The pressing assembly 32 comprises a pressing frame 321, a pressing cylinder 322 and a pressing plate 323, the pressing frame 321 is L-shaped, one end of the pressing frame 321 is fixedly arranged on the rotating plate 316, the pressing cylinder 322 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the pressing frame 321, the pressing plate 323 is fixedly arranged at the output end of the pressing frame 321, the pressing cylinder 322 on the pressing frame 321 works to drive the pressing plate 323 to be adjusted downwards when the pressing assembly 32 works, and the pressing plate 323 presses hardware.
Rubber pads are attached to the pressing plate 323 and the placing table 4, and the rubber pads are used for reducing the force generated when the metal part is placed and pressed, so that the metal part is prevented from being damaged.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the trimming operation of the metal piece is needed, firstly, the metal piece is placed in the placing table 4 on the trimming table 1, the metal piece is placed, then the pressing mechanism 3 works to automatically press and fix the metal piece, the metal piece is prevented from deviating in the trimming process to influence the trimming operation of the metal piece, after the metal piece is pressed and fixed, the automatic trimming operation is carried out on the metal piece through the operation of the trimming mechanism 2, the first adjusting component 21 in the trimming mechanism 2 is arranged to drive the trimming machine 27 to carry out automatic movement adjustment, the second adjusting component 23 is arranged to drive the trimming machine 27 to carry out automatic position adjustment, the third adjusting component 24 is arranged to drive the trimming machine 27 to carry out automatic steering adjustment, and the fourth adjusting component 25 is arranged to drive the trimming machine 27 to carry out automatic vertical height adjustment, the fifth adjusting component 26 is arranged to drive the edge trimmer 27 to automatically adjust the angle, and the edge trimmer 27 is driven to comprehensively adjust through the cooperation of the components to complete the automatic metal piece trimming operation, so that the problem that the traditional metal piece trimming requires manual operation and has low efficiency is solved.
