Generally, the range hood main body 1 is provided with a control panel located on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, and when the range hood main body 1 and the two purification modules 20 share one control switch, the control switch is generally integrated on the control panel, that is, the control switch is located on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, and the position can be more convenient for a user to operate.
Optionally, the purification module 20 is provided at the lower part of the fan guard 11; it can be understood that the lower part of the fan cover 11 is closer to the breathing zone of the user, which is more beneficial to sucking and purifying the oil smoke escaping to the breathing zone of the user and can be more beneficial to improving the air quality of the breathing zone of the user. However, the design is not limited to this, in some other embodiments, the purification module 20 may also be disposed on the upper portion of the fan cover 11, so that the position of the purification module 20 is higher, and the position of the air outlet 21b is higher, so that the purified air blown out from the air outlet 21b can be blown to a higher space in the kitchen, and therefore, the oil smoke close to the ceiling of the kitchen can be pushed by the purified air to flow downward, and the range of air circulation purification in the kitchen is wider, and the purification is more thorough. In other embodiments, the purification module 20 can be disposed in the middle of the fan guard 11, so as to improve the air quality in the user's breathing zone and to increase the range of air circulation purification in the kitchen to some extent.
Optionally, the purification module 20 is removably mounted to the cigarette machine body 1 and may be, but is not limited to, mounted to the cigarette machine body 1 using one or more of a screw locking arrangement, a snap-fit arrangement, or other removable arrangement to facilitate maintenance removal of the purification module 20. Further optionally, the lower portion, the middle portion and the upper portion of the fan guard 11 are respectively provided with a detachable mounting position for selectively mounting the purifying module 20, so that a user can conveniently change the upper and lower positions of the purifying module 20 according to different air purifying requirements.
During cooking, edible oil and food undergo a series of chemical reactions such as oxidation, cracking and polymerization at high temperature, a large amount of organic smoke is evaporated, and partial decomposition products are emitted into air in the form of oil mist to form oil smoke. The oil fume includes both edible oil and its heating decomposition or cracking product and also includes the physical and chemical reaction product of protein, polymer compound and various seasoning matters in food, and is one kind of matter containing gas, liquid and solid. Generally, the Particulate Matter Emission (PME) composed of liquid and solid in the oil smoke emission is defined as PME, and the Volatile Organic Compounds emission (VOCs) is defined as VOCs, and the oil smoke is composed of the above two substances.
In one embodiment, the filter 22 includes a HEPA filter 221 (high efficiency air filter) and an activated carbon filter 222 (see fig. 3). The HEPA filter screen 221 is mainly used for filtering particulate matters (liquid and solid) in oil smoke, and the material of the HEPA filter screen can comprise PP filter paper (polypropylene filter paper), glass fiber, PTFE filter paper (polytetrafluoroethylene filter paper), nano fiber, melt-blown polyester non-woven fabric and the like, so that the HEPA filter screen has the characteristics of large dust holding capacity and high filter precision, the filter efficiency of the oil smoke particulate matters can exceed 90%, and the HEPA filter screen can be processed into required size and shape according to the machine type requirements. The activated carbon filter screen 222 is mainly used for filtering volatile organic compounds (smell) in the oil smoke, and the material of the activated carbon filter screen may include activated carbon fibers, activated carbon particles, and the like, and the adopted activated carbon material may be coconut shells, fruit shells, coal-based carbon, and the like, which has a large specific surface area, or the adopted activated carbon material may be a molecular sieve material, which has a good adsorption effect. Optionally, the HEPA filter 221 is located upstream of the activated carbon filter 222 in the airflow direction, so that the particles in the oil smoke can be prevented from adhering to the activated carbon filter 222, thereby prolonging the service life of the activated carbon filter 222.
Optionally, in the direction of the air flow, the filter element 22 is located upstream of the purge fan 23; so, can make the air current through purification fan 23 be the air current after the purification, avoid the oil smoke to be in purification fan 23 is last to gather, prolongs purification fan 23 life-span.
