Abstract
本发明公开了一种铝塑膜处理工艺和铝箔表面处理液的配方,在不低于十万级的洁净车间内完成铝箔表面处理液的搅拌配制;通过配制好的铝箔表面处理液对铝箔表面进行腐蚀处理,使得铝箔表面形成均匀的纳米级的金字塔形凸起;在铝箔表面涂布胶水,并利用胶水分别在铝箔的两个侧面覆盖尼龙层和聚乙烯薄膜层。本发明还公开了一种铝塑膜结构,铝箔两个表面具有纳米级的金字塔形凸起;金字塔形凸起和铝箔表面覆盖一层胶水层;两个胶水层外侧分别粘接一个尼龙层和一个聚乙烯薄膜层。通过铝箔的清洗和腐蚀,使铝箔表面洁净,在铝箔表面形成均匀的纳米级的金字塔结构,涂布胶水、尼龙和聚丙烯,增加它们的接触面积,提高形成铝塑膜的剥离强度、抗拉强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及铝塑膜技术领域,具体为一种铝塑膜处理工艺、铝塑膜结构以及铝箔表面处理液的配方。
背景技术
铝塑膜应用在软包电池外表面,对电池起到保护作用,铝箔表面处理不到位,就会使铝箔层与尼龙层,铝箔层与聚丙烯层不能完美复合;导致电池在充放电过程中产生热量、电池膨胀;电解液腐蚀等破坏因素,对铝塑膜复合层要求高,抗拉强度高,延伸率大,耐电解液腐蚀等性能。软包电池特征是尺寸和规格电池,要求铝塑膜具有可塑性,热封强度大。
为此我们提出一种铝塑膜处理工艺、铝塑膜结构以及铝箔表面处理液的配方用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铝塑膜处理工艺、铝塑膜结构以及铝箔表面处理液的配方,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种铝塑膜处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
在不低于十万级的洁净车间内完成铝箔表面处理液的搅拌配制;
通过配制好的铝箔表面处理液对铝箔表面进行腐蚀处理,使得铝箔表面形成均匀的纳米级的金字塔形凸起;
在铝箔表面涂布胶水,并利用胶水分别在铝箔的两个侧面覆盖尼龙层和聚乙烯薄膜层。
优选的,所述铝箔表面处理液的配制过程中环境温度为20-30℃,环境湿度为30-80%,搅拌时间为0.5-4小时,搅拌结束并静置0.5-1小时。
一种铝箔表面处理液的配方,所述铝箔表面处理液组分含量为:丙烯酸5-15分、乙酸乙酯5-10分、18%硫酸10-20分、10%盐酸10-20分、3%硝酸0.5-5分、70%磷酸1-5分、分散剂2-8分、附着力促进剂2-8分以及余量的水。
优选的,所述铝箔表面处理液组分含量为:丙烯酸8-12分、乙酸乙酯6-9分、18%硫酸10-15分、10%盐酸10-15分、3%硝酸1-3分、70%磷酸2-3分、分散剂2-5分、附着力促进剂2-5分以及余量的水。
一种铝塑膜结构,包括铝箔,
铝箔两个表面具有纳米级的金字塔形凸起;
所述金字塔形凸起和铝箔表面覆盖一层胶水层;
两个所述胶水层外侧分别粘接一个尼龙层和一个聚乙烯薄膜层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过铝箔的清洗和腐蚀,使铝箔表面洁净,在铝箔表面形成均匀的纳米级的金字塔结构,涂布胶水、尼龙和聚丙烯,增加它们的接触面积,提高形成铝塑膜的剥离强度、抗拉强度,增加延伸率。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种铝塑膜处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在不低于十万级的洁净车间内完成铝箔表面处理液的搅拌配制,其中所述铝箔表面处理液的配制过程中环境温度为20-30℃,环境湿度为30-80%,搅拌时间为0.5-4小时,搅拌结束并静置0.5-1小时。
步骤二:通过配制好的铝箔表面处理液对铝箔表面进行腐蚀处理,使得铝箔表面形成均匀的纳米级的金字塔形凸起;
步骤三:在铝箔表面涂布胶水,并利用胶水分别在铝箔的两个侧面覆盖尼龙层和聚乙烯薄膜层。
此外,在经过上述的处理工艺后,得到一种铝塑膜结构,如图1和2所示:

铝箔100两个表面具有纳米级的金字塔形凸起101;
所述金字塔形凸起101和铝箔100表面覆盖一层胶水层200;
两个所述胶水层200外侧分别粘接一个尼龙层301和一个聚乙烯薄膜层302。

一种铝箔表面处理液的配方,包括:丙烯酸、乙酸乙酯、18%硫酸、10%盐酸、3%硝酸、70%磷酸、分散剂、附着力促进剂以及水,具体的组分含量如下表所示:

1.一种铝塑膜处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
在不低于十万级的洁净车间内完成铝箔表面处理液的搅拌配制;
通过配制好的铝箔表面处理液对铝箔表面进行腐蚀处理,使得铝箔表面形成均匀的纳米级的金字塔形凸起;
在铝箔表面涂布胶水,并利用胶水分别在铝箔的两个侧面覆盖尼龙层和聚乙烯薄膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑膜处理工艺,其特征在于:所述铝箔表面处理液的配制过程中环境温度为20-30℃,环境湿度为30-80%,搅拌时间为0.5-4小时,搅拌结束并静置0.5-1小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝箔表面处理液的配方,其特征在于,所述铝箔表面处理液组分含量为:丙烯酸5-15分、乙酸乙酯5-10分、18%硫酸10-20分、10%盐酸10-20分、3%硝酸0.5-5分、70%磷酸1-5分、分散剂2-8分、附着力促进剂2-8分以及余量的水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种铝箔表面处理液的配方,其特征在于:所述铝箔表面处理液组分含量为:丙烯酸8-12分、乙酸乙酯6-9分、18%硫酸10-15分、10%盐酸10-15分、3%硝酸1-3分、70%磷酸2-3分、分散剂2-5分、附着力促进剂2-5分以及余量的水。
5.一种铝塑膜结构,其特征在于:包括铝箔(100),
铝箔(100)两个表面具有纳米级的金字塔形凸起(101);
所述金字塔形凸起(101)和铝箔(100)表面覆盖一层胶水层(200);
两个所述胶水层(200)外侧分别粘接一个尼龙层(301)和一个聚乙烯薄膜层(302)。
