线平行于纵轴线12定向。预控制阀50除了连接衬套53之外优选关于阀轴线51旋转对称地构造。在阀轴线51的方向上,该预控制阀仅由预控制设备20的盖80保持在容纳孔32中。
此外,设置有如下位移传感器60,该位移传感器在此感应地工作。位移传感器60包括棒状的软铁芯62,该软铁芯与控制阀芯11固定地相连接,尤其旋拧和/或压紧。软铁芯62因此与控制阀芯11一起沿着纵轴线12运动。软铁芯62包括实施成铁磁性的磁作用的第一区段62a。第一区段62a通过非磁性的第二区段62b与控制阀芯11连接。由此得到位移传感器60的高测量精度。软铁芯62优选地关于传感器轴线61构造成圆柱形,其中,第二区段62b优选地具有比第一区段62a更小的直径。传感器轴线61优选与控制阀芯11的上述纵轴线12重合。该传感器轴线尤其平行于阀轴线51延伸,从而传感器轴线61和间隔开的阀轴线51形成一个参考平面。
围绕软铁芯62布置有压力管63。压力管63被设计成罐状的,其中,该压力管优选地以深冲压工艺由金属板制成。该压力管由非磁性金属、尤其由奥氏体不锈钢制成,从而其不干扰感应的位移测量。在该压力管的敞开的端部上,所述压力管压入到基体30中,其中,接合部位优选利用密封环64密封。在压力管63内部,压力施加在第一控制接头41上,该压力将控制阀芯11从预控制设备20压离。由于在基体30与压力管63之间的密封,相应的压力流体不能进入到基体30的区域中,在该区域中存在电路板90。可以理解的是,预控制阀50同样设有密封件,使得也不会有压力流体从那里进入到基体30的、在其中布置有电路板90的区域中。线圈构件组70围绕压力管63布置,将参照图4和图5更详细地解释线圈构件组70。
此外,还要指出电插塞接头23,其优选被设计为注塑件,向该注塑件中浇注有相应的金属的接触区段。在插塞接头23与盖80之间布置有密封环25,从而在那里没有介质、例如湿气可以从外部侵入。
预控制设备20设有多个固定螺栓22。利用第一固定螺栓22a将盖80固定在基体30上。这些螺栓贯穿盖80,其中,这些螺栓拧入到基体30内的所配设的孔35中。插塞接头23利用第二固定螺栓22b固定在盖80上。利用第三固定螺栓(图4中的附图标记22c)将线圈构件组70固定在盖80上。利用总共四个第四固定螺栓22d将基体30固定在换向阀10上。这些固定螺栓分别贯穿基体30中的固定孔(图2中的附图标记33),其中,这些固定螺栓拧入到换向阀10中。利用第五固定螺栓(图3中的附图标记22e)将电路板90固定在盖80的悬臂81上。
还要指出的是,电路板90平行于图1的绘图平面并且因此平行于阀轴线51和传感器轴线61布置。电路板90从插塞接头23经由位移传感器60延伸直至预控制阀50。那里的电接头因此分别紧邻电路板90布置,其中,这些电接头在不使用电缆的情况下与电路板90电连接。电路板90尤其是电子调节装置的组成部分,该电子调节装置的额定值在插塞接头23上提供,其中,该电子调节装置的实际值由位移传感器60测定,其中,该电子调节装置的调节参量是预控制阀50的调整量。调节装置可以被实施为连续式线性调节器,特别是PI调节器。优选地,线性调节器使用数字计算机实现,其中该线性调节器也可以借助于模拟电路实现。
图2示出了根据图1的预控制设备的基体30的从安装面40看的透视图。基本上平坦的、矩形的安装面40在其四个角区域上分别设有固定孔33,所述固定孔分别被所配设的固定螺栓(图1中的附图标记22d)贯穿。
