The invention provides a range hood.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the range hood includes a range hood body 1, and an air cleaning device 2 disposed outside the range hood body 1. Wherein:
the range hood main body 1 is provided with an oil fume suction duct, the smoke inlet of the oil fume suction duct is communicated with the indoor and is usually suspended above a kitchen range so as to suck oil fume into the oil fume suction duct; the smoke outlet of the oil smoke suction duct is communicated with the outside so as to discharge oil smoke to the outside; of course, the cigarette machine body 1 is further provided with a smoke exhaust fan for making the airflow flow from the smoke inlet to the smoke outlet. It can be understood that the range hood main body 1 has the functions of the traditional range hood.
The air purifying device 2 comprises a purifying shell 21 arranged outside the cigarette machine body 1, and a filtering piece 22 and a purifying fan 23 arranged in the purifying shell 21, wherein the purifying shell 21 is provided with an air inlet 21a and an air outlet 21b, and the filtering piece 22 and the purifying fan 23 are both arranged between the air inlet 21a and the air outlet 21 b. It can be understood that a purifying air duct is formed in the purifying housing 21, and the purifying air duct and the oil smoke suction duct are independent from each other. The cleaning fan 23 is used to make the air flow from the air inlet 21a to the air outlet 21 b. The air inlet 21a and the air outlet 21b are communicated with each other indoors, the air inlet 21a is used for sucking air in a kitchen, the filter 22 is used for filtering and purifying the sucked air, and the air outlet 21b is used for discharging the filtered and purified air back to the kitchen indoors. When the air purification device 2 and the cigarette machine main body 1 work cooperatively, most of oil smoke generated in the cooking process is discharged to the outside through the oil smoke suction air duct in the cigarette machine main body 1, a small part of oil smoke can escape to other spaces in a kitchen, and the small part of oil smoke can be further removed through the purification air duct in the air purification device 2, so that the pollution of the oil smoke to the air environment and the damage to the health of a human body are further reduced.
In the embodiment, the air purification device 2 is arranged outside the cigarette machine main body 1, so that the cigarette machine main body 1 does not need to be disassembled and assembled when parts (such as the filter 22) of the air purification device 2 are replaced or the air purification device 2 is maintained, and the convenience is achieved; in addition, the range hood main body 1 and the air purification device 2 can be assembled together after being assembled independently in modules, so that the modular assembly of the range hood is facilitated, and the assembly efficiency of the range hood can be improved.
Optionally, the purifying housing 21 is detachably mounted on the cigarette machine body 1, and may be, but is not limited to, mounted on the cigarette machine body 1 by using one or more detachable structures such as screw locking structures, snap structures, etc. to facilitate the maintenance and disassembly of the air purifying device 2.
Optionally, the range hood main body 1 and the air purification device 2 are connected to the same controller 3, that is, the range hood controls the range hood main body 1 and the air purification device 2 through the same controller 3; the controller 3 is typically provided on the cigarette maker body 1, and the cigarette maker body 1 is typically larger in volume than the air cleaning device 2, so that there is more space and location for the controller 3 to be installed. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the range hood may also be provided with two different controllers 3 to respectively control the range hood body 1 and the air purification device 2.
Optionally, the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 share one control switch 4, so that when the cigarette machine main body 1 is turned on through the control switch 4 to work, the air purification device 2 can be turned on automatically at the same time to work, that is, the cooperative work of turning on the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 by one key can be realized. The control switch 4 is usually electrically connected to the controller 3 to realize the on/off control. When one control switch 4 is shared, the control switch 4 is normally provided on the cigarette maker main body 1.
However, the design is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the cigarette maker main body 1 and the air purification device 2 may also use different control switches 4, respectively, to implement independent on/off control of the cigarette maker main body 1 and the air purification device 2, so that a user may use respective functions of the cigarette maker main body 1 and the air purification device 2 more flexibly. When different control switches 4 are respectively used, the two control switches 4 can be arranged on the cigarette machine main body 1; of course, the two control switches 4 can also be correspondingly arranged on the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air cleaning device 2 respectively.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the range hood body 1 includes a fan guard 11 and a smoke collecting hood 12 disposed below the fan guard 11, and a clean case 21 covers a front surface of the fan guard 11. In the cooking process, a user usually stands in front of the range hood, and the space in front of the range hood can be defined as a user breathing zone. In this embodiment, the smoke inlet of the range hood main body 1 is disposed below the smoke collecting hood 12. The oil smoke below the smoke collecting hood 12 is mainly sucked by the smoke inlet, that is, is mainly discharged to the outside by the oil smoke suction duct. The oil smoke escaping upwards from the edge of the smoke-collecting hood 12 is mainly sucked and processed by the air inlet 21a of the purifying shell 21. In this embodiment, on one hand, the purifying housing 21 is located on the front side of the fan guard 11, so that the air inlet 21a of the purifying housing 21 is arranged relatively more forward, which is more favorable for sucking the oil smoke escaping to the breathing area of the user into the purifying housing 21, thereby reducing the oil smoke at the breathing area of the user and further reducing the damage of the oil smoke to the health of the user; on the other hand, the purifying shell 21 covers the front surface of the fan cover 11, so that corner parts on the front surface of the range hood, which are easy to deposit oil smoke and dust, can be reduced, the difficulty in using and cleaning the range hood is reduced, and meanwhile, the air purifying device 2 and the range hood main body 1 can be integrated in appearance, so that the range hood is more attractive and concise. Typically, the top surface of the purge shell 21 is flush with the top of the fan guard 11, and the two sides of the purge shell 21 are correspondingly flush with the two sides of the fan guard 11.
