In the bill information archiving method, first identification information corresponding to a bill set to be archived and bill identification information of each bill to be archived in the bill set to be archived are acquired; acquiring second identification information and a physical serial number of each bill to be filed according to the identification information of each bill, wherein the physical serial number is used for representing the physical arrangement sequence of the bills to be filed in a bill set to be filed, and the second identification information is identification information corresponding to a bill subset to which the bills to be filed belong in the bill set to be filed, so that the corresponding relation among the bill identification information, the first identification information, the second identification information and the physical serial number of each bill to be filed in the bill set to be filed is obtained, wherein the physical serial number can be used for accurately positioning the physical position of the bills, and the filing accuracy of the bill information is improved; according to the bill identification information, the first identification information, the second identification information and the physical serial number of each bill to be filed, the bill filing information of each bill to be filed is obtained, manual participation is not needed, manual errors are avoided, and the obtained bill filing information is more accurate; and acquiring the bill filing information of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset in the bill set to be filed according to the second identification information of each bill to be filed, and filing the bill filing information of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset. The bill information filing method can automatically file bills without manpower participation, and can determine the real object position of the bills, so that the efficiency and the accuracy of bill information filing are improved.
In an embodiment, the types of the bills of the to-be-archived bills in the to-be-archived bill set are the same, and in step 202, obtaining the first identification information corresponding to the to-be-archived bill set includes:
acquiring a processing date and a serial number corresponding to a bill set to be filed; and generating first identification information according to the bill type, the processing date and the serial number.
The processing date can be the processing date of the bill management system or the master control system to be filed for the bill set, and specifically can be the date of the scanning and sorting all-in-one machine for completing the last sorting to obtain a complete bill of the book. The serial number can be processed by the bill management system or the master control system for the collection of the bills to be filed.
In this embodiment, the bill management system may generate the first identification information according to the acquired bill type of each to-be-filed bill in the to-be-filed bill set, and the processing date and serial number corresponding to the to-be-filed bill set, and the generation process of the first identification information is relatively simple and is suitable for occasions where the bill information is filed by a single company.
In another embodiment, in the to-be-archived bill set, the bill types of the bills to be archived are the same and the company codes corresponding to the bills to be archived are the same, and in step 202, acquiring the first identification information corresponding to the to-be-archived bill set includes:

In this embodiment, the bill management system may generate the first identification information according to the bill type and the company code of each acquired bill to be filed in the acquired bill set to be filed, and the processing date and the serial number corresponding to the bill set to be filed. Compared with the previous embodiment, the company code is added to generate the first identification information, so that the information contained in the first identification information is more comprehensive, and the method is suitable for occasions where the bill information of a plurality of companies needs to be filed.

The bill filing information of each bill to be filed comprises first filing record information of the bill to be filed and second filing record information corresponding to a bill subset to which the bill to be filed belongs, namely, the bill filing information comprises a plurality of data including bill identification information, first identification information, second identification information, a real object serial number, a bill scanning image, second identification information, bill face information and bill auditing information, and therefore the completeness of bill information filing is guaranteed to be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:

In specific implementation, the bill filing information of each bill to be filed may include bill identification information, first identification information, second identification information and a real object serial number corresponding to the bill to be filed, and the bill filing information may further include one or more items of data in a bill scanning image, a bill type and a company code corresponding to the bill to be filed, and bill face information and bill auditing information corresponding to a bill subset to which the bill to be filed belongs. And the missing data can be completed by traversing the filing information of each bill in the list set.
And 310, putting the document filing information of each bill in the list set after traversal processing into a preset map container, wherein the key value of the map container is the second identification information of each bill to be filed, and the value object of the map container is the document filing information of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset.
The map container is a standard container of C + +, and can provide a good one-to-one (Key-Value) relationship, where Key and Value may be any specified type, and an efficient add-drop-modify-check function can be implemented.
And step 312, splicing the real object serial numbers of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset to obtain the real object serial number information corresponding to the bill subset.
And step 314, sequencing the bill filing information of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset according to the real object serial number information corresponding to each bill subset to obtain filing data corresponding to the bill set to be filed, and filing the filing data.
The bill subset is a bill in a book of bills, and the physical serial number information corresponding to the bill subset is physical serial number information corresponding to the bill. Specifically, the bills are sorted from small to large according to the physical serial numbers of the first bills in each bill in the bill set to be archived, and the archived data corresponding to the bill set to be archived is obtained. The document management system may send the archival data to an archive management system for storage. Here, the top note refers to a note corresponding to the smallest physical serial number among the notes.
Taking the bill as the expense account as an example, as shown in fig. 5, A, B, C three expense accounts are included in one expense account. The information of the physical serial numbers of the A charge reimbursement bills is 1, 7-9, and the physical serial numbers of the charge reimbursement bills are 1, 7, 8 and 9 in sequence; the material sequence number information of the B charge reimbursement bill is 2, 3 and 4; the material number information of the C charge reimbursement bill is 5, 6 and 10. The sequence of obtaining A, B, C three charge distribution sheets by sorting the A, B, C three charge distribution sheets according to the physical serial number of the first charge distribution sheet in each charge distribution sheet is shown in fig. 5.
In this embodiment, the bill filing information obtained in step 306 may have some data missing situations, and step 308 supplements the data by adopting list set traversal technology, so that the data processing speed is high, and the comprehensiveness of the data can be effectively ensured; further, in step 310, the map container with the key value as the second identification information of each bill to be filed is used to obtain the bill filing information of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the method further comprises:

