Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method and apparatus for intelligent printing and sealing, which at least to some extent overcomes the problems in the related art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, a method of intelligent print stamping, comprising:
verifying the identity of the signer;
after the verification is successful, acquiring the stamping information and the to-be-stamped file which are applied by the signer in advance, wherein the to-be-stamped file comprises a file page and a stamping page;
printing the file to be stamped, transmitting the printed file to stamping equipment, and stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information;
and transmitting the sealed pages and the document pages to a document transmission port for the collection of the seal.
Optionally, the printing the file to be stamped, transmitting the printed file to a stamping device, and stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information, including:
acquiring a stamping page and stamping information in the file to be stamped;
printing the file to be stamped through printing equipment, and sequentially transmitting the stamping page and the file page to stamping equipment;
and after the stamping page reaches the stamping equipment, the stamping equipment stamps the stamping page according to the stamping information.
Optionally, after the stamp page and the stamp information in the file to be stamped are obtained, the method further includes:
adjusting the stamping page to a preset position in the file to be stamped;
after the stamping page reaches the stamping equipment, the stamping equipment stamps the stamping page according to the stamping information, and the stamping method comprises the following steps:
after detecting that the stamping page reaches the stamping device, sending a transmission stopping instruction to transmission equipment;
stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information by the stamping equipment;
and after the seal is finished, sending a transmission starting instruction to the transmission equipment so as to enable the printed residual pages to be transmitted continuously.
Optionally, after the stamp page arrives at the stamp device, the stamp device stamps the stamp page according to the stamp information, including:
sending a printing stopping instruction to the printing equipment after detecting that the stamping page reaches the stamping equipment;
after the printing equipment stops printing, the stamping equipment stamps the stamping page according to the stamping information;
and after the seal is finished, sending a printing starting instruction to the printing equipment so as to enable the printer to print the rest pages.
Optionally, the stamping information includes a stamping position and a stamp type, and stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information includes:
acquiring the seal type of the seal page;
and after the stamping page reaches the stamping equipment, the stamping equipment captures the seal of the seal type and correspondingly stamps the seal at the stamping position of the stamping page.
Optionally, the verifying the seal identity includes:
the seal using person submits a seal using application through a client and sends the seal using application to a verifier;
the auditor audits the seal application through a management end;
and after the verification is passed, the signer performs identity verification at the login equipment according to the personal information.
Optionally, the method further includes:
acquiring first image information at the printing equipment and the stamping equipment, wherein the first image information records the printing and stamping processes;
and uploading the first image information to a cloud.
Optionally, the method further includes:
acquiring second image information in an operation room, wherein the operation room comprises the seal user, the printing equipment and the sealing equipment, and the second image information records the environment in the operation room;
and uploading the second image information to a cloud.
Optionally, before the sealed page and the document page after the sealing is transmitted to the document transmission port, the method further includes:
recording the stamping page to detect whether the stamping of the file to be stamped is finished;
if not, the stamping pages which are not stamped are stamped again until the stamping is finished.
In a second aspect, an apparatus for intelligent printing and sealing includes:
the login equipment is used for verifying the identity of the signer and acquiring the stamping information and the file to be stamped, which are applied by the signer in advance, after the verification is successful, wherein the file to be stamped comprises a file page and a stamping page;
the printing equipment is used for printing the file to be stamped and transmitting the printed file to the stamping equipment;
the stamping equipment is used for stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information;
and the transmission equipment is used for transmitting the sealed pages and the document pages to the document transmission port for the collection of the seal people.
In a third aspect, an apparatus for intelligent printing stamping, comprising:
a processor, and a memory coupled to the processor;
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to invoke and execute the computer program in the memory to perform the method of intelligent print stamping as described in the first aspect.
In a fourth aspect, a storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of intelligent print stamping according to any of the first aspects of the present invention.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention can realize the following technical effects: the method comprises the steps of firstly verifying the identity of a user; after the verification is successful, acquiring the stamping information and the to-be-stamped file which are applied by the signer in advance, wherein the to-be-stamped file comprises a file page and a stamping page; printing the file to be stamped, transmitting the printed file to stamping equipment, and stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information; and transmitting the sealed pages and the document pages to a document transmission port for the collection of the seal. Therefore, the identity of the user is verified, the user can print and stamp after the verification is passed, and the user is supervised; secondly, after the verification is successful, the seal is stamped by the stamping person without holding the seal by hand, but the printing device and the stamping device complete printing and stamping together, so that the separation of the seal and the person is realized; secondly, the seal used by the signer is applied in advance, and the stamping equipment is the seal selected according to the stamping information during printing, so that the situation that the seal is used randomly is avoided, the safety of the stamping process is guaranteed, and the benefit of a company is further maintained.