Generally, the cigarette maker main body 1 is provided with a control panel located on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, and when the cigarette maker main body 1 and the air cleaning device 2 share one control switch 4, the control switch 4 is generally integrated on the control panel, that is, the control switch 4 is located on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, which may be more convenient for a user to operate.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, in an embodiment, the air outlet 21b is disposed on a top surface of the purifying housing 21, so that after the air purifying device 2 is opened, the air purifying device 2 blows air upwards or at least has an upward air flow component. It can be understood that, due to the effect of the thermal plume in the cooking process, the oil smoke tends to gather at the upper half portion of the kitchen space, and the upward air outlet is beneficial to blowing the purified air to the upper half portion of the kitchen space, so that the oil smoke at the upper half portion of the kitchen space is pushed by the upward blowing purified air to flow downward and be sucked and purified by the air inlet 21a of the air purifying device 2, thereby realizing the air circulation purification in the kitchen, further reducing the oil smoke in the kitchen, and further reducing the pollution of the oil smoke to the air environment and the damage to the human health.
However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the air outlet 21b may also be disposed on the front surface of the purifying housing 21, so that after the air purifying device 2 is opened, the air purifying device 2 blows forward or at least has a forward wind component. It can be understood that the forward air outlet is favorable for conveying the purified air to the user breathing area, thereby being favorable for improving the air quality of the user breathing area, reducing the probability of the user sucking the oil smoke and reducing the damage of the oil smoke to the health of the user.
Optionally, the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b is adjustable, so that, for the air outlet 21b arranged on the top surface of the purifying housing 21, the circulation path in the air circulation purifying process can be changed by changing the air outlet direction, so as to realize air circulation purifying in different circulation paths. It can be understood that, for the air outlet 21b disposed on the top surface of the purifying housing 21, the air outlet has an upward air outlet component no matter how the air outlet direction is adjusted.
Optionally, the air outlet 21b is provided with an air outlet grille 25 to prevent foreign matters from falling into the purifying housing 21 from the air outlet 21 b. Further alternatively, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the air outlet grille 25 includes a rotatable air guiding bar 251, so that the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b is adjusted by rotating the air guiding bar 251, and the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b is continuously adjustable. However, the design is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, a plurality of air outlet grills 25 fixedly provided with the air guiding grills 251 may be configured, and the air outlet grills 25 with different air outlet grills 251 and the horizontal plane have different inclination angles, and the air outlet grille 25 with the air guiding grills 251 with corresponding inclination angles is selected to be installed on the air outlet 21b according to the requirement of the air outlet direction, so that the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b can be changed by replacing different air outlet grills 25; in addition, optionally, the air outlet grille 25 further includes a grille frame 252, the air guiding grills 251 are connected to the grille frame 252, and the grille frame 252 is usually detachably connected to the air outlet 21b and can be mounted on the air outlet 21b by using one or more detachable structures, such as screw locking structures, snap fastening structures, and the like, but not limited thereto.
For the air outlet 21b arranged on the top surface of the purifying housing 21, optionally, an adjustable inclination angle with a front opening is formed between the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b and the horizontal plane, the adjustable inclination angle is not less than 10 degrees and not more than 150 degrees, so that the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b has a large adjustment range, and the requirements of more working conditions can be met.
It should be noted that, for the rotatable air guiding grid 251, the air guiding grid 251 is usually rotated to a position perpendicular to the horizontal plane, that is, the adjustable inclination angle is 90 ° to wind air vertically upwards, so that the air outlet distance is increased, and the air circulation purification in the kitchen is further facilitated. Similarly, for the arrangement of a plurality of air outlet grills 25 with the air guiding grills 251 fixed thereto, the air outlet grills 25 with an inclination angle of 90 ° between the air guiding grills 251 and the horizontal plane are generally selected to be installed to the air outlet 21 b.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment, the air inlet 21a is disposed on a side surface of the purifying housing 21, so that the oil smoke escaping to the side of the range hood can be sucked into the purifying housing 21, and the oil smoke at the side of the range hood can be reduced. Particularly, when a dual-burner kitchen range is used below the range hood, the oil smoke generated during cooking easily escapes from the side direction of the range hood, and the air inlet 21a located on the side surface of the purifying housing 21 is more beneficial to sucking the oil smoke. Optionally, the air inlets 21a are disposed on two opposite sides of the purifying housing 21, so as to reduce oil smoke on two sides of the range hood. Of course, the air inlet 21a may be provided only on one of the two sides of the purification casing 21. Optionally, an air inlet grille 24 is disposed on the air inlet 21a to prevent hands and other foreign objects from extending into the purifying housing 21.