In one embodiment, the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 is not less than 10 cubic meters per hour; it can be understood that if the circulating air volume is too small, the realization of the air circulation purification in the kitchen is not facilitated. The circulation air volume in the present embodiment means an air volume per unit time. In this embodiment, generally, the larger the area of the kitchen, the larger the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 needs to be, and the purifying fan 23 with a circulating air volume of 50 cubic meters/hour, 100 cubic meters/hour, 150 cubic meters/hour, 200 cubic meters/hour, 250 cubic meters/hour, or 300 cubic meters/hour may be selected according to the needs of the kitchen area. Of course, the larger the circulating air volume of the cleaning fan 23 is, the more advantageous the air circulation cleaning in the kitchen is. Optionally, the purification fan 23 is configured as a centrifugal fan, which has a large air volume and a low noise, so that the purification module 20 can realize far air supply at a low noise.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, for each purification module 20, the purification housing 21 includes an air duct housing 211, the air duct housing 211 including a filter housing 211a for mounting the filter 22 and a fan housing 211b for mounting the purification fan 23; the filter shell 211a has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, the first side of the filter shell 211a is provided with the air inlet 21a, the fan shell 211b is connected to the second side of the filter shell 211a, and the air outlet 21b is provided in the fan shell 211 b. The filter element shell 211a is beneficial for guiding the airflow to the filter element 22, and the purification efficiency of the airflow is improved; and for the blower housing part 211b, when the centrifugal blower is adopted as the cleaning blower 23, the blower housing part 211b can be made into the shape of a centrifugal volute, so that the structure of the cleaning module 20 is compact, and the miniaturization of the volume of the cleaning module 20 is facilitated. It should be noted that, for the purification module 20 in which the air inlet 21a is disposed on the top surface of the purification housing 21, the first side and the second side of the filter element housing 211a are the top surface and the bottom surface of the filter element housing 211a, respectively; and for the purification module 20 in which the air inlet 21a is provided at the side of the purification casing 21, the first side and the second side of the filter housing portion 211a are the left side and the right side of the filter housing portion 211a, respectively.
Optionally, the purifying housing 21 further comprises a protective housing 212, the protective housing 212 is spliced to the second side of the filter member housing 211a and covers the fan housing 211b, so that on one hand, the protective housing 212 can protect the fan housing 211b from collision to reduce the probability of collision of each corner of the fan housing 211b, and on the other hand, after being spliced with the filter member housing 211a, the whole outer surface of the purifying housing 21 can be more regular, thereby reducing the corner structures prone to dust deposition and improving the installation stability between the purifying housing 21 and the cigarette machine body 1. Without loss of generality, an avoidance port 212a is formed in the protective shell 212 corresponding to the air outlet 21 b.
In an embodiment, optionally, the air inlet 21a is an opening formed on a first side of the filter element housing 211a, and the air inlet 21a is detachably provided with an air inlet grille 24, so that the filter element 22 can be easily detached and assembled after the air inlet grille 24 is detached, thereby facilitating the removal, cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22.
However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the filter housing portion 211a may be provided with a filter mounting opening through which the filter 22 is detachably mounted into the filter housing portion 211 a. Optionally, the filter element 22 is drawably disposed at the filter element mounting opening; it will be appreciated that removal cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22 can be more easily performed by means of pulling. Further optionally, a filter cover is arranged on the filter mounting opening; so, will filter piece 22 certainly filter a mounting hole and pack into and strain a shell portion 211a after, will strain a lid and close and strain a mounting hole, can avoid filtering piece 22 and shake out, improve the structural stability of product, can also avoid foreign matter etc. to get into from straining a mounting hole simultaneously and strain in a shell portion 211 a.
