本发明公开一种智能送巾切刀制巾装置,包括框架,框架上通过轴承架设有送布轴,送布轴由固定在框架外送巾电机支架内的送巾电机带动,送布轴上方通过手柄连接有压布装置,压布装置一侧通过定刀座转轴连接有定刀装置,定刀装置上方设有和定刀装置相适配的动刀装置,定刀装置和动刀装置一侧设有压布装置,压布装置一侧设有竖打刀装置,竖打刀装置下方设有压布装置固定连接的拖布板。

本发明涉及机械制造领域,具体是一种智能送巾切刀制巾装置。
背景技术
现有设备的智能送巾切刀制巾装置分为二种,一种大型化,结构复杂,故障率高;另外一种虽然小型化,但是无法持续快速的完成送巾切刀,且切边容易不平整。这两类的装置在工作效率以及生产质量方面都存在着大大的不足,产能低下,直接影响企业的生产效率,因此需要对之前的装置进行一定的改进。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种智能送巾切刀制巾装置。
本发明的技术方案为:智能送巾切刀制巾装置,包括框架,框架上通过轴承架设有送布轴,送布轴由固定在框架外送巾电机支架内的送巾电机带动,送布轴上方通过手柄连接有压布装置,压布装置一侧通过定刀座转轴连接有定刀装置,定刀装置上方设有和定刀装置相适配的动刀装置,定刀装置和动刀装置一侧设有压布装置,压布装置一侧设有竖打刀装置,竖打刀装置下方设有压布装置固定连接的拖布板。
进一步地,压布装置包括和框架外侧手柄相连的压布轴,压布轴通过偏心轮和压布轴连杆相连,压布轴两端和框架外的扭力弹簧相连,压布轴连杆之间设有压布轴转轴。
进一步地,定刀装置包括和定刀座转轴相连的定刀座,定刀座底部通过定刀座弹簧和定刀座弹簧压板相连,定刀座上设有定刀。
进一步地,动刀装置设有和定刀相适配的动刀,动刀固定于动刀座导轨内,动刀座导轨位于动刀座导轨支架内,动刀座导轨支架位于动刀座外侧并位于框架内,动刀座由框架顶部切刀电机带动,切刀电机输出端连接有切刀连杆a和切刀连杆b,切刀连杆b和动刀座相连。
进一步地,压布装置包括框架固定的位于定刀座弹簧压板上方的压布板托板,压布板托板上方设有压布板,压布板通过弹簧导杆和压布板弹簧固定板相连,弹簧导杆外缠绕有压布板弹簧,压布板弹簧固定板和框架固定连接。
进一步地,竖打刀装置包括和框架上部固定连接的竖打刀固定架,竖打刀固定架上固定连接有竖打刀电机支架,竖打刀电机支架上设有竖打刀电机,竖打刀电机输出端通过齿轮和齿条相啮合连接,齿条底部一侧固定连接有竖打刀,齿条背部固定有竖打刀导轨,竖打刀导轨和竖打刀固定架上的导轨支架相适配。
进一步地,拖布板向下倾斜,拖布板上端面和压布板托板齐平。
进一步地,定刀和压布板托板在同一高度。
本发明的有益之处:将智能送巾切刀制巾装置小型化,并且解决了切巾不平整以及生产效率问题,有助于智能现制小型化湿巾机的普及,有效提高工作产能,提高企业受益。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图详细描述本发明的具体实施方式,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的保护范围的限定。
如图1-3所示,智能送巾切刀制巾装置,包括框架11,框架11上通过轴承10架设有送布轴08,送布轴08由固定在框架11外送巾电机支架19内的送巾电机20带动,送布轴08上方通过手柄07连接有压布装置,压布装置一侧通过定刀座转轴连接有定刀装置,定刀装置上方设有和定刀装置相适配的动刀装置,定刀装置和动刀装置一侧设有压布装置,压布装置一侧设有竖打刀装置,竖打刀装置下方设有压布装置固定连接的拖布板24,拖布板向下倾斜,让布卷沿着斜面向下滑动,拖布板上端面和压布板托板齐平。
压布装置包括和框架11外侧手柄相连的压布轴06,压布轴06通过偏心轮05和压布轴连杆04相连,压布轴06两端和框架11外的扭力弹簧35相连,压布轴06连杆之间设有压布轴转轴03。
定刀装置包括和定刀座转轴09相连的定刀座34,定刀座34底部通过定刀座弹簧32和定刀座弹簧压板33相连,定刀座弹簧压板33挤压定刀座,使动刀和定刀贴合,定刀座34上设有定刀30。