在安装面40的内部,由弹性体制成的一体式的密封件45将总共四个区域流体密封地彼此隔开。弹簧凹部37构成第一区域,复位弹簧(图1中的附图标记13)布置在该弹簧凹部中,其中,第一控制接头41在弹簧凹部37的底部处汇出。另一区域形成第二控制接头42,该第二控制接头流体地连接到预控制阀上。另一区域构成流体入口43,通过该流体入口将处于压力下的压力流体输送给预控制设备,其中,该压力流体被引导至预控制阀。压力流体优选是指液体并且最优选是液压油。第四区域形成流体回流部44,通过该流体回流部,压力流体能够从预控制阀流回到换向阀,其中,压力流体在那里典型地被进一步引导到储罐中。密封件45优选容纳在安装面40内的匹配的槽中,其中,该密封件贴靠在换向阀上的平坦的配对面上。
在密封件45旁边,第一定向突起(Ausrichtfortsatz)34布置在安装面40上,该第一定向突起接合到换向阀上的匹配的凹部中。类似的第二定向突起34a与第一定向突起34有间距地布置。由此简化了装配,特别是简化了预控制设备在换向阀上的定向。
此外,在图2中可以看到压力管63的卷边(Bund)如何贴靠在弹簧凹部37的底部上。
图3示出根据图1的预控制设备的不带有基体的透视图。可以看到固定在盖80上的电路板90。该电路板一方面借助于第五固定螺栓22e与一体式地成型在盖80上的悬臂81(也参见图1)旋拧,从而其机械刚性地得到保持。因此,当预控制设备经受振动负荷时,电路板90不会进入机械振动。此外还要指出钎焊部位24。这些钎焊部位主要用于在电路板90和插塞接头23、位移传感器60和预控制阀50之间建立导电连接。此外,钎焊部位24间接地形成在电路板90和盖80之间的机械固定的连接,因为部件50、60、23固定地与盖连接。通过四个第一钎焊部位24a,电路板90与插塞接头23导电连接,该插塞接头具有四个相应的触头。利用三个第二钎焊部位24b,电路板90与位移传感器60的两个线圈(图4中的附图标记71)导电连接。第二钎焊部位24b中的一个在此连接到两个线圈上,其中,另外两个第二钎焊部位24b连接到唯一的分别配设的线圈上。三个第三钎焊部位24c连接到预控制阀50的电磁操纵装置52上。该预控制阀优选包括两个单独的电磁线圈,利用所述电磁线圈从未被操纵的中间位置出发实现两个相反的操纵方向。盖80的根据本发明的构型具有如下优点,即,上述钎焊部位24在图3中示出的构件组的范围中可特别良好地接近。
此外,还可以指出盖密封件31,其连续地包围电路板90、插塞接头23、位移传感器60和预控制阀50。盖密封件31由弹性体构成。盖密封件容纳在基体内的匹配的槽中,其中,盖密封件贴靠在盖80上的平坦的密封面上。盖80上的四个固定孔82与基体中的固定孔(图2中的附图标记33)对齐地布置。
图4示出了根据图3的没有盖并且没有预控制阀的构件组的另一个透视图。特别地,可以看到插塞接头23,该插塞接头由塑料通过注塑工艺与法兰区段26和连接区段27一体式地制造。向该塑料件中以彼此电绝缘的方式浇注总共四个金属件。这些金属件分别一方面在插塞接头23中结束并且另一方面在所配设的第一钎焊部位(图3中的附图标记24a)上终止。法兰区段基本上构造为具有圆柱形的外周面的板状。外周面密封地贴靠在盖上的匹配的配对面上,其中,相应的接合间隙利用密封环25密封。第二固定螺栓22b贯穿盖(参见图2)并且旋入到法兰区段26中。连接区段27从法兰区段26延伸到第一钎焊部位,其中该连接区段尤其保持上述金属件彼此电绝缘。
