Abstract
本发明提供一种上行控制信息传输方法及装置。本发明实施例通过确定待传输的上行数据对应的第一传输资源与待传输的上行控制信息对应的第二传输资源在时域上存在重叠,使得能够在所述第一传输资源或所述第二传输资源上传输所述上行控制信息,从而实现了在终端发生传输上行控制信息的传输资源与传输上行数据的传输资源在时域上冲突时上行控制信息的即时传输。
