a stopper (not shown) is further provided at a position of the purification housing 21 adjacent to the pulley 26, and the stopper is configured to restrict the rotation of the pulley 26 when abutting against the pulley. The limiting part can be a clamping rod clamped with the pulley and can also be a brake structure similar to a bicycle. And after the pulley slides to a specified position, the pulley is limited and fixed.
Of course, it is also possible to provide that the bottom of the purifying housing 21 is provided with a receiving groove 26a, and the pulley 26 can be extended or retracted into the receiving groove 26 a. In one embodiment, the range hood comprises a controller, and the range hood body 1 and the air purification device 2 are in communication connection with the controller. The range hood main body and the air purification device 2 are connected to the same controller, namely, the range hood main body 1 and the air purification device 2 are controlled by the same controller; the controller is typically provided on the cigarette maker body 1, and the cigarette maker body 1 is typically larger in volume than the air cleaning device 2, so that there is more space and location for the controller to be installed. However, the design is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, the range hood may also be provided with two different controllers, the range hood body 1 is in communication connection with one controller, and the air purification device 2 is in communication connection with the other controller, so as to respectively control the range hood body 1 and the air purification device 2.
Alternatively, the cigarette maker body 1 and the air cleaning device 2 may share one control switch. So, when opening cigarette machine main part 1 through control switch and carrying out work, can open air purification device 2 simultaneously automatically and carry out work, promptly, can realize that a key opens cigarette machine main part 1 and air purification device 2's collaborative work. The control switch is usually electrically connected to the controller to control the on/off of the engine. Generally, the range hood main body 1 is provided with a control panel located on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, and when the range hood main body 1 and the air cleaning device 2 share one control switch, the control switch is generally integrated on the control panel, that is, the control switch is located on the front of the smoke collecting hood 12, which may be more convenient for a user to operate.
However, the design is not limited to this, in other embodiments, the cigarette machine main body 1 uses one control switch, and the air purification device 2 uses another control switch, so as to implement the independent on-off control of the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2, so that the user can use the respective functions of the cigarette machine main body and the air purification device 2 more flexibly; at the moment, the two control switches can be arranged on the cigarette machine main body; of course, the two control switches can also be correspondingly arranged on the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 respectively.
When the wires are arranged to connect with the external circuit, an embodiment may be arranged as follows: the range hood further comprises a connecting cable which is used for electrically connecting the range hood main body 1 and the air purification device 2 and is communicated with an external circuit. The cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 are connected to the same connecting cable, that is, the cigarette machine main body 1 and the air purification device 2 are communicated with an external circuit (generally a municipal line) through the same connecting cable by the range hood. So can save arranging of circuit, especially when air purification device 2 sets up the top at collection petticoat pipe 12, can set up the electric contact between the two and carry out direct electric connection, then the cable of sharing cigarette machine main part 1 can switch on with external circuit.
Of course, in another embodiment, the cigarette maker main body is conducted with the external circuit through a connecting cable, and the air purifying device is conducted with the external circuit through another connecting cable. Separate power supply and control can be achieved by separate power supply lines.
In one embodiment, the air outlet 21b is disposed on the front surface of the purifying housing 21; thus, after the air purification device 2 is opened, the air purification device 2 blows air forward or at least has a forward air-out component. In the cooking process, a user usually stands in front of the range hood, and the space in front of the range hood can be defined as a user breathing zone. It can be understood that the forward air outlet is favorable for conveying the purified air to the user breathing area, thereby being favorable for improving the air quality of the user breathing area, further reducing the probability of the user sucking the oil smoke, and reducing the harm of the oil smoke to the health of the user.
However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the air outlet 21b may also be disposed on the top surface of the purifying housing 21. So, after air purification device 2 opened, air purification device 2 upward air-out or at least have the air-out weight of upwards. It can be understood that, due to the effect of the thermal plume in the cooking process, the oil smoke tends to gather in the upper half portion of the kitchen space, and the upward air outlet is beneficial to blowing the purified air to the upper half portion of the kitchen space, so that the oil smoke in the upper half portion of the kitchen space flows downward under the pushing of the upward blown purified air by the purified air, and is sucked and purified by the air inlet 21a of the air purification device 2, thereby realizing the air circulation purification in the kitchen, and further reducing the oil smoke in the kitchen.
