wherein the electronic archive filing module comprises: the data attribute matching unit is used for matching the characteristic data with the data attributes in the data filing attributes, the data filing attributes are composed of data attributes and file returning positions, and the data attributes to which the characteristic data of the electronic file belong are determined; and the file-home position determining unit is used for determining the file-home position according to the data attributes, and the data attributes correspond to the file-home positions one by one.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the related information determining module comprises:
the system comprises a file attribute input unit, a file information base and a file attribute output unit, wherein the file attribute input unit is used for inputting file attributes into the file information base, and the file information base comprises all file attributes and a characteristic data acquisition template, a naming structure and a data filing attribute which correspond to each file attribute;
and the related information output unit is used for outputting the characteristic data acquisition template, the naming structure and the data filing attribute corresponding to the archive attribute.
6. The system of claim 4, wherein the electronic file naming module comprises:
the system comprises a file name generating unit, a file name generating unit and a file name generating unit, wherein the file name generating unit is used for generating a file name according to a naming structure, the naming structure consists of a file attribute and a feature data item name, and the feature data item name in the naming structure is replaced by corresponding feature data;
the electronic file naming unit is used for renaming the filed electronic file according to the file name;
and the reminding information sending unit is used for generating reminding information and sending the reminding information to the staff account when renaming cannot be completed.