动刀装置设有和定刀30相适配的动刀28,动刀28固定于动刀座导轨14内,动刀座导轨14位于动刀座导轨支架141内,动刀座导轨支架141位于动刀座02外侧并位于框架11内,限定动刀座只能上下移动,动刀座02由框架11顶部切刀电机01带动,切刀电机01输出端连接有切刀连杆a12和切刀连杆b13,切刀连杆b13和动刀座02相连。
压布装置包括框架11固定的位于定刀座弹簧压板33上方的压布板托板31,压布板和压布板托板配合压住布卷,定刀和压布板托板在同一高度,压布板托板31上方设有压布板29,压布板29通过弹簧导杆26和压布板弹簧固定板25相连,弹簧导杆外缠绕有压布板弹簧27,压布板弹簧固定板和框架固定连接,弹簧导杆只能上下移动,通过弹簧推动29压布板运动。
竖打刀装置包括和框架上部固定连接的竖打刀固定架16,竖打刀固定架上固定连接有竖打刀电机支架18,竖打刀电机支架上设有竖打刀电机21,竖打刀电机输出端通过齿轮22和齿条17相啮合连接,齿条17底部一侧固定连接有竖打刀23,齿条17背部固定有竖打刀导轨15,竖打刀导轨15和竖打刀固定架16上的导轨支架161相适配,限定竖打刀只能上下移动。
转动手柄07,压布轴06抬起,将布卷从压布轴06和送布轴08间隙穿过,放开手柄07,压布轴06复位压紧布卷。送巾电机19启动,送布轴08转动,将巾卷向切刀方向传送,到达指定长度后停止,此时布卷的中心位置处在竖打刀23的正下方切刀电机01启动,通过连杆和动刀座02传动,动刀28向下移动,和定刀30配合切割布卷,电机继续转动,定刀28在动刀座02和连杆作用下回到初始位置,切刀电机01停止转动,竖打刀电机21启动,通过齿轮齿条带动竖打刀向下移动,将布卷传送至指定位置,电机反转,竖打刀回到初始位置,动作完成。

1.智能送巾切刀制巾装置,其特征在于:包括框架,所述框架上通过轴承架设有送布轴,所述送布轴由固定在框架外送巾电机支架内的送巾电机带动,所述送布轴上方通过手柄连接有压布装置,所述压布装置一侧通过定刀座转轴连接有定刀装置,所述定刀装置上方设有和定刀装置相适配的动刀装置,所述定刀装置和动刀装置一侧设有压布装置,所述压布装置一侧设有竖打刀装置,所述竖打刀装置下方设有压布装置固定连接的拖布板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能送巾切刀制巾装置,其特征在于:所述压布装置包括和框架外侧手柄相连的压布轴,所述压布轴通过偏心轮和压布轴连杆相连,压布轴两端和框架外的扭力弹簧相连,所述压布轴连杆之间设有压布轴转轴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能送巾切刀制巾装置,其特征在于:所述定刀装置包括和定刀座转轴相连的定刀座,所述定刀座底部通过定刀座弹簧和定刀座弹簧压板相连,所述定刀座上设有定刀。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的智能送巾切刀制巾装置,其特征在于:所述动刀装置设有和定刀相适配的动刀,所述动刀座导轨位于动刀座导轨支架内,所述动刀座导轨支架位于动刀座外侧并位于框架内,所述动刀座由框架顶部切刀电机带动,所述切刀电机输出端连接有切刀连杆a和切刀连杆b,所述切刀连杆b和动刀座相连。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的智能送巾切刀制巾装置,其特征在于:所述压布装置包括框架固定的位于定刀座弹簧压板上方的压布板托板,所述压布板托板上方设有压布板,所述压布板通过弹簧导杆和压布板弹簧固定板相连,所述弹簧导杆外缠绕有压布板弹簧,所述压布板弹簧固定板和框架固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的智能送巾切刀制巾装置,其特征在于:所述竖打刀装置包括和框架上部固定连接的竖打刀固定架,所述竖打刀固定架上固定连接有竖打刀电机支架,所述竖打刀电机支架上设有竖打刀电机,所述竖打刀电机输出端通过齿轮和齿条相啮合连接,所述齿条底部一侧固定连接有竖打刀,所述齿条背部固定有竖打刀导轨,所述竖打刀导轨和竖打刀固定架上的导轨支架相适配。