Optionally, the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b is adjustable. So, to locating the positive air outlet 21b of purifying housing 21, the accessible changes its air-out direction, satisfies the user to air purification device 2 more air-out demands, for example, satisfies different height users' directly blow or do not directly blow demand etc..
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, optionally, the air outlet 21b is provided with an air outlet grille 25 to prevent foreign matters from protruding into the purifying housing 21 from the air outlet 21 b. However, the design is not limited thereto, in other embodiments, a plurality of air outlet grills 25 fixedly provided with air guiding grills may be configured, and the air guiding grills of different air outlet grills 25 have different inclination angles with respect to the vertical surface, and the air outlet grille 25 having the air guiding grills with corresponding inclination angles is selected to be installed on the air outlet 21b according to the requirement of the air outlet direction, so that the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b can be changed by replacing different air outlet grills 25; in addition, optionally, the air outlet grille 25 further includes a grille frame, and the air guiding grills are connected to the grille frame, and the grille frame is usually detachably connected to the air outlet 21b, and can be mounted on the air outlet 21b by using one or more detachable structures, such as screw locking structures, snap fastening structures, and the like, but not limited to.
For the air outlet 21b arranged on the front surface of the purifying housing 21, in an embodiment, an adjustable inclination angle with a downward opening is formed between the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b and a vertical surface, the adjustable inclination angle is not less than 30 degrees and is not more than 150 degrees, so that the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b has a large adjusting range, and the requirements of more working conditions can be met. It should be noted that, when the adjustable inclination angle is smaller than 90 °, the air outlet 21b is inclined downward to discharge air, which is beneficial to improving the air quality in the breathing zone of the user. When the adjustable inclination angle is greater than 90 °, the air outlet 21b is inclined upward to discharge air, so that the air outlet 21b has an upward air discharge component, and the upward air discharge component can push the oil smoke in the upper half part of the kitchen space to flow downward, and the oil smoke is sucked and purified by the air inlet 21a of the air purification device 2, so that the oil smoke in the upper half part of the kitchen space is brought into the air circulation purification, and the oil smoke in the kitchen can be further reduced.
For the air outlet 21b disposed on the front surface of the purifying housing 21, in another embodiment, an adjustable inclination angle with an upward opening is formed between the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b and the horizontal plane, the adjustable inclination angle is not less than 30 ° and not more than 75 °, so that the air outlet direction of the air outlet 21b is inclined upward, and thus the oil smoke obliquely above the range hood can be pushed down, that is, a large-scale air purification cycle can be formed in the whole space in front of the range hood, and the amount of oil smoke in a kitchen can be reduced more effectively.
In one embodiment, the air inlet 21a is disposed on the top surface of the purification enclosure 21. Thus, the oil smoke escaping to the upper part of the air purification device 2 is favorably sucked and purified. It can be understood that the oil smoke tends to escape upwards due to the action of the thermal plume during the cooking process, so that more oil smoke is gathered above the air purification device 2, and the air inlet 21a is arranged on the top surface of the purification shell 21, so that the oil smoke can be conveniently sucked.
However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the air inlet 21a is disposed on the side surface of the purifying housing 21, so that the oil smoke escaping to the side of the range hood can be sucked into the purifying housing 21, thereby reducing the oil smoke at the side of the range hood. Particularly, when a dual-burner kitchen range is used below the range hood, the oil smoke generated during cooking easily escapes from the side direction of the range hood, and the air inlet 21a located on the side surface of the purifying housing 21 is more beneficial to sucking the oil smoke. Optionally, the air inlets 21a are disposed on two opposite sides of the purifying housing 21, so as to reduce oil smoke on two sides of the range hood. Of course, the air inlet 21a may be provided only on one of the two sides of the purification casing 21. Optionally, an air inlet grille 24 is disposed on the air inlet 21a to prevent hands and other foreign objects from extending into the purifying housing 21.
Of course, in other embodiments, the air inlets 21a may be disposed on both the top surface and the side surface of the purifying housing 21, so as to reduce the oil smoke above the air purifying device 2 and on the side of the range hood.
In addition, for the technical solution that the opposite two side surfaces of the purifying housing 21 are provided with the air inlets 21a, optionally, two filter elements 22 are provided, and each filter element 22 is disposed near one of the air inlets 21 a; therefore, once the air with the oil smoke enters the purifying shell 21, the air can be filtered by the filter element 22, and the probability that the air with the oil smoke pollutes other devices in the purifying shell 21 is reduced. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, only one filtering element 22 may be disposed near the air outlet 21b, so that the oil smoke in the air can be purified and then discharged.
