Particularly, when a dual-burner kitchen range is used below the range hood, the oil smoke generated during cooking easily escapes from the side direction of the range hood, and the air inlet 21a located on the side surface of the purifying housing 21 is more beneficial to sucking the oil smoke. Optionally, the air inlets 21a are disposed on two opposite sides of the purifying housing 21, so as to reduce oil smoke on two sides of the range hood. Of course, the air inlet 21a may be provided only on one of the two sides of the purification casing 21. Optionally, an air inlet grille 24 is disposed on the air inlet 21a to prevent hands and other foreign objects from extending into the purifying housing 21.
Of course, in other embodiments, the air inlets 21a may be disposed on both the top surface and the side surface of the purifying housing 21, so as to reduce the oil smoke above the air purifying device 2 and on the side of the range hood.
In addition, for the solution in which the opposite two side surfaces of the purifying housing 21 are provided with the air inlets 21a, referring to fig. 1 and 2, optionally, two filter elements 22 are provided, and each filter element 22 is disposed adjacent to one of the air inlets 21 a; therefore, once the air with the oil smoke enters the purifying shell 21, the air can be filtered by the filter element 22, and the probability that the air with the oil smoke pollutes other devices in the purifying shell 21 is reduced. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only one filtering element 22 may be disposed near the air outlet 21b, so that the oil smoke in the air can be purified and then discharged.
When the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 are connected, the internal circuits of the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 can be communicated, so that the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 are controlled to be communicated and/or signals are communicated.
In one embodiment, the cigarette maker main body 1 is provided with a first electrical contact, the air purification device 2 is provided with a second electrical contact, and when the air purification device 2 is connected to the cigarette maker main body 1, the first electrical contact is electrically connected with the second electrical contact. The first electric contact and the second electric contact can be mutually matched electrodes, and the arrangement of the first electric contact and the second electric contact can be contact pin communication or patch communication.
After the circuits of the smoke exhaust ventilator and the air purification device are conducted, optionally, the smoke exhaust ventilator main body 1 and the air purification device 2 are connected to the same controller 3, that is, the smoke exhaust ventilator controls the smoke exhaust ventilator main body 1 and the air purification device 2 through the same controller 3; the controller 3 is typically provided on the cigarette maker body 1, and the cigarette maker body 1 is typically larger in volume than the air cleaning device 2, so that there is more space and location for the controller 3 to be installed. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the range hood may also be provided with two different controllers 3 to respectively control the range hood body 1 and the air purification device 2.
Optionally, the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 share one control switch 4, so that when the cigarette machine main body 1 is turned on through the control switch 4 to work, the air purification device 2 can be turned on automatically at the same time to work, that is, the cooperative work of turning on the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 by one key can be realized. The control switch 4 is usually electrically connected to the controller 3 to realize the on/off control. When one control switch 4 is shared, the control switch 4 is normally provided on the cigarette maker main body 1.
However, the design is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the cigarette maker main body 1 and the air purification device 2 may also use different control switches 4, respectively, to implement independent on/off control of the cigarette maker main body 1 and the air purification device 2, so that a user may use respective functions of the cigarette maker main body 1 and the air purification device 2 more flexibly. When different control switches 4 are respectively used, the two control switches 4 can be arranged on the cigarette machine main body 1; of course, the two control switches 4 can also be correspondingly arranged on the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air cleaning device 2 respectively.
Generally, the cigarette maker main body 1 is provided with a control panel located on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, and when the cigarette maker main body 1 and the air cleaning device 2 share one control switch 4, the control switch 4 is generally integrated on the control panel, that is, the control switch 4 is located on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, which may be more convenient for a user to operate.
With continued reference to FIG. 1, optionally, a purge housing 21 is provided at a lower portion of the front of the fan guard 11; it can be appreciated that the lower portion of the front surface of the fan guard 11 is closer to the user breathing zone, that is, the air outlet 21b of the purifying housing 21 is closer to the user breathing zone, which is more beneficial to blowing purified air to the user breathing zone to improve the air quality of the user breathing zone. However, the design is not limited to this, in some other embodiments, the purifying housing 21 may also be disposed on the upper portion of the front surface of the fan housing 11, so that the position of the purifying housing 21 is higher, and the position of the air outlet 21b is also higher, and particularly, when the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b is inclined upwards, the purified air blown out from the air outlet 21b can be blown to a higher space in the kitchen, so that the range of air circulation purification in the kitchen is wider, and the purification is more thorough. In other embodiments, the purifying housing 21 can be disposed in the middle of the front surface of the fan guard 11, so as to improve the air quality in the breathing zone of the user and to increase the range of air circulation purification in the kitchen to some extent.