Examples
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for intelligent printing and sealing according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a method for intelligent printing and sealing, including:
step 101, verifying the identity of a user;
in some embodiments, the identity verification of the signer can be performed by submitting a signer application through a client and sending the signer application to an auditor, wherein the signer application comprises a signer type and a file to be stamped, the auditor can perform auditing on the signer application through a management terminal after receiving the signer application, and after the auditing is passed, the signer performs identity verification at a login device according to personal information.
102, after the verification is successful, obtaining the stamping information and the to-be-stamped file which are applied by the signer in advance, wherein the to-be-stamped file comprises a file page and a stamping page;
in some embodiments, the previously applied seal information and the file to be sealed may be submitted when the seal application is made by the signer.
103, printing the file to be stamped, transmitting the printed file to stamping equipment, and stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information;
in some embodiments, the files to be stamped are printed by the printing equipment, and the stamped pages are stamped by the stamping equipment after printing, manual stamping is not needed, and the stamping process is more convenient.
And step 104, transmitting the sealed pages and the document pages to a document transmission port for being collected by a seal person.
In the embodiment, the identity of the user is verified, printing and stamping are carried out only after the verification is passed, and the user is supervised to a certain extent; secondly, after the verification is successful, the seal is stamped by the stamping person without holding the seal by hand, but the printing device and the stamping device complete printing and stamping together, so that the separation of the seal and the person is realized; secondly, the seal used by the signer is applied in advance, and the stamping equipment is the seal selected according to the stamping information during printing, so that the situation that the seal is used randomly is avoided, the safety of the stamping process is guaranteed, and the benefit of a company is further maintained.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method for intelligent printing and sealing according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a method for intelligent printing and sealing, including:
step 201, the seal user submits a seal application through a client and sends the seal application to a verifier;
the seal application includes a seal type and a file to be sealed, and the auditor can be but is not limited to a seal manager and a superior manager.
Step 202, the auditor audits the seal application through a management end;
in some embodiments, after receiving the application for the seal at the management end, the auditor can check whether the file to be stamped and the seal applied by the signer meet the regulations, and if so, the management end determines that the audit is passed.
Step 203, after the verification is passed, the signer performs identity verification at the login equipment according to the personal information; if the verification is successful, executing step 204, if the verification is failed, executing step 202;
in some embodiments, in order to ensure the security of the stamping process, the login device, the printing device, the stamping device, and the transmission device for transmitting the file may be integrated and disposed in the same machine (hereinafter, referred to as a "printing control machine"), and in order to make the security more secure, the printing control machine may be disposed in an operation room, and a door access may be disposed at an entrance of the operation room. After the audit of the auditor is passed, the information of the seal using person is sent to the login equipment, and then the seal using person is preliminarily verified at the entrance guard position of the operation room before entering the operation room for printing and sealing, such as swiping an employee card or a human face, the fact that the seal entering the operation room is an internal employee of a company is confirmed, after the seal using person enters the operation room, further verification is performed through the login equipment, such as mobile phone numbers, identity cards or fingerprints, the fact that the operator is the seal using person is verified, and therefore the verification process can be safer.
Step 204, acquiring the stamping information and the to-be-stamped file which are applied by the signer in advance, wherein the to-be-stamped file comprises a file page and a stamping page;
in this embodiment, after the seal user identity verification passes, the information of the seal user obtained by the access control login device may be used to obtain the file to be sealed and the sealing information previously applied by the seal user.
And 205, printing the file to be stamped, transmitting the printed file to stamping equipment, and stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information.
There are various ways of printing and stamping a file to be stamped, and some specific embodiments are described below.
In one embodiment, the method specifically includes:
301, acquiring a stamping page and stamping information in the file to be stamped;
the seal information is obtained in the above embodiment, and the seal page can be selected by the user on the operation interface of the login device.
Step 302, adjusting the stamping page to a preset position in the file to be stamped;
specifically, after logging in a login device, a user manually selects a file to be stamped, then clicks a thumbnail for preview, further searches a stamping page, clicks and adjusts to a preset position in the file to be stamped after finding the stamping page, and further transmits an adjustment result to a printing device, a transmission device and a stamping device through a specific transmission interface for information synchronization. The preset position can be a first page or a last page.
303, printing the file to be stamped by printing equipment, and sequentially transmitting the stamped page and the file page to stamping equipment;
in this embodiment, a document to be stamped is printed by the printing device, pages in the document are sequentially printed, and the printed pages are sequentially transmitted to the stamping device by the transmission device, so as to be stamped.