During cooking, edible oil and food undergo a series of chemical reactions such as oxidation, cracking and polymerization at high temperature, a large amount of organic smoke is evaporated, and partial decomposition products are emitted into air in the form of oil mist to form oil smoke. The oil fume includes both edible oil and its heating decomposition or cracking product and also includes the physical and chemical reaction product of protein, polymer compound and various seasoning matters in food, and is one kind of matter containing gas, liquid and solid. Generally, the Particulate Matter Emission (PME) composed of liquid and solid in the oil smoke emission is defined as PME, and the Volatile Organic Compounds emission (VOCs) is defined as VOCs, and the oil smoke is composed of the above two substances.
In one embodiment, the filter 22 includes a HEPA filter 221 (high efficiency air filter) and an activated carbon filter 222 (see fig. 2). The HEPA filter screen 221 is mainly used for filtering particulate matters (liquid and solid) in oil smoke, and the material of the HEPA filter screen can comprise PP filter paper (polypropylene filter paper), glass fiber, PTFE filter paper (polytetrafluoroethylene filter paper), nano fiber, melt-blown polyester non-woven fabric and the like, so that the HEPA filter screen has the characteristics of large dust holding capacity and high filter precision, the filter efficiency of the oil smoke particulate matters can exceed 90%, and the HEPA filter screen can be processed into required size and shape according to the machine type requirements. The activated carbon filter screen 222 is mainly used for filtering volatile organic compounds (smell) in the oil smoke, and the material of the activated carbon filter screen may include activated carbon fibers, activated carbon particles, and the like, and the adopted activated carbon material may be coconut shells, fruit shells, coal-based carbon, and the like, which has a large specific surface area, or the adopted activated carbon material may be a molecular sieve material, which has a good adsorption effect. Optionally, the HEPA filter 221 is located upstream of the activated carbon filter 222 in the airflow direction, so that the particles in the oil smoke can be prevented from adhering to the activated carbon filter 222, thereby prolonging the service life of the activated carbon filter 222.
Optionally, in the direction of the air flow, the filter element 22 is located upstream of the purge fan 23; so, can make the air current through purification fan 23 be the air current after the purification, avoid the oil smoke to be in purification fan 23 is last to gather, prolongs purification fan 23 life-span.
In one embodiment, the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 is not less than 10 cubic meters per hour; it can be understood that if the circulating air volume is too small, the realization of the air circulation purification in the kitchen is not facilitated. The circulation air volume in the present embodiment means an air volume per unit time. In this embodiment, generally, the larger the area of the kitchen, the larger the circulating air volume of the purifying fan 23 needs to be, and the purifying fan 23 with a circulating air volume of 50 cubic meters/hour, 100 cubic meters/hour, 150 cubic meters/hour, 200 cubic meters/hour, 250 cubic meters/hour, or 300 cubic meters/hour may be selected according to the needs of the kitchen area. Of course, the larger the circulating air volume of the cleaning fan 23 is, the more advantageous the air circulation cleaning in the kitchen is. Optionally, the purification fan 23 is configured as a centrifugal fan, which has a large air volume and a low noise, so that the purification module 20 can realize far air supply at a low noise.
Referring to fig. 2 in combination, in one embodiment, the purification casing 21 includes an air duct case 211, the air duct case 211 including a filter case portion 211a for mounting the filter 22 and a fan case portion 211b for mounting the purification fan 23; the filter shell 211a has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, the first side of the filter shell 211a is provided with the air inlet 21a, the fan shell 211b is connected to the second side of the filter shell 211a, and the air outlet 21b is provided in the fan shell 211 b. The filter element shell 211a is beneficial for guiding the airflow to the filter element 22, and the purification efficiency of the airflow is improved; and for the blower housing part 211b, when the centrifugal blower is adopted as the cleaning blower 23, the blower housing part 211b can be made into the shape of a centrifugal volute, so that the structure of the cleaning module 20 is compact, and the miniaturization of the volume of the cleaning module 20 is facilitated. It should be noted that, for the air inlet 21a disposed on the front surface of the purification casing 21, the first side and the second side of the filter housing 211a are the front surface and the back surface of the filter housing 211a, respectively; and for the purification module 20 in which the air inlet 21a is provided at the side of the purification casing 21, the first side and the second side of the filter housing portion 211a are the left side and the right side of the filter housing portion 211a, respectively.