In an embodiment, the purifying fan 23 is configured as a centrifugal fan (see fig. 2), on one hand, the centrifugal fan has a large air volume and low noise, so that the air purifying device 2 can realize far air supply under low noise; on the other hand, the centrifugal fan has the function of changing the wind direction (axial air inlet and radial air outlet), and can realize the top surface air inlet front air outlet or the two side air inlet front air outlet of the air purification device 2 on the premise of not specially setting a turning air duct component.
Optionally, the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 is not less than 10 cubic meters per hour; it can be understood that if the circulating air volume is too small, the realization of the air circulation purification in the kitchen is not facilitated. The circulation air volume in the present embodiment means an air volume per unit time. In this embodiment, generally, the larger the area of the kitchen, the larger the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 needs to be, and the purifying fan 23 with a circulating air volume of 50 cubic meters/hour, 100 cubic meters/hour, 150 cubic meters/hour, 200 cubic meters/hour, 250 cubic meters/hour, or 300 cubic meters/hour may be selected according to the needs of the kitchen area. Of course, the larger the circulating air volume of the cleaning fan 23 is, the more advantageous the air circulation cleaning in the kitchen is.
During cooking, edible oil and food undergo a series of chemical reactions such as oxidation, cracking and polymerization at high temperature, a large amount of organic smoke is evaporated, and partial decomposition products are emitted into air in the form of oil mist to form oil smoke. The oil fume includes both edible oil and its heating decomposition or cracking product and also includes the physical and chemical reaction product of protein, polymer compound and various seasoning matters in food, and is one kind of matter containing gas, liquid and solid. Generally, the Particulate Matter Emission (PME) composed of liquid and solid in the oil smoke emission is defined as PME, and the volatile organic Compounds emission (VOCs) is defined as VOCs, and the oil smoke is composed of the above two substances.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, the filter 22 includes a HEPA filter 221 (high efficiency air filter) and an activated carbon filter 222. The HEPA filter screen 221 is mainly used for filtering particulate matters (liquid and solid) in oil smoke, and the material of the HEPA filter screen can comprise PP filter paper (polypropylene filter paper), glass fiber, PTFE filter paper (polytetrafluoroethylene filter paper), nano fiber, melt-blown polyester non-woven fabric and the like, so that the HEPA filter screen has the characteristics of large dust holding capacity and high filter precision, the filter efficiency of the oil smoke particulate matters can exceed 90%, and the HEPA filter screen can be processed into required size and shape according to the machine type requirements. The activated carbon filter screen 222 is mainly used for filtering volatile organic compounds (smell) in the oil smoke, and the material of the activated carbon filter screen may include activated carbon fibers, activated carbon particles, and the like, and the adopted activated carbon material may be coconut shells, fruit shells, coal-based carbon, and the like, which has a large specific surface area, or the adopted activated carbon material may be a molecular sieve material, which has a good adsorption effect. Optionally, the HEPA filter 221 is located upstream of the activated carbon filter 222 in the airflow direction, so that the particles in the oil smoke can be prevented from adhering to the activated carbon filter 222, thereby prolonging the service life of the activated carbon filter 222.
Optionally, in the direction of the air flow, the filter element 22 is located upstream of the purge fan 23; so, can make the air current through purification fan 23 be the air current after the purification, avoid the oil smoke to be in purification fan 23 is last to gather, prolongs purification fan 23 life-span.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the purification housing 21 is provided with a filter mounting opening 210, and the filter member 22 is detachably mounted in the purification housing 21 through the filter mounting opening 210, so that the filter member 22 can be easily removed for cleaning or replacement. It will be appreciated that the filter element 22 generally has a certain life, for example, the HEPA filter 221 used in the present embodiment has a design life of generally more than 1 month, and needs to be replaced after the life is reached, so as to ensure the good purification capability of the air purification apparatus 2, and in addition, the filter element is periodically or aperiodically removed for cleaning or cleaning, which is beneficial to prolong the life.
As for the filter member 22 including both the HEPA filter 221 and the activated carbon filter 222, optionally, the HEPA filter 221 and the activated carbon filter 222 thereof are generally produced as one module so as to be modularly assembled to the purification housing 21 at a time, reducing the assembly process and improving the assembly efficiency.
Optionally, the filter element 22 is drawably disposed in the filter element mounting opening 210; it will be appreciated that removal cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22 can be more easily performed by means of pulling.
Optionally, a mounting groove 220 extending toward the filter mounting port 210 is formed in the purification housing 21, and the filter 22 is mounted in the mounting groove 220; it will be appreciated that the mounting slots 220 extend toward the filter mounting opening 210 to provide a guided mounting that facilitates the extraction of the filter element 22 relative to the filter mounting opening 210.