The preset file template can be an archive cover template and an archive manifest template which are pre-stored in a file server, specifically, an application server where the bill management system is located acquires the archive cover template and the archive manifest template from the file server, then fills part of data required by an archive cover in the archived data into the archive cover template to obtain an archive cover file, and simultaneously can also fill part of data required by an archive manifest in the archived data into the archive manifest template to obtain an archive manifest file.
And generating a printing task according to the file cover file and the file list file.
The print job may include an archive cover file and an archive manifest file, and a print instruction of the corresponding printing device. And sending the printing task to a plurality of preset printing devices, so that each printing device prints the paper file cover according to the file cover file and prints the paper file list according to the file list file. As shown in fig. 6, the paper archive cover may include at least one of an a4 cover and a ticket cover, and the paper archive manifest may include at least one of an a4 manifest and a ticket manifest.
In this embodiment, the bill management system can be according to predetermineeing the file template and filing data, obtain the file cover file and the file list file that the bill set that waits to file corresponds, again according to file cover file and file list file, generate the print task and send the print task to a plurality of printing apparatus of presetting, so that each printing apparatus prints paper archives cover according to file cover file, and print paper archives list according to file list file, thereby can realize that many printing apparatus of automatic trigger print, required paper archives cover and paper archives list when obtaining the bill physical filing, be convenient for the bill physical filing.
In one embodiment, the paper entity of the document to be filed has printed thereon a document identification tag containing document identification information such that the code scanning device generates the query request when scanning the paper entity of the document to be filed, the method further comprising: receiving a query request sent by a code scanning device, wherein the query request contains bill identification information; acquiring first identification information corresponding to the bill identification information; and acquiring bill archiving information corresponding to each bill to be archived in the bill set to be archived corresponding to the bill to be archived according to the first identification information.
In specific implementation, the bill identification label can be a two-dimensional code containing bill identification information.
In this embodiment, a paper entity of a bill to be filed is printed with a bill identification tag, and the bill identification tag contains bill identification information, so that the code scanning device generates an inquiry request when scanning the paper entity of the bill to be filed; the bill management system can acquire first identification information corresponding to the bill identification information according to the received query request, and then acquire the bill filing information corresponding to each bill to be filed in the bill set to be filed corresponding to the bill to be filed according to the first identification information. Therefore, in the embodiment, the user can locate the filing data corresponding to the whole bill by scanning any bill in the bill, and the bill query is conveniently carried out.

In an embodiment, the types of the bills of the set of bills to be filed are the same, and the first obtaining module includes a first identification information obtaining unit, where the first identification information obtaining unit is configured to obtain a processing date and a serial number corresponding to the set of bills to be filed, and generate the first identification information according to the types of the bills, the processing date, and the serial number.
In another embodiment, the bill types of the bills to be filed in the bill set to be filed are the same, and the company codes corresponding to the bills to be filed are the same, and the first obtaining module includes a first identification information obtaining unit, and the first identification information obtaining unit is configured to obtain the processing date and serial number corresponding to the bill set to be filed, and generate the first identification information according to the company codes, the bill types, the processing date and the serial number.

In one embodiment, the device further comprises a real object serial number splicing module, and the real object serial number splicing module is used for splicing the real object serial numbers of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset to obtain the real object serial number information corresponding to the bill subset.
The data filing module is further used for sequencing the bill filing information of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset according to the real object sequence number information corresponding to each bill subset to obtain filing data corresponding to the bill set to be filed and filing the filing data.