Optionally, the purifying housing 21 further comprises a protective housing 212, the protective housing 212 is spliced to the second side of the filter member housing 211a and covers the fan housing 211b, so that on one hand, the protective housing 212 can protect the fan housing 211b from collision to reduce the probability of collision and damage at each corner of the fan housing 211b, and on the other hand, after being spliced with the filter member housing 211a, the whole outer surface of the purifying housing 21 can be more regular, thereby reducing the corner structures prone to dust deposition and improving the installation stability between the purifying housing 21 and the cigarette maker body. Without loss of generality, an avoidance port 212a is formed in the protective shell 212 corresponding to the air outlet 21 b.
In an embodiment, optionally, the air inlet 21a is an opening formed on a first side of the filter element housing 211a, and the air inlet 21a is detachably provided with an air inlet grille 24, so that the filter element 22 can be easily detached and assembled after the air inlet grille 24 is detached, thereby facilitating the removal, cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22.
However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the filter housing portion 211a may be provided with a filter mounting opening through which the filter 22 is detachably mounted into the filter housing portion 211 a. Optionally, the filter element 22 is drawably disposed at the filter element mounting opening; it will be appreciated that removal cleaning or replacement of the filter element 22 can be more easily performed by means of pulling. Further optionally, a filter cover is arranged on the filter mounting opening; so, will filter piece 22 certainly filter a mounting hole and pack into and strain a shell portion 211a after, will strain a lid and close and strain a mounting hole, can avoid filtering piece 22 and shake out, improve the structural stability of product, can also avoid foreign matter etc. to get into from straining a mounting hole simultaneously and strain in a shell portion 211 a.

1. A range hood, comprising:
a cigarette machine main body; and

2. The range hood of claim 1 wherein the hood body includes a fan guard and a smoke collection hood disposed below the fan guard, the clean-up housing being movable relative to the smoke collection hood.
3. The range hood of claim 2 wherein the placeable position of the purge housing comprises: the placing position is positioned above the fume collecting hood and is positioned on the front surface of the fan hood;
or the placing position is positioned above the fume collecting hood and is positioned on the side surface of the fan hood;
or the placing position is positioned above the fume collecting hood and is positioned at a corner between the side surface and the front surface of the fan hood;
or the placement position is positioned below the fume collecting hood, and the purifying shell is at least partially positioned outside the projection range of the fume collecting hood on the workbench.
4. The range hood of claim 2 wherein the fume collection hood has an anti-skid layer for receiving the clean-up enclosure;
and/or the purification shell is provided with an anti-skid layer used for being abutted against the placement surface.
5. The range hood of claim 1 wherein the bottom of the outer clean-out housing has pulleys that move the outer clean-out housing relative to the body of the range hood.
6. The range hood of claim 5, wherein a stop is further disposed adjacent to the pulley, the stop being configured to stop the pulley from rotating when the stop abuts against the pulley;
and/or the bottom of the purifying shell is provided with a holding groove, and the pulley can extend out of or retract into the holding groove.
7. The range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising a connection cable for electrically connecting the range hood body and the air purification device and communicating with an external circuit;
or, the cigarette machine main body is conducted with an external circuit through a connecting cable, and the air purification device is conducted with the external circuit through another connecting cable.
8. The range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the circulating air volume of the purification fan is greater than or equal to 10 cubic meters per hour;
and/or, filter the piece and include HEPA filter screen and active carbon filter screen, and in the air current direction, the HEPA filter screen is located active carbon filter screen upstream.
9. The range hood according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the purification housing comprises an air duct housing, the air duct housing comprises a filter housing for mounting the filter element and a fan housing for mounting the purification fan, the filter housing has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, the first side of the filter housing is provided with the air inlet, the fan housing is connected to the second side of the filter housing, and the air outlet is provided in the fan housing.
10. The range hood of claim 9, wherein the purification housing further comprises a protective shell, the protective shell is spliced on the second side of the filter shell and covers the fan shell, and an avoidance port is formed in the protective shell and corresponds to the air outlet.
