The access control parameter means that, for example, in the attribute of the commodity, the category of the person to which the file belongs is graduate, and then the access control parameter can be set, and specifically, the current graduate, the graduate or the doctor graduate can access the commodity; or some number XX of the printing and stamping machines may be set to print the document.
When a student in the department of school, Zhang III, needs to use the printing and stamping machine to print a file, the student logs in by using the campus card, the authentication server authenticates and returns the identity information of the student, the printing and stamping machine matches the identity information with the commodity attributes and the access control parameters of the commodities, and file items A (such as an in-school certificate), B (such as a score table), C (such as a repair class table) and D (such as a physical examination table) which can be printed by the user are displayed.
For example, three selected sheets are printed with 3 score tables (3 pages each) and 6 selected service tables (2 pages each), and then the selected sheets are added into a shopping cart to generate an order after the commodities in the shopping cart are confirmed; then, after paying for three (for example, using a union pay card, a campus card, a WeChat or a Payment treasure, etc.), at this time, the printing and stamping machine acquires the file in the pdf format from the cloud server of the school (as shown in FIG. 3). If the pdf file exists in the cloud server, directly calculating the page number of the pdf file by using a pdf view component, and then directly calling the file by using a foxit reader to output the file to a printer; if there is no pdf file available, then the personal data of Zhang III is called from the database, then the picture is extracted from the file system, the template is extracted from the template library, and then the file is created in real time. Then, the page number of the pdf file is calculated by using a pdfview component, and then the document is directly called by using a foxit reader to be output to a printer.
Specifically, when printing, 2 types of files are printed by three sheets, so that 2 print stamping tasks are generated. First, perform task one, print a results table (3 copies, 3 pages each). Firstly, acquiring a numerical value (for example, the current value is 0) of a seal machine register; sending a print command to the printer; meanwhile, a stamping command is sent to the stamping machine, so that the stamping machine enters a state of waiting for stamping; wherein, the total number of copies of a certain print file is the same as the total number of print commands sent to the printer (i.e. 3 print commands are sent to the printer); the total page number of a certain printed file is the same as the total number of the stamping commands sent to the stamping machine (one stamping command is calculated by single stamping and double stamping, namely 9 stamping commands are sent to the stamping machine); according to the set printing and stamping parameters, after the file with the corresponding page number is printed, the stamping machine stamps at the corresponding position of the page immediately; determine whether the value of the stamp affixing machine register increases by 1 (i.e., determine whether the stamp affixing machine has finished affixing a stamp, and becomes 1)? If yes, then continue to determine if the file of the category has covered all chapters (9 in total)? If yes, ending the printing and stamping task of the current type of file, and automatically entering the next printing and stamping task; otherwise, according to the set printing and stamping parameters, after the file with the corresponding page number is printed, the stamping machine stamps at the corresponding position of the page; then determine if the value of the stamper register has increased by 1 (becomes 2)? If yes, repeat the above steps, continue to judge whether the file of the kind covers all chapters (9 in total)? If yes, ending the printing and stamping task of the current type of file, and automatically entering the next printing and stamping task; otherwise, according to the set printing and stamping parameters, after the file with the corresponding page number is printed, the stamping machine stamps at the corresponding position of the page. Then, the judgment is continued, and so on.
And after the printing and stamping task is finished, starting to execute a second task and printing a maintenance schedule (6 copies, 2 pages each). At this time, 6 printing instructions need to be sent to the printer, and 12 stamping instructions need to be sent to the stamping machine. The specific steps are the same as above.
Because the grade table and the optional repair class table use different paper, the automatic switching of the paper feeders can be realized by modifying the configuration parameters of the printer in the operating system registry of the printing and stamping machine in the printing process according to the serial number of the paper feeders set in the commodity attribute; in addition, the configuration parameters of the printer in the registry of the operating system of the printing and stamping machine are modified, so that the printing in the ink-saving mode can be automatically set.

Claims (5)

s1, managing the print file item by using the electronic commerce mode, and taking the print file item as a commodity and the department of the print service as a supplier; the commodities belong to suppliers and are correspondingly added or deleted according to the change of the suppliers;
s2, setting commodity attributes and commodity access control parameters; the commodity attributes include: file name, file belonging personnel category, printing file code, file ID and seal parameter; the chapter parameters comprise: parameter ID, stamping position, stamp number, paper feeder, stamping number and printing stamping machine number; generating a stamping command according to the stamp number and the stamping position information, and sending the stamping command to a stamping machine;
s3, the user logs in, and the file item printable by the user is displayed according to the matching result of the identity information of the user, the commodity attribute and the access control parameter of the commodity;
s4, the user adds the printed file item and the number of copies into the shopping cart, and generates an order after confirming the commodities in the shopping cart;
s5, after payment, acquiring the file corresponding to the print file item selected by the user and detecting the state of the printing and stamping machine; the printing and stamping machine acquires a file corresponding to a printing file item from a cloud server, wherein the file is in a pdf format; in step S5, after acquiring a file corresponding to the print file item selected by the user, calculating the page number of the pdf file by using the pdf view component, thereby determining the number of stamping instructions; directly calling a file by using a foxit reader and outputting the file to a printer; when a file corresponding to a printed file item is obtained, the cloud server generates a two-dimensional code according to the type of the requested file item, the terminal number of the printing and stamping machine, the personnel attribute and the printing time, prints the two-dimensional code on the file, and then returns the file to the printing and stamping machine;
s6, starting printing the file, stamping at the corresponding position of the corresponding page number, and then sending out through the paper outlet; wherein, the starting file printing and stamping at the corresponding position of the corresponding page number comprises the following steps:
s61, generating a corresponding number of printing and stamping tasks according to the type of the printing file;

s63, according to the set printing and stamping parameters, after the file with the corresponding page number is printed, the stamping machine stamps at the corresponding position of the page; in the printing process, according to a paper feeder set in the commodity attribute, modifying the configuration parameters of a printer in a registry of an operating system of the printing and stamping machine, and realizing the automatic switching of the paper feeder; the automatic setting of the ink-saving mode is realized by modifying the configuration parameters of the printer in the registry of the operating system of the printing and stamping machine;
s64, determine if the value of the stamper register is increased by 1? If yes, go to S65;
s65, determine if the file of the category has all the chapters covered? If yes, ending the printing and stamping task of the current type of file, automatically entering the next printing and stamping task, and going to S62; otherwise go to S63.