For specific definition of the bill information filing means, reference may be made to the above definition of the bill information filing method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the bill information filing device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A method of archiving billing information, the method comprising:
acquiring first identification information corresponding to a bill set to be filed and bill identification information of each bill to be filed in the bill set to be filed;
acquiring second identification information and a real object serial number of each to-be-filed bill according to each bill identification information, wherein the real object serial number is used for representing a real object arrangement sequence of the to-be-filed bills in the to-be-filed bill set, and the second identification information is identification information corresponding to a bill subset to which the to-be-filed bills in the to-be-filed bill set belong;
acquiring the bill filing information of each bill to be filed according to the bill identification information, the first identification information, the second identification information and the real object serial number of each bill to be filed;
and acquiring the bill archiving information of the bills to be archived belonging to the same bill subset in the bill collection to be archived according to the second identification information of each bill to be archived, and archiving the bill archiving information of the bills to be archived belonging to the same bill subset.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the types of the bills to be archived in the set of bills to be archived are the same, and the obtaining of the first identification information corresponding to the set of bills to be archived includes:
acquiring a processing date and a serial number corresponding to the bill set to be filed;
generating the first identification information according to the bill type, the processing date and the serial number;
or, the acquiring of the first identification information corresponding to the to-be-archived bill set includes:
acquiring a processing date and a serial number corresponding to the bill set to be filed;
and generating the first identification information according to the company code, the bill type, the processing date and the serial number.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein obtaining the document filing information of each document to be filed according to the document identification information, the first identification information, the second identification information, and the physical serial number of each document to be filed comprises:
acquiring a bill scanning image of the bill to be filed according to the bill identification information;
generating first filing record information according to the bill identification information, the first identification information, the second identification information, the real object serial number and the bill scanning image;
according to the second identification information, obtaining the ticket face information and the ticket auditing information corresponding to the ticket subset to which the ticket to be archived belongs, and generating second archiving record information according to the second identification information, the ticket face information and the ticket auditing information;
and obtaining the bill filing information according to the first filing record information and the second filing record information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sorting the bill filing information of each bill to be filed according to the real object serial number of each bill to be filed in the bill set to be filed to generate a list set, and traversing each bill filing information in the list set;
the acquiring the bill archiving information of the bills to be archived belonging to the same bill subset in the bill collection to be archived according to the second identification information of each bill to be archived includes:
and placing each piece of bill archiving information in the list set after traversal processing into a preset map container, wherein the key value of the map container is the second identification information of each piece of bill to be archived, and the value object of the map container is the bill archiving information of the pieces of bills to be archived belonging to the same bill subset.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
splicing the real object serial numbers of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset to obtain real object serial number information corresponding to the bill subset;
the archiving the bill archiving information of the bills to be archived belonging to the same bill subset includes:
and sequencing the bill filing information of the bills to be filed belonging to the same bill subset according to the real object serial number information corresponding to each bill subset to obtain filing data corresponding to the bill set to be filed, and filing the filing data.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring a file cover file and a file list file corresponding to the bill set to be filed according to a preset file template and the filing data;
generating a printing task according to the file cover file and the file list file;
and sending the printing task to a plurality of preset printing devices, so that each printing device prints a paper file cover according to the file cover file and prints a paper file list according to the file list file.

The method of claim 3, wherein the paper entity of the document to be archived has a document identification tag printed thereon, the document identification tag containing the document identification information, such that a code scanning device generates an inquiry request when scanning the paper entity of the document to be archived, the method further comprising:
receiving the query request sent by the code scanning device, wherein the query request contains the bill identification information;
acquiring the first identification information corresponding to the bill identification information;
acquiring the bill archiving information corresponding to each bill to be archived in the bill set to be archived corresponding to the bill to be archived according to the first identification information;
preferably, the bill identification label is a two-dimensional code containing the bill identification information.
8. A billing information archiving apparatus, characterized in that said apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring first identification information corresponding to a bill set to be filed and bill identification information of each bill to be filed in the bill set to be filed;
a second obtaining module, configured to obtain second identification information and a physical serial number of each to-be-filed bill according to each bill identification information, where the physical serial number is used to indicate a physical arrangement sequence of a to-be-filed bill in the to-be-filed bill set, and the second identification information is identification information corresponding to a bill subset to which the to-be-filed bill belongs in the to-be-filed bill set;
the data aggregation module is used for obtaining the bill archiving information of each bill to be archived according to the bill identification information, the first identification information, the second identification information and the real object serial number of each bill to be archived;
and the data archiving module is used for acquiring the bill archiving information of the bills to be archived belonging to the same bill subset in the bill set to be archived according to the second identification information of each bill to be archived and archiving the bill archiving information of the bills to be archived belonging to the same bill subset.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented when the computer program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
