Table 3: fertilization scheme design
Figure BDA0002536193250000081
(2) Management of field
Repeat for 4 times in single plant cell, establish guard row andprotective plant, test area 1024m2. Applying base fertilizer in late 3 months, digging a ditch about 40cm deep below water dripping lines on two sides of a crown, mixing the fertilizer with the designed amount and all farmyard manure, applying the mixture into the ditch, and covering soil. The top dressing method comprises the following steps: digging a ditch with the depth of about 15cm under the water dripping lines on the two sides of the crown, and applying a designed amount of compound fertilizer into the ditch to cover soil. Trimming and plant protection are carried out uniformly according to field management measures.
(2) Influence of different fertilization treatments on SPAD value of jujube tree leaves
The SPAD value of the leaves can reflect the nutrition status of the jujube trees and is directly related to the amount and final yield of photosynthetic products. The data of the specific test are shown in the attached table 4. As can be seen from the data in the attached Table 4, the SPAD values of the C2, C3 and C4 treated leaves at the flowering stage were significantly lower than that of the C1 treated leaves. The SPAD value of the leaf suitable for the flowering phase of the high-yield orchard is 40-43, while the SPAD value of the leaf of the C1 treatment in the flowering phase is 43.4 which is higher than the upper limit of the suitable range and is in a nitrogen luxury absorption stage, which indicates that the C1 treatment has excessive nitrogen supply in the flowering phase; the SPAD values of C2, C3 and C4 treated leaves are all in a proper range. The C2, C3 and C4 treatments are controlled-release fertilizer treatments, nitrogen is slowly released, and the controlled-release fertilizer has a buffering effect on the growth of the early branches and leaves of the jujube trees, and the C1 treatments are quick-acting compound fertilizer treatments and have an ultra-growth promoting effect on the growth of the early branches and leaves of the jujube trees. The test result shows that the controlled release fertilizer has the obvious effect of balancing the growth of branches and leaves of the jujube tree, thereby preventing the branches and leaves from excessively growing and being beneficial to the later flowering and fruit setting of the jujube tree and the formation of yield; in addition, the data shown in attached table 4 show that the SPAD value of the leaves treated by C2, C3 and C4 rises to a higher level by the fruit expanding period, which indicates that the nutrient release of the controlled release fertilizer is consistent with the organ construction of the jujube trees, because the nutrition of the jujube trees is mainly supplied for fruit growth, and the nutrient requirement is also larger.
Table 4: SPAD values of different treatments
Figure BDA0002536193250000091
(3) Influence of different fertilization treatments on jujube tree yield
The final effect of the fertilizer application is reflected by the yield and quality of the jujube trees, and the yield and quality of the jujube trees in this example are specifically shown in the attached table 5.
Table 5: effect of different fertilization treatments on jujube Tree yield (kg/666.7 m)2)
Treatment of Repetition of 1 Repetition 2 Repetition of 3 Repetition of 4 Average
C1 505.7 499.4 500.7 506.9 503.2c
C2 573.9 568.9 569.9 574.9 571.9a
C3 551.2 545.9 547.1 552.3 549.1ab
C4 546.1 540.3 541.4 547.3 543.8b
As can be seen from the data in the attached table 5, the yield of the jujube trees treated by C2, C3 and C4 is obviously higher than that of the jujube trees treated by C1, the yield is improved by 8.1% -13.7%, wherein the yield of the jujube trees treated by C2 is the highest and is increased by 13.7% compared with that of the jujube trees treated by C1. C2 treatment is the treatment that the fertilizing amount is reduced by 20 percent compared with the C1 treatment and the controlled release fertilizer is used as the base fertilizer for all 1 time; the C1 treatment is the treatment of traditional quick-acting fertilizer, the base fertilizer is applied for 1 time, the additional fertilizer is applied for 4 times, and the C1 treatment is the standard method of the current jujube tree fertilization and the common method in production. Compared with the traditional quick-acting fertilizer, the controlled-release fertilizer is applied as the base fertilizer for 1 time before the jujube tree sprouts, so that the yield of the jujube tree is not reduced and the yield is increased to a greater extent under the condition that the fertilizing amount is reduced by 20 percent.
(4) Influence of different fertilization treatments on jujube tree yield
The weight of a single jujube fruit, the fruit cracking rate and the fruit grading according to the fruit size are important indexes for measuring the commodity quality of the jujube fruit and also important factors for determining the sale price of the jujube. The data in Table 6 show that the average single fruit weight of the jujube fruits treated by C2 is the highest and is obviously higher than that of the jujube fruits treated by C1 by 7.1 percent; the first-grade fruit rate of the C2 treatment is also the highest and is obviously higher than that of the C1 treatment by 16.6 percent; the inferior fruit rate of the C2 and C3 treatments is significantly lower than that of the C1 and C4 treatments; the fruit cracking rate of the C2, C3 treatments was also significantly lower than that of the C1 treatment. Therefore, compared with the traditional quick-acting fertilizer, the controlled-release fertilizer is applied as the base fertilizer for 1 time before the jujube tree sprouts, and under the condition that the fertilizing amount is reduced by 20 percent, the single fruit weight and the first-grade fruit rate of the jujube fruits are obviously improved, and the inferior fruit rate and the fruit cracking rate are obviously reduced.