Relevant experimental data for two specific examples are provided below:
in the first embodiment, the air outlet 21b of the purification module 20 of the range hood is arranged on the front surface of the purification casing 21, the air inlet 21a is arranged on the top surface of the purification casing 21, and the purification module 20 is installed at the lower part of the fan housing 11; and introduce a traditional range hood that only has the function of smoking and discharging fume and compare, certainly, carry out the experiment to same kitchen space. Relevant experimental data are shown in table 1:

In the second embodiment, the air outlet 21b of the purification module 20 of the range hood is arranged on the front surface of the purification casing 21, the air inlet 21a is arranged on the side surface of the purification casing 21, and the purification module 20 is installed at the lower part of the fan housing 11; and introduce a traditional range hood that only has the function of smoking and discharging fume and compare, certainly, carry out the experiment to same kitchen space. The relevant experimental data are shown in table 2:

When the oil smoke concentration reduction rate of the kitchen space is calculated, the oil smoke in the kitchen space except the interior of the range hood and the cooking area is calculated; the oil smoke smell concentration test point of the breathing zone is the middle position of the double cooking benches in front of the range hood with the height of 1.45-1.50 m away from the ground.
As is evident from the data in the table above:
1. when the range hood of the invention is started (certainly, both the range hood main body 1 and the two purification modules 20 are started), compared with the starting of the transmission range hood, the oil smoke smell concentration in the respiratory area and the oil smoke smell concentration in the kitchen space are both greatly reduced, so that the air quality in the respiratory area of a user and the whole kitchen space can be obviously improved.
2. For the range hood of the invention, the larger the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 of the air purifying device 21 is, the more favorable the improvement of the air quality of the whole space of the user breathing area and the kitchen.

Claims (10)

1. A range hood, comprising:
a cigarette machine main body; and
air purification device is established including dividing two of the relative both sides of cigarette machine main part purify the module, it includes establishing to purify the module cigarette machine main part outer purification shell and establishing filter piece and purification fan in the purification shell, purification shell is equipped with air intake and air outlet, filter the piece with purification fan all locates the air intake with between the air outlet.
2. The range hood of claim 1 wherein the air outlet is disposed on a front surface of the clean-up housing.
3. The range hood of claim 2, wherein the outlet direction of the outlet is adjustable.
4. The range hood according to claim 3, wherein an adjustable inclination angle with a downward opening is formed between the air outlet direction of the air outlet and a vertical surface, and the adjustable inclination angle is not less than 30 degrees and not more than 150 degrees;
and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
the air outlet is provided with an air outlet grid;
the air outlet grille comprises air guide grille strips which are arranged in a rotatable mode; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the air outlet grid is provided with a plurality of air outlet grids, the air outlet grids are fixedly provided with air guide grid bars, the air guide grid bars of different air outlet grids are different from the inclination angle between the vertical surface, and one air outlet grid is selected to be installed at the air outlet.
5. The range hood of claim 2 wherein the air intake is disposed in a top surface of the clean-up enclosure; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
for any one of the purification modules, the side of the purification shell, which faces away from the other purification module, is provided with the air inlet.
6. The range hood according to claim 1, wherein the range hood body comprises a fan hood and a smoke collecting hood disposed below the fan hood, and the two purification modules are disposed on opposite sides of the fan hood and above the smoke collecting hood.
7. The range hood of claim 1, wherein the filter member comprises a HEPA filter and an activated carbon filter, and the HEPA filter is located upstream of the activated carbon filter in an air flow direction; and/or the presence of a catalyst in the reaction mixture,
and the circulating air volume of the purification fan is more than or equal to 10 cubic meters per hour.
8. The range hood of claim 1 wherein the purification housing comprises an air duct housing, the air duct housing comprising a filter housing for mounting the filter element and a fan housing for mounting the purification fan, the filter housing having opposite first and second sides, the first side of the filter housing having the air inlet, the fan housing coupled to the second side of the filter housing, the air outlet being disposed in the fan housing.
9. The range hood of claim 8, wherein the purification housing further comprises a protective shell, the protective shell is spliced on the second side of the filter shell and covers the fan shell, and an avoidance port is formed in the protective shell and corresponds to the air outlet.
10. The range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising a control switch, wherein the range hood main body and the two purification modules share one control switch; or the cigarette machine main body uses one control switch, and the two purification modules share the other control switch; or, the cigarette machine main body uses one control switch, one purification module uses the other control switch, and the other purification module uses the other control switch.