此外示出了没有软铁芯的位移传感器60。尤其可看出如下线圈构件组70,该线圈构件组包括两个彼此基本上相同地构造的线圈71。线圈构件组70以小的间隙被上面所阐述的压力管贯穿,该压力管被固定在基体上。线圈构件组包括如下线圈支架72,该线圈支架由塑料以注塑工艺制成。该线圈支架基本上管状地构造,其中,两个线圈71在其外周面上卷绕。在两个线圈71之间,一体式地在线圈支架72上布置有板状的固定区段73。第三固定螺栓22c贯穿接触构件组91和固定区段73,其中,第三固定螺栓拧入到(未示出的)盖中。与之相应地,线圈构件组70和接触构件组91与盖固定地连接。此外,还需要指出在线圈支架上一体式地成型的接触区段74。在那里,三个棒状的金属件彼此电绝缘地插入或注入,这些金属件在其一个端部上与第二钎焊部位(图3中的附图标记24b)连接,其中,这些金属件在对置的另一个端部上连接到线圈71上。
此外,在图4中还可看到接触构件组91,它与预控制阀建立电接触。由上述内容可知,插塞接头23和位移传感器60与电路板90固定地钎焊。与此相对地,预控制阀借助于插塞连接连接到电路板90上,以便简化装配。接触构件组91为此包括三个单独的金属件92,这些金属件分别形成插塞触头。金属件92由塑料外罩93以彼此电绝缘的方式得到保持。接触构件组91由塑料以注塑工艺制成,其中,金属件在注入液化的塑料之前被置入到铸模中,使得这些金属件整形。
图5示出了与图4相应的视图,其中省略了接触构件组(图4中的附图标记91)的塑料外罩。与之相应地,可以看到所提及的三个金属件92的形状,这些金属件分别构造成L形,从而它们引向第三钎焊部位(图3中的附图标记24c)。此外,可以看到线圈构件组70的线圈支架72与接触构件组(图4中的附图标记91)单独地构造。由此简化了相应的部件以塑料注塑工艺的制造。
图6示出根据图2的基体30的从盖(在图1中的附图标记80)看的另一透视图。基体30朝向盖构成如下电路板凹部36,该电路板凹部一方面由盖并且另一方面由预控制阀的液压区段完全密封地封闭。电路板(图3中的附图标记90)和悬臂(图3中的附图标记81)突伸到电路板凹部36中,其中它们在那里具有足够的空间。在此,在图3中示出的不带预控制阀的构件组必须在压力管63上、在连接衬套(在图1中的附图标记53)上和在预控制阀的操纵装置(在图1中的附图标记52)上精确地定向。与之相应地,装配是容易的。第一固定螺栓(图1中的附图标记22a)拧入到孔35中,以便将盖固定在基体上,其中优选设置有两个第一固定螺栓。第一固定螺栓优选构造为自攻的或自攻螺纹的螺栓。

Claims (12)

9.根据权利要求5至7中任一项所述的预控制设备,其中,所述线圈构件组(70)包括单独的压力管(63),所述软铁芯(62)布置在所述压力管中,其中,所述压力管(63)被由塑料制成的线圈支架(72)包围,所述线圈支架承载至少两个线圈(71),其中,所述线圈构件组(70)在接触区段(74)的区域中与所述电路板(90)钎焊。
10.根据权利要求9所述的预控制设备,其中,所述线圈支架(72)一体式地构造,其中该线圈支架具有横向于所述传感器轴线(61)延伸的板状的固定区段(73),其中所述固定区段(73)固定在所述盖(80)上。
11.根据权利要求10所述的预控制设备,其中,所述塑料外罩(93)直接贴靠在所述固定区段(73)上,其中,所述塑料外罩(93)和所述固定区段(73)被至少一个共同的固定螺栓(22、22c)贯穿,所述固定螺栓被拧入到所述盖(80)中。
12.根据权利要求10所述的预控制设备,其中,所述接触区段(74)一体式地构造在所述线圈支架(72)上,其中,所述接触区段在所述传感器轴线(61)的方向上与所述固定区段(73)间隔开地布置。
