Abstract
The invention discloses reactive yellow dye ink for digital printing, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-15 parts of a reactive yellow dye; 20-35 parts of a surfactant; 0.2-0.4 part of a bactericide; 10-15 parts of a moisture absorbent; 2-3 parts of a dispersing agent; 8-10 parts of a penetrating agent; 2-4 parts of a stabilizer; 0.2-0.4 parts of pH value buffering agent; 82-85 parts of deionized water; the addition of the auxiliary agent in the ink synergistically improves the hydrolytic stability of the dye, the surface tension and the viscosity of the solution, thereby ensuring the good flowing property of the dye ink, having good thermal stability and being suitable for the inkjet printing of textiles. The ink-jet printing product has bright color, soft hand feeling and good fastness, wherein the fastness to sunlight can reach more than 4.5 grade, the fastness to dry rubbing can reach more than 4.5 grade, and the fastness to washing is 5 grade.