Step 304, after detecting that the stamping page reaches the stamping device, sending a transmission stopping instruction to a transmission device;
in this embodiment, the description will be given by taking the example of moving the stamping page to the first page of the file to be stamped. The stamping page is arranged at the first page of the file to be stamped, therefore, the printing device firstly prints the stamping page moved to the first page, then the transmission device transmits the printed stamping page to the stamping device, the printing device continuously prints the file page, the stamping device detects that the stamping page reaches the position of the stamping page and sends a stop instruction to the transmission device, so that the file page to be subsequently printed is fixed on the transmission device, namely is not temporarily transmitted to the stamping device, and the stamping device can stamp the transmitted stamping page,
305, stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information through the stamping equipment;
and step 306, after the stamping is finished, sending a transmission starting instruction to the transmission equipment so as to enable the printed residual pages to be continuously transmitted.
After the seal is finished, a transmission starting instruction can be sent to the transmission device so that the residual pages can be continuously transmitted.
In another embodiment, the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 401, acquiring a seal page and seal information in the file to be sealed;
the seal information is obtained in the above embodiment, and the seal page can be selected by the user on the operation interface of the login device.
Step 402, printing the file to be stamped by a printing device, and sequentially transmitting the stamped page and the file page to a stamping device;
in this embodiment, before printing, the stamping page is marked, for example, the stamping page is on page 5 and page 9, then, the printing device needs to send a signal to the stamping device when printing page 5 and page 9, so as to prompt the stamping device that the page is the stamping page, the printing device prints the file to be stamped, the pages in the file are printed in sequence, and the printed pages are transmitted to the stamping device in sequence through the transmission device, so as to be stamped.
Step 403, sending a printing stopping instruction to the printing device after detecting that the stamping page reaches the stamping device;
after the stamping page reaches the stamping device, because stamping needs a certain time, a printing stopping instruction is sent to the printing device, so that the printing device stops printing, and a certain time is reserved for stamping of the stamping device.
Step 404, after the printing device stops printing, the stamping device stamps the stamping page according to the stamping information;
and 405, after the stamping is finished, sending a printing starting instruction to the printing equipment so that the printer prints the rest pages.
After the stamping is completed on the stamped pages, the stamping device can send a printing start instruction to the printing device so that the printing device can continue printing until all stamped pages are stamped.
In the two specific embodiments, the stamping information includes a stamping position and a stamp type, and stamping the stamping page according to the stamping information includes:
acquiring the seal type of the seal page; the seal types can be, but are not limited to, official seal, legal seal, and financial seal.
And after the stamping page reaches the stamping equipment, the stamping equipment captures the seal of the seal type and correspondingly stamps the seal at the stamping position of the stamping page.
Optionally, the stamping equipment can be provided with a stamp placing table, a specific stamp is placed at a specific position of the stamp placing table, and the capturing action of the stamp is completed through a mechanical arm on the stamping equipment, so that the stamping is completed.
Step 206, recording the stamping page and detecting whether the stamping of the file to be stamped is finished; if not, go to step 207, if yes, go to step 208;
in some embodiments, there are various ways to determine whether the document to be stamped is stamped, for example, the stamping pages of the printing and stamping may be marked, that is, the count of one stamping page is increased and the count of one stamping page is decreased, and finally, after the printing and stamping of the document to be printed is completed, it is determined whether the count is 0, if so, it indicates that the stamping is completed, and if not, it indicates that the stamping is not completed.
Step 207, stamping the stamped pages which are not stamped again until the stamping is finished;
and the seal page is sealed again, the useful seal person can check the finished document, and the seal page is sealed again after the seal page which is not sealed is checked.
And step 208, transmitting the sealed pages and the document pages to a document transmission port for being collected by a seal person.
Step 209, acquiring first image information at the printing equipment and the stamping equipment, wherein the first image information records the printing and stamping processes;
and step 210, uploading the first image information to a cloud.
Step 211, acquiring second image information in an operation room, wherein the operation room comprises the seal user, the printing equipment and the sealing equipment, and the second image information records the environment in the operation room;
and step 212, uploading the second image information to a cloud.
Through the step 209 and the step 212, the image information in the operation room and the image information at the printing device and the stamping device are obtained, the stamping process of the user can be monitored, and the evidence of the stamping process can be reserved by uploading the image information to the cloud terminal for the subsequent examination.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for intelligently printing stamps according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application provides an apparatus for intelligently printing stamps, including:
the login device 501 is used for verifying the identity of the user and acquiring the stamping information and the file to be stamped, which are applied by the user in advance, after the verification is successful, wherein the file to be stamped comprises a file page and a stamping page;
the printing device 502 is used for printing the file to be stamped and transmitting the printed file to the stamping device;
the stamping device 503 is configured to stamp the stamping page according to the stamping information;
and the transmission equipment 504 is used for transmitting the sealed pages and the document pages to a document transmission port for the collection of the seal.