However, the design is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, when the air outlet 21b is disposed on the top surface of the purifying housing 21, the air inlet 21a may also be disposed on the front surface of the purifying housing 21, so as to facilitate the oil smoke escaping to the front of the range hood to be sucked into the purifying housing 21, so as to reduce the oil smoke in front of the range hood; particularly, when the air outlet 21b is located at a lower position, the oil smoke escaping to the breathing area of the user can be sucked into the purifying housing 21, so as to reduce the oil smoke in the breathing area of the user, and further reduce the damage of the oil smoke to the health of the user. In addition, in other embodiments, the air inlets 21a may be disposed on both the front and the side of the purifying housing 21, so as to reduce the oil smoke in front and at the side of the range hood.
For the technical solution that the air inlet 21a is disposed on the side surface of the purifying housing 21, optionally, the air inlet 21a extends from the lower end to the upper end of the side surface of the purifying housing 21 (see fig. 2); therefore, the air inlet 21a can have a larger air inlet area, and the air inlet efficiency is higher. Further alternatively, the air inlet 21a covers the entire side surface of the purification casing 21 to have a larger air inlet area.
For the technical solution that the opposite two side surfaces of the purifying housing 21 are provided with the air inlets 21a, optionally, two filter elements 22 are provided, and each filter element 22 is disposed near one of the air inlets 21 a; therefore, once the air with the oil smoke enters the purifying shell 21, the air can be filtered by the filter element 22, and the probability that the air with the oil smoke pollutes other devices in the purifying shell 21 is reduced. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only one filtering element 22 may be disposed near the air outlet 21b, so that the oil smoke in the air can be purified and then discharged.
In an embodiment, the purifying fan 23 is configured as a centrifugal fan (see fig. 2), on one hand, the centrifugal fan has a large air volume and low noise, so that the air purifying device 2 can realize far air supply under low noise; on the other hand, centrifugal fan has the turning characteristic of axial air inlet, side direction air-out, can make when purifying shell 21's relative both sides face all is equipped with air intake 21a, can only adopt a centrifugal fan, with two different air drive that the air intake 21a got into to same air outlet 21b, so, the structure of product is simpler.
Optionally, the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 is not less than 10 cubic meters per hour; it can be understood that if the circulating air volume is too small, the realization of the air circulation purification in the kitchen is not facilitated. The circulation air volume in the present embodiment means an air volume per unit time. In this embodiment, generally, the larger the area of the kitchen, the larger the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 needs to be, and the purifying fan 23 with a circulating air volume of 50 cubic meters/hour, 100 cubic meters/hour, 150 cubic meters/hour, 200 cubic meters/hour, 250 cubic meters/hour, or 300 cubic meters/hour may be selected according to the needs of the kitchen area. Of course, the larger the circulating air volume of the cleaning fan 23 is, the more advantageous the air circulation cleaning in the kitchen is.
During cooking, edible oil and food undergo a series of chemical reactions such as oxidation, cracking and polymerization at high temperature, a large amount of organic smoke is evaporated, and partial decomposition products are emitted into air in the form of oil mist to form oil smoke. The oil fume includes both edible oil and its heating decomposition or cracking product and also includes the physical and chemical reaction product of protein, polymer compound and various seasoning matters in food, and is one kind of matter containing gas, liquid and solid. Generally, the Particulate Matter Emission (PME) composed of liquid and solid in the oil smoke emission is defined as PME, and the Volatile Organic Compounds emission (VOCs) is defined as VOCs, and the oil smoke is composed of the above two substances.
In one embodiment, the filter 22 includes a HEPA filter 221 (high efficiency air filter) and an activated carbon filter 222 (see fig. 2). The HEPA filter screen 221 is mainly used for filtering particulate matters (liquid and solid) in oil smoke, and the material of the HEPA filter screen can comprise PP filter paper (polypropylene filter paper), glass fiber, PTFE filter paper (polytetrafluoroethylene filter paper), nano fiber, melt-blown polyester non-woven fabric and the like, so that the HEPA filter screen has the characteristics of large dust holding capacity and high filter precision, the filter efficiency of the oil smoke particulate matters can exceed 90%, and the HEPA filter screen can be processed into required size and shape according to the machine type requirements. The activated carbon filter screen 222 is mainly used for filtering volatile organic compounds (smell) in the oil smoke, and the material of the activated carbon filter screen may include activated carbon fibers, activated carbon particles, and the like, and the adopted activated carbon material may be coconut shells, fruit shells, coal-based carbon, and the like, which has a large specific surface area, or the adopted activated carbon material may be a molecular sieve material, which has a good adsorption effect. Optionally, the HEPA filter 221 is located upstream of the activated carbon filter 222 in the airflow direction, so that the particles in the oil smoke can be prevented from adhering to the activated carbon filter 222, thereby prolonging the service life of the activated carbon filter 222.
