Abstract
The invention discloses reactive dye ink for digital printing, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-15 parts of reactive dye, 15-45 parts of surfactant, 0.1-0.5 part of bactericide, 10-20 parts of moisture absorbent, 2-3 parts of dispersant, 8-12 parts of penetrating agent, 1-5 parts of stabilizer, 0.1-0.5 part of pH value buffering agent and 82.8-89 parts of deionized water. The addition of the auxiliary agent in the ink synergistically improves the hydrolytic stability of the dye, the surface tension and the viscosity of the solution, thereby ensuring the good flowing property of the dye ink, having good thermal stability and being suitable for the inkjet printing of textiles. The ink-jet printing product has bright color, soft hand feeling and good fastness.

the C.I. active blue is selected from one or a mixture of more of C.I. active blue 2, 3, 5, 7, 13, 14, 15, 19, 21, 25, 26, 38, 39, 40, 41, 46, 49, 72, 77, 176, 203, 220, 230 and 235;
the C.I. active violet is selected from one or a mixture of C.I. active violet 1, C.I. active violet 2, C.I. active violet 6 and C.I. active violet 22;
the C.I. active brown is selected from one or a mixture of more of C.I. active brown 1,2, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14, 33, 37 and 46;
the C.I. active black is selected from one or a mixture of more of C.I. active black 5, 8, 31 and 39.
Further preferred; the C.I. active yellow is C.I. active yellow 95; the C.I. reactive red is C.I. reactive red 218 and/or C.I. reactive red 226; the C.I. active blue is C.I. active blue 15 and/or C.I. active blue 49; the C.I. active black is C.I. active black 39.
The moisture absorbent is one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol, diethylene glycol and ethylene glycol.
The dispersing agent is selected from sodium methylene dinaphthalene sulfonate, a copolymer of sodium acrylate and propionamide, sodium polyacrylate, a condensate of naphthalenesulfonic acid, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, polyaspartic acid (sodium), hydrolytic polymaleic anhydride, TH-164 phosphono polyacrylic acid, polyacrylic acid and 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol, one or more of dimethyl-1-amino-1-ethanol, citric acid, phosphate, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, C6-C18 fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, C6-C18 fatty ester-polyoxyethylene ether, styrene phenol sodium sulfonate, sodium polyacrylate, maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, vinyl acetate copolymer, methacrylate and maleic anhydride copolymer.
The penetrating agent is one or a mixture of several of isooctanol, diethylene glycol monobutyl ether, dialkyl (hexyl, butyl and octyl) sulfosuccinate, hexanediol and isopropanol.
The stabilizer is one or a mixture of more of polyurethane, acrylate, acrylamide, amino trimethylene phosphonic acid, hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, sodium ethylene diamine tetra methylene phosphonic acid, diethylene triamine penta methylene phosphonic acid, 2-phosphonic butane-1, 2, 4-tricarboxylic acid, 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid and hexamethylene diamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid.
