Further, a support member 222 extending from the mounting opening 221 to the inside of the air guiding barrel 22 is further connected inside the air guiding barrel 22, the filter member 23 is mounted on the support member 222, wherein the support member 222 is connected to the inner walls of both sides of the opening of the mounting opening 221, in an embodiment, the support member 222 is a rib structure protruding from the inner wall of the air guiding barrel 22, during the mounting process, the bottom of the filter member 23 can be carried on the support member 222 and slide into the air guiding barrel 22 along the support member 222, and during the removal process, the filter member can slide out of the mounting opening 221 along the support member 222, so that the drawing operation is convenient, in some embodiments, the support member 222 and the air guiding barrel 22 can be an integral structure, for example, the support member 222 and the air guiding barrel 22 are integrally formed by die casting using a metal material, or integrally formed by injection molding using a plastic material, or the support member 222 and the air guiding barrel 22 can also be fixedly connected together by welding, of course, the supporting member 222 and the air duct 22 can be detachably connected together in a clamping or plugging manner.

In some embodiments, the range hood of the present application further includes a protective net 127 mounted at the air outlet 1211, the protective net 127 is in a grid shape, as a preferred connection manner, the protective net 127 is detachably connected to the top wall 121 of the smoke collecting hood 12, specifically, the protective net 127 has a basic frame member supporting the whole structure thereof, and a rib structure poorly disposed in the middle of the frame member, the rib structure disposed in a crossing manner forms a plurality of ventilation holes, so that the purified air flow can pass through the protective net 127 under a small wind resistance, a through hole can be disposed on the frame member of the protective net 127, a connection hole is disposed at an edge position of the top wall 121 of the smoke collecting hood 12 corresponding to the air outlet 1211, the protective net 127 can be screwed to the smoke collecting hood 12 by means of a screw matching with the through hole and the connection hole, in other embodiments, a buckle can be further disposed on the frame member of the protective net 127, the protective net 127 and the smoke collecting hood 12 are detachably fixed in a buckle connection mode, and also can be detachably connected and fixed in a magnetic suction mode, of course, the protective net 127 and the smoke collecting hood 12 can also be in a non-detachable fixed connection mode, so as to prevent the smoke collecting hood from falling off in the operation process of the range hood due to shaking, wherein the non-detachable fixed connection mode can be in a welded connection mode, for example, because the air outlet 1211 is formed in the top wall 121, the scheme of the application can effectively avoid the situation that foreign matters fall into the purification air duct due to the fact that the foreign matters fall, and under the condition that the fan 21 adopts the axial flow fan, the protective net 127 can also effectively protect, prevent hands from accidentally extending into the purification air duct, and cause the situation that blades of the fan 21 scratch.
The smoke exhaust fan in the smoke exhaust duct and the fan 21 in the purification assembly 20 can be connected to the same controller, that is, the smoke exhaust duct and the purification duct are controlled by the same controller; the controller is usually disposed on the fan hood, but the controller may also be disposed on the fume collecting hood 12, and in other embodiments, the range hood may also be disposed with two different controllers to control the fans in the smoke exhaust fan and the purifying assembly 20, respectively.
Optionally, the smoke exhaust fan and the fan 21 in the purification assembly 20 share one control switch, so that when the smoke exhaust fan is turned on through the control switch to work, the purification assembly 20 is automatically turned on to work at the same time, that is, the cooperative work of turning on the smoke exhaust fan and the purification assembly 20 by one key can be realized. The control switch is usually electrically connected to the controller to control the on/off of the engine. When one control switch is shared, the control switch is usually provided on the smoke-collecting hood 12.
However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the smoke exhaust fan and the purification assembly 20 may also use different control switches respectively, so as to implement independent on/off control of the smoke exhaust fan and the purification assembly 20, so that a user may use the respective functions of the smoke exhaust fan and the purification assembly 20 more flexibly. When different control switches are used respectively, the two control switches can be both arranged on the fume collecting hood 12; typically, the hood 12 will be provided with a control panel on the front which is typically integrated into the control panel when the exhaust fan and the cleaning assembly 20 share a control switch, i.e. the control switch is located on the front of the hood 12 which may be more convenient for the user to operate.

Claims (14)

1. A range hood, comprising:

The range hood of claim 1 wherein the housing includes a fan guard and a smoke collection cage, the smoke collection cage being attached to a bottom of the fan guard, the exhaust duct extending from the smoke collection cage to the fan guard, the purification assembly being disposed within the smoke collection cage, the air outlet being disposed in a top wall of the smoke collection cage, and the air inlet being located in a bottom wall of the smoke collection cage disposed opposite the top wall.
3. The range hood according to claim 2, wherein the left and right sides of the smoke collecting hood are respectively provided with one of the purifying assemblies, the left and right sides of the top wall of the smoke collecting hood are respectively provided with an air outlet corresponding to one of the purifying assemblies, the number of the air inlets corresponds to that of the air outlets, and the fan cover is located between the two air outlets.

The range hood according to claim 3 wherein said smoke exhaust port comprises an upper smoke exhaust port located at an upper portion of said smoke collection hood and a lower smoke exhaust port located at a lower portion of said smoke collection hood, said upper smoke exhaust port being located between said air intakes.
5. The range hood of claim 2 wherein the bottom wall slopes from top to bottom toward the rear side of the fume collection hood.
6. The range hood according to claim 2, wherein the oil receiving box is installed at the bottom of the fume collecting hood.
7. The range hood according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the cleaning assembly comprises an air duct, a fan and a filter element disposed between the air inlet and the air outlet, the air duct is connected to the hood and has a lower air inlet and an upper air outlet, the lower air inlet is communicated with the air inlet, the upper air outlet is communicated with the air outlet, and the fan and the filter element are disposed in the air duct.
8. The range hood of claim 7 wherein the filter member is extractable from the air duct and the fume collection hood.
9. The range hood according to claim 8, wherein the smoke collecting hood further includes side walls connected to left and right sides of the top wall, the side walls are provided with disassembly and assembly ports, one side of the air duct facing the side walls is provided with an installation port correspondingly communicated with the disassembly and assembly ports, and the filter element can be sequentially extracted from the installation port and the disassembly and assembly ports.
10. The range hood of claim 9 wherein a support member is further coupled to the air guide duct and extends from the mounting opening into the air guide duct, and the filter member is mounted to the support member.
11. The range hood of claim 9, wherein the side wall is provided with a filter door body capable of opening or closing the disassembly and assembly opening.
12. The range hood of claim 7 wherein the fan is an axial fan.
13. The range hood of claim 7, wherein a mounting bracket is mounted on the top wall at the air outlet, and the fan is suspended from the mounting bracket.
14. The range hood of claim 7, wherein a protective screen is installed at the air outlet.
