s4, the first terminal acquires the first identifier and acquires a second identifier generated based on the target file; judging the first identifier and the second identifier, and displaying the target file on line when the judgment result is yes; and when the judgment result is negative, the target file is not displayed.
The first terminal can be a portable communication tool such as a smart phone, a tablet or a computer. The selection of the first terminal can effectively solve the portable problem, the selection of the first terminal can be provided with corresponding mobile communication functions or communication functions such as WiFi, the server can be accessed through the opening of system permission by a user at any time and any place, and therefore required target file data and the like can be acquired.
Further, the first terminal information may include an ID, MAC, and an identification card of the user, etc. of the first terminal. In addition, the user also needs to register real-name identity with the server, and the first terminal is bound with the user. The server can set different system authorities according to real-name identity information of users, and allow users with different authorities to self-bind 1-N related first terminals, N is a system setting parameter, namely, for a user, the user can not use any first terminal to visit files to the server, so that confirmation and statistics of the first terminal information and authentication and confirmation of the user can be guaranteed, meanwhile, the server can effectively investigate and count the identity and information of the first terminal and the user, the trend of related file information is indirectly monitored, the safety of the related file information is further guaranteed, and an effective detection direction is provided for leakage of the related file information.
Furthermore, the first permission is a first step of opening the user permission, and is mainly used for allowing an ordinary user to fetch and call a target file required by the user from the server, but the fetching and calling only allows the display of the target file and does not allow the downloading and editing of the target file, so that the effective outward transmission of the content of the court file can be ensured, and even the outward transmission is tampered maliciously by others. For high-rights users, there may be other functional openings. Meanwhile, the description mainly refers to authentication and permission of a common user, and the description and explanation of the subsequent method are performed.
According to the first authority, the first terminal applies for a retrieval target file to the server;
the first terminal can send information such as the number and the name of the target file to send a request for applying for retrieving the target file to the server.
The server sends the target file and a first identifier to the first terminal;
the server sends the related information and content of the target file and the first identifier corresponding to the target file to the first terminal.
Further stated, the first identifier is an identifier configured by the server system when the target file is entered into the server. The method is used for confirming the files received by the user and the target files, so that the correctness of the files required by the user can be ensured, and the error rate is effectively reduced.
The first terminal acquires the first identifier and acquires a second identifier generated based on the target file; judging the first identifier and the second identifier, and displaying the target file on line when the judgment result is yes; when the judgment result is negative, the target case is not displayed;
starting a reading timing mode when the target files are displayed online, and continuously displaying the target files when the reading timing is not greater than a reading threshold corresponding to the target files; and when the reading timing is greater than the reading threshold value corresponding to the target file, closing and displaying the target file.
Further, the "target file" sent by the server to the first terminal is accompanied by the generated second identifier. Here, the first identifier and the second identifier may be a series of serial codes of the content based on time, and the matching of the first identifier and the second identifier is stored in the server.
Before the user displays the target file through the first terminal, the first terminal judges the matching of the first identifier and the second identifier, and only when the matching result is yes, the target file sent to the first terminal by the server is indicated to be consistent with the target file required by the user, and then the first terminal can display the related content of the target file.
Furthermore, when the first terminal starts to display the target case, the first terminal starts a reading timing mode, each case has a certain reading time threshold, and when the reading timing on the first terminal exceeds the corresponding threshold, the case is automatically closed. In this way, the time for reading the files is ensured, and invalid access to the server is reduced.