As for the technical solution that the air inlet 21a is disposed on the side surface of the purifying housing 21, optionally, referring to fig. 2, the air purifying device 2 further includes a filter mounting box 28 disposed in the purifying housing 21, the filter mounting box 28 is provided with a mounting opening 220a corresponding to the filter mounting opening 210, the mounting groove 220 is disposed in the filter mounting box 28, and the filter 22 sequentially passes through the filter mounting opening 210 and the mounting opening 220a and is mounted in the mounting groove 220. Of course, the side wall of the filter mounting box 28 opposite the filter element 22 is hollow or otherwise free to allow air flow through the filter element 22. Further alternatively, both the bottom wall and the top wall of the filter mounting box 28 are convexly provided with two parallel guide rails 281 extending toward the mounting opening 220a, and the mounting groove 220 is formed between the two guide rails 281.
Optionally, a filter cover 26 is disposed on the filter mounting opening 210; so, will strain a piece 22 certainly strain a piece installing port 210 and pack into the purification shell 21 after, will strain a piece lid 26 lid and close and strain a piece installing port 210, can avoid filtering a piece 22 and shake out, improve the structural stability of product, can also avoid foreign matter etc. to get into in the purification shell 21 from straining a piece installing port 210 simultaneously.
In one embodiment, the filter cover 26 is rotatably coupled to the filter mounting opening 210 on a first side and removably coupled to the filter mounting opening 210 on a second side; in this manner, after opening the filter cover 26, the filter cover 26 remains attached to the filter mounting opening 210, preventing the filter cover 26 from being lost. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the filter cover 26 can be integrally and detachably connected to the filter mounting opening 210.
With respect to the embodiment wherein the first side of the filter cover 26 is rotatably connected to the filter mounting opening 210, optionally, the second side of the filter cover 26 is connected to the filter mounting opening 210 by a push-button type snap-on switch assembly, thereby facilitating the opening of the filter cover 26. The pressing type snap switch assembly generally includes a self-locking switch disposed at the filter mounting opening 210, and a snap portion disposed at the filter cover 26 and engaged with the self-locking switch. When the filter cover 26 is in an open state, rotating the filter cover 26 to a position where the second side is close to the filter mounting port 210, then pressing the filter cover 26 until the buckling part enters the self-locking switch, so that the self-locking switch locks the buckling part, and the filter cover 26 and the purification shell 21 can be fixed; then, when the filter cover 26 is pressed again, the latching portion is released by the self-locking switch, so that the filter cover 26 can be rotated and opened relative to the filter mounting opening 210. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the second side of the filter cover 26 can be detachably connected to the filter mounting opening 210 by, but not limited to, a screw locking structure, a wrench structure, etc.

Claims (10)

1. A range hood, comprising:
a cigarette machine main body; and
air purification device, air purification device is including establishing cigarette owner external purification shell and establishing filter piece and purification fan in the purification shell, the purification shell is equipped with air intake and air outlet, filter piece with purification fan all locates the air intake with between the air outlet, purification shell can dismantle connect in the cigarette machine main part.
2. The range hood according to claim 1 wherein the range hood body comprises a fan hood and a smoke collection hood disposed below the fan hood, the clean-up housing being removably connected to the smoke collection hood.
3. The range hood according to claim 2 wherein one of the fume collecting hood and the purifying housing is provided with a plug-in groove, and the other of the fume collecting hood and the purifying housing is provided with a plug-in pin which is detachably plugged in the plug-in groove.
4. The range hood according to claim 2 wherein one of the fume collecting hood and the purifying housing is provided with a first magnetic member, and the other of the fume collecting hood and the purifying housing is provided with a second magnetic member, and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted.
5. The range hood according to claim 2, wherein one of the fume collecting hood and the purifying housing is provided with a plug-in groove, the other one of the fume collecting hood and the purifying housing is provided with a plug-in pin, the plug-in pin is provided with a first magnetic member, the plug-in groove is provided with a second magnetic member, and when the plug-in pin is detachably plugged in the plug-in groove, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically adsorbed.
6. The range hood of any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the range hood body is provided with a first electrical contact, the air cleaning device is provided with a second electrical contact, and the first electrical contact is electrically connected to the second electrical contact when the air cleaning device is attached to the range hood body.
7. The range hood according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the purifying housing is disposed on an upper surface of the fume collecting hood and is located on a front surface of the fan hood;
or the purifying shell is arranged on the upper surface of the fume collecting hood and is positioned on the side surface of the fan hood;
or the purifying shell is arranged on the upper surface of the smoke collecting hood and is positioned at the corner between the side surface and the front surface of the fan hood.
8. The range hood of claim 7 wherein a shock pad is disposed between the clean housing and the fume collecting hood;
and/or a buffer pad is arranged between the purification shell and the fan cover.
9. The range hood of any one of claims 1 to 5 wherein the purification housing is provided with a filter mounting opening through which the filter element is removably mounted within the purification housing.
10. The range hood of claim 9 wherein the filter member is retractably disposed in the filter member mounting opening.