Specifically, the following specific examples are given for illustration.
The operation flow of the intelligent printing and stamping equipment is as follows: the client submits an application and uploads a file to be stamped; the management terminal applies for auditing of the client, and corresponds to different auditing processes according to different conditions in the auditing process, for example, after the contract amount is greater than a certain index, the contract amount is judged to be high risk and needs to be transmitted to a manual examination and approval, and the contract amount is less than the certain index, the contract amount is judged to be low risk and needs to be copied to an administrator. It is understood that the audit result can also be modified manually; entering an operation room for entrance guard identity verification if the verification is passed; if the audit is not passed, returning to enter manual audit, if the manual audit is passed, entering the operation room to verify the identity, and if the manual audit is passed, returning to reapplication; when the entrance guard identity authentication passes the operation room, the image recording device 1 starts to work and records the image of the environment of the operation room; contacting a manager when the access control authentication fails; entering an operation room, logging in equipment, selecting a file to be stamped after logging in is successful, filling key information including the type of a stamp and the number of the stamps, previewing and filling page numbers to be stamped, clicking and acquiring stamping position coordinates and the like; if the equipment login fails, searching an administrator; after the equipment successfully logs in and finishes the above-mentioned trigger print file instruction, the image recording device 2 begins to work and record the following print and seal images; printing the selected file, and screening out pages to be stamped; transmitting the screened pages to be stamped and the documents to a stamping area, and stamping by a stamping device; after the seal is finished, transmitting the sealed file to a transmission port for a user to receive; the equipment automatically judges whether the files to be stamped are completely finished or not, if not, the equipment returns to repeat all the following operations from the key information processing of the files, if the files are completely finished, the equipment logs out, the image record 2 is uploaded, and after the user logs out from the operation room, the image record 1 is uploaded until the intelligent printing and stamping equipment completes all the operations at one time.
The method and the process for screening the pages to be stamped comprise the following steps:
after a user logs in the device, the user manually selects a file which is approved after uploading to a client, selects a thumbnail for preview after clicking the file, and then the electronic file can be overlaid on the whole display screen in a thumbnail mode in a proper proportion, and if one screen cannot be displayed completely, page turning display can be performed through up-down sliding; a user finds a file page needing to be stamped by looking up the thumbnail mode, then clicks and selects the file page to be stamped, the file page can automatically readjust the page layout to adjust the file page to the beginning or the end of the whole source file as the adjustment is completed, the adjustment result is informed to printing equipment, transmission equipment and stamping equipment through specific interfaces, and the three are synchronously managed according to the information.
The process of adjusting the page to be stamped to the source beginning comprises the following steps:
a user logs in equipment, manually selects a source file to be stamped, clicks the thumbnail for preview, further searches a file page to be stamped, clicks and adjusts the file page to the starting position of the whole source file layout after finding the file page to be stamped, and further transmits the adjustment result to printing equipment, transmission equipment and stamping equipment through a specific transmission interface for information synchronization; after further selecting to start printing, the printing equipment starts to print a corresponding file, the adjusted first page of the source file, namely the page to be stamped, is firstly printed, the transmission equipment transmits the page to be stamped to the stamping position after the first page is printed, when the stamping equipment detects that the page to be stamped reaches a preset position, the stamping equipment sends a command to enable the transmission equipment to pause file transmission, the stamping equipment starts stamping the page to be stamped at the same time, the stamping equipment further sends a command to the transmission equipment after stamping is finished, and the transmission equipment continues to transmit other file pages of the source file until the whole source file is printed and transmitted completely.
For a specific implementation of this embodiment, reference may be made to the method for intelligently printing and stamping described in the foregoing embodiments and the related descriptions in the method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for intelligently printing stamps according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application provides an apparatus for intelligent printing and stamping, including:
a processor 601, and a memory 602 connected to the processor;
the memory 602 is used to store computer programs;
the processor 601 is used to call and execute a computer program in the memory 602 to execute the method of intelligent print stamping as in the above embodiments.
For a specific implementation of this embodiment, reference may be made to the method for intelligently printing and stamping described in the foregoing embodiments and the related descriptions in the method embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention provides a storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored in the storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps in the intelligent printing and stamping method are realized.
For a specific implementation of this embodiment, reference may be made to the related description in the foregoing method embodiment for intelligent printing and stamping, and details are not described here again.
